The update and the new routine are at the bottom of Page 2, a regular trial and error routine. Thanks for viewing ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Our wonderful Wenonae dowsed for me and found out my best routine would be to take: Fennel and Vitamin C Just that. Amazing, right? I love it She told me to ramp up from 500 mg to 2.5 grams over three months, and then hold on to those 2.5 grams for 4 more months. The Vitamin C is 1 gram daily for the first 4 months. I divided it all into weeks to have a clearer program, and I started unofficially two days ago, on the 27th, after I dreamt I found fennel among my mom's spices but mixed with a lot of stuff. I had had a hard time finding fennel, and after that dream I got really desperate so that same morning I went to the cupboard and read every single tag... I found a small jar of Italian spices that included fennel seeds, so I took them all out and drank them . However, I think they were too many because all day long I was very moody and PMS-y, and I never get that kind of PMS. Yesterday I bought 200 grams of fennel and I took the approximate dosage of 500 milligrams, divided throughout the whole day: I swallow the bigger, more solid parts, and then add a bit of powder to a bottle of water, which I drink from throughout the day. I take vitamin C a little before bedtime, when I do a dry massage. I also have protein bars and protein powder for milkshakes, so maybe I'll use those as supplements along with fish oil capsules if they don't interfere with my routine.

Hee, you're so lucky to have it that simple...I tell ya! But seriously, drop the fish oil concept- it'll set you back. Protein bars and protein powder...good, good, good. Do it as long as you can swallow (25-40mgs/day) for 3 months. Wen'

A bit of an update...
I'm still at 500 mg, It's roughly been two weeks, and I see a change already. I see more projection and more shadow under/around the breasts, I also notice even more that they are uneven, but only slightly.
Before I started this, I had bought 2 bras specifically for the purpose of noticing change, they were the first bras I ever had that fit just right, 34B both of them, but I guess it has more to do with the manufacturer than the size... Well, they still fit right but now by the end of the day I have marks and I find I have to "fix" the way they fit several times throughout the day. Too bad, they were cute.
Making my fennel dosages has been quite the adventure, whenever I close my eyes I see fennel seeds rolling around, I swear!
Oh, and the day before yesterday I didn't take any pills or seeds because I had to study and I had ran out of my carefully selected fennel intake. I might be going crazy but after that day I felt like I lost some of my size, so I don't know how to get it back up again, I'm just continuing with my normal routine.

Pains!!! I have unbearable pains!! And I'm loving it I can't run down the stairs, I can't sleep face-down, I can't jump and I can't cross my arms, but the 34B push-up (bigger than my other 34Bs, which are now fitting uncomfortably) is finally doing what a push-up is supposed to do and not just making up for what I was supposed to have but didn't. I'm 6 days away from moving up to the next amount of fennel, and that means I'll be taking the next picture soon, I can't wait to compare it to the first, even if there is no visible change, I know I definetly feel a difference. If I could jump up and down to celebrate, I would but... yeah, no.

I moved up to 1 gram of fennel seeds on the 13th, last Friday, the day before yesterday, because that was the right day to start, I thought it would take longer but no.
I got my period yesterday, and I've been in bed ever since. It's my first period since I started with all of this, and my pressure dropped, I was shaking and feeling my throat swollen and weird like when you want to puke, sometimes I think I was nearly fainting... I hope it's just my body adjusting.
I ran out of my fennel supplies and I couldn't get more because of how I felt yesterday, today I'm still a bit down, but I'll try to go out later on today. I'll possibly get more fennel on Monday, as the store is near my school. I hate missing days, but I pretty much can't move yet, so there's not many other options.
I've been experimenting trying to make fennel extract and I've made tea out of the parts of the herb I don't use, it's heaven!

Whoa..what's all this shaking about?! Checking into what's going on...I get you're missing something from your diet which is affecting how your insulin levels are (you needed this before doing BE and it's amped up b/c your ARE doing it now). Some good ole gelatin will help (like in Jell-O). Add some strawberries for a speedy recovery. 1/2 cup of jello for 3 days every 4 weeks for 3 months should set you rite. You can def eat more, but this is your MIN amount. Wen'

The gelatin thing has been so much fun, and I got strawberries. We'll see how my next period turns out, but now I'm prepared.
It seems as though I still can't manage to have a stable routine, I have done the 1 gram thing perfectly so far, until today when I was about to prepare the doses for the next few days, I noticed movement all over the fennel plant. I hate to be this graphic, but it so happens that nature has its quirks and it is not only us humans who are after these herbs. Finding a bug or two in a 100-gram bag is understandable, but over 20 live larvae in half of that bag is just gross.
I'll check my other bags, because the last time I got 3. I'll have to go to the store and tell them next time I go, and maybe, just maybe, I could come to an arrangement with them and they could sell me just the seeds. It's a big business but it looks homely and nice, so I hope they'll be friendly.
I will add more specific stats, because I lost some weight and am now on 118 pounds, but I notice I can now fit 4 fingers below my breasts, when I used to fit only 3. Well, the left side is going a bit slower, I can fit 3 fingers and a half, but as I have understood so far, the Routine thread is where I can vent and stats is for statistics only.

