FlatMama, I've been doing my regular massage routine, but now suddenly I have bruises in my breasts. I don't feel any tenderness, and I don't think I've been doing it rougher, it's just a curious thing...

Serene... by adding the whole fennel plant and not just the seed the flavour changed dramatically to very sweet, it barely needs sugar anymore but I'll try the honey anyway.

I fear the tea might be too little or too much.
Will drink 2 capsules of fennel and 2 of fenu before bedtime to see if they give the extra oomph.

I'm still learning stuff here too but what I think might be a part of it is that your doses are kind of low. I've seen recommendations of 1500mg/day of each herb for people with AA or I think usually lower cup sizes, and you aren't even up to that dose. With you starting at a B cup I think the dose of each herb is usually about 2500mg/day however you choose to spread that out.

So I've managed to quantify when I put in my tea, and it happens I was adding too much. 4 spoons of fenugreek is about 20 grams, and I drank the whole liter daily.


With the help of a scale, the new amounts of ingredients in my tea are:
- 10 grams of fenugreek (2 table spoons +/-)
- 5 grams of fennel herb + 1 gram of fennel seed powder
- Less than 5 grams of licorice
- 1 tablespoon of caraway.

There's three cups in one liter, so I figure I should divide it into 4 intakes and take only that each day. That is one quart of tea every day.
It sounds like too little, but that's the way I'd be getting 2.5 grams of fenugreek per day, and then we can ramp up or down from there.

Does this make any sense or should I continue with the high dosage of tea?

Nope. You are not getting anywhere near what you think you are. This is one of the reasons to use capsules. You always know what you get and teas, while better absorbed, are weaker.

Ok, then next time I will buy fenugreek seeds in powder form so I can drink it in capsules, like I do with fennel seeds.

I should plant my own fenugreek while I'm at it.


Back to the 4 teaspoons and drinking tea like crazy.

I'm thinkingof going back to mainly seeds, fenugreek and fennel (only herb so far to give me sensations), I'm preparing fenugreek and licorice extract to mix with EPO perhaps. I still have some WIld Yam cream left so I might throw it in.

So for startters I'm taking doses of 15 fenugreek seeds. I had one today, I'll have 2 tomorrow and so on until I get more fennel.

If getting so emotional to the point that I can make myself cry for anything, then it might be working.

Seriously! I just watched 'The Notebook'
I've always refused to watch it because I saw a minute or two in school and it was l a u g h a b l e ! But not only that, oh no, I cried in almost every scene! Then I was switching between the movie and Dr. House, and that made me cry too!
Plus I got cranky whenever someone interrupted me.

So now I know what it feels like to be a stereotypical woman. Nice to meet you, hormones.

And I say "was" because my city has been put on a mini-quarantine of 10 days because of the piggy-influenza thing, it ends May 6, so I don't know if I could go out and find the herbal store ope to get the fennel before then.
I still have fennel capsules, though, and hopefully by then I'll also have powdered fenugreek seeds because chewing all day long would be weird.

I'm thinking of ramping up slowly because I'm small and young. A size A is uncomfortable but I float inside a B.

Fengshui massage and bobbie batter have been added. Breasts are officially sore, and for the record I just measured exactly 33 inches (85 cm) in warm weather, I will consider it my new starting measurement.

I started my period today, and I also accidentally changed the plan. I stayed with 2 doses for a few days longer, and until today I am staring officially with 3 doses a day.

Hmm, better yet... I'll stay at 2 doses per day until that much fenugreek stops giving me sensations. That's what I should do, right? Stay at the minimum amount of herbs that work?

I'll evaluate once my period ends, to take a new measurement (not that I'm in a hurry to see if I've grown, but I want it to be a constant date) and see about those two doses per day.

I don't mean to be imatient or change my routine very week, but I've been reading more and I think I will make a few tweaks.

Fenugreek is making me grow hair in places it never grew before (yet on some places hair has stopped growing at all :, and my long-time batte with acne make me think I might need Pumkin Seed Oil. Though I don't know where to find it.

I will still ask my dermatologist if he remembers me being in any way unbalanced.

Also, instead of using just any cream for my batter, I'll be using cocoa butter, I'll work up the courage to try chicken feet, and find some joint pills with collagen/hyaluronic acid in them.

I'm also going back to visualisations! And not being afraid to dream of a certain size of boobs.

We should have a thread where we post pics of our dream boobs, and post pics of nice boobs to maybe help others gain some inspiration.

I think my boob model is Louise Cliffe. I read she had Ds but I don't think so, I don't want Ds anyway.


I found a beard hair under my chin, for goodness' sakes!! How can I not feel the need to change something in my routine?!

...Not only is the hair growing under my chin, but under the lip also. And it's not peach fuzz because they're longer and darker than the rest. It seems like my body is working it way to growing out a goatee.

My eating habits are raising my insulin levels, therefore raising my testosterone levels, hence the odd side-effects.
So I'm tweaking my diet here and there.

Added Palmer's cocoa butter cream that already comes with vitamin E (plus my homemade extracts), and afterwards for heat, I rest my laptop in my chest and type at neck-level, as I am right now. It's not that heavy and I'm definetly feeling the heat do things. I'm flat as a board laying down so it's also comfortable.