EEewww! Yeah, that's a bit TOO much to have that many larva. Ugh. Def, def ask abt the seeds from that store. I think they'll prolly be able to help you out. on the progress to date...don't forget the breasts grow at slightly different rates. Wen'

Hello! Sadly I haven't had my full dosage in some days because last time I went to buy my fennel, the store was closed, so I'm trying to have some every day but there's still a shortage I have to take care of. Luckily for me, I found out that really good pizza includes fennel seeds in their sauce. You wouldn't believe my surprise when I took a bite off a slice and my eyes met a familiar friend, and then I could recognize the taste. Needless to say, I went to a pizza buffet last night and tried to ask around, but no one could help me. I just wanted to know how they buy them or where they get them from, but maybe another, smaller restaurant will be able to help. A friend of mine said she commonly saw them in little envelopes at supermarkets, but she's from another state. About that other, smaller restaurant... I asked to have two slices prepared with mushrooms and fennel seeds as the main ingredients, and they made them for me! I think I'll become a regular there All for the sakes of BE, of course. In the meantime, I'm surprised I'm sore because I haven't kept up the right amount, but I doubled the massages. I lost some weight and am now at 118 lbs (dunno if the pizza will let me keep it that way), and my chest measurements went down by an inch because of this, but I notice that they shake more when I do simple tasks like brushing my teeth or cutting meat with a knife, so all is well.

Hee...nice adjustment on getting some fennel! Have you tried to get online from International shipping sites like www.vitacost.com or buy it bulk from www.mountainroseherbs.com? Your story goes to show how certain diets can 'help' some people. Wen'

I have a big question, before I ordered from the Internet, I went down to a local supermarket to see if by any chance I would find fennel seeds. I found many seeds that were alike, like cumin, but there were two types of anise: star anise and sweet anise. Sweet anise looks exactly like fennel, only smaller, and has that taste... I bought a bunch just in case, but I still don't know if they are the same herb.
Sometimes I wish they could sell things under their scientific name.

Sorry to say, neither anise listed above will work. Anise is quite different from fennel despite the similar smell.

I just started my period, second cycle during BE, and it came with no symptoms and no side effects at all!, no bloating anywhere, no pains, and no mood swings, plus I'm pretty sure I've kept my gains in at least 1 boob.
I've noticed micro-acne in my breasts, which I've read is a common indicator that something is going on, and I also have new stretch marks and for now it's good but I'm hoping they will change color quickly.
Also, I ordered 3 bottles of fennel seed pills from VitaCost (finally!) and they should be arriving in one week if everything goes right. In the meantime, my "hang in there" routine consists of:
- 1 cup of higly concentrated fennel tea before bedtime, and I eat some of the bits. - Dry massage twice during the day, and massage with pseudo fennel extract before sleeping. - My gram of Vitamin C in the morning.
Once the pills get here, I guess I will continue where I stopped: 1 gram for a week, then 1.5 for two more weeks, and so on until I'm at 2.5... My only concern is that Wahaika's theory about being near the spring equinox really made sense to me, and well, we're in the middle of the summer now so my growth might slow down.
P.S. I'm completely addicted to fennel, I crave it all throughout the day, and I just fall in love with the smell more and more.

LOL..abt fennel addiction. Your body knows u need it Funny the comment abt Equinox from Wah'....b/c actually, summer and warmer months are GREAT for BE. When the body is distracted doing other things (like staying warm or fighting other ills) it's harder for it to grow the luxury items of breasts. Keep fakin' it to u make it! Adjust your ramp to be 1.5 for 3 weeks. Then go to 2g for the next mos./cycle Then 2.5g for the next mos/cycle. Wen'

Here, here!! Sorry for taking a time off, lots of things happened with my family, it was hard but everything is ok now. Plus, my pills arrived yesterday, from Nature's Way, and I can't wait to start my routine again. During all this time I continued the massages and drank 3 cups of fennel tea per day, plus kept taking in the Vitamin C because it helps me control my weight somehow; so I've kept what I gained from the previous part of my routine. My only worry... we're already in Autumn, and usually what follows is Winter, so cells won't be growing as joyfully as they would during Spring or Summer. Pills come in servings of 480 mg, so I'll always be a few milligrams short on my dose. I'm taking the first one before bedtime tonight to see if an easy transition makes me a little less like a stereotypical woman... I remember being emotional, moody and PMS-y when I first had to take the seeds. I've warned my boyfriend. Wen, should I continue with the routine you wrote on your last post?
