Cycle 1- 4Fen, 1g Vitamin C Cycle 2- 5Fen, 1g Vit C Cycle 3- 4Fen, 2g VitC You should net another 2.1c increase over the next 5 months You've already got walls for 1.2c increase, so just a matter of growing rest and filling up with water now. The swelling from before I got my period remained until today. I kind of deflated. Will drink more water.
Before this, the sides (below armpit) hurt, but nicely.
And I'm still adding protein powder to whatever I can.

Okay, so I've been thinking about pausing this whole thing for the winter because it seems a bit pointless. I'm not getting the itchies and pains I got back when I chewed sun-dried fennel seeds, and I skipped mentioning than not only was my bust measurement bigger, but my entire torso was wider as the result of singing.
A fennel extract is in the making, it might boost up the process a bit.
Also I'm looking into other herbs like Pueraria Mirifica and Maca, and considering Zoft Gum as I found out someone sells it locally.
Opinions?

I swelled like crazy before my period, and it's not all entirely gone so it gives me hope, even though trying to grow during the winter is unlikely.
Cycle 3 started on the 13th. I've gotten more pains from massaging alone.

Ok, I'm starting anew and 100% in this 2009
I'm waiting for Spring, so in the meantime I'm working out, massaging, and taking the ocassional 500mg fennel capsule. I'm still afraid of going anywhere near the Wild Yam cream so I'm using the aloe vera from the back yard for massage, and also in my face. It's fun to spread the gooey stuff so I get a little carried away.
By March I will be ready with: - Whatever is left from the fennel bottles, capsules of 500mg - Fenugreek!! Either in concentrate, powder or bulk form, what do you guys recommend? - Heating pad (hopefully) - Wild yam cream, to see if it does anything - All the more massage - And a boyfriend warned about the side effects.
I could also get Evening Pimrose Oil and Flaxseed in powder, if anyone advices me to take them.
So, any advice as to how I could put all these together?

I sent an email to the amazing herbal shop where I get my herbs, and I told them about my NBE plans. They replied with a recipe the intern biologist has given to other women with a high rate of success:
4 spoons of fenugreek seed 1 spoon of licorice root 1 spoon of fennel 1 spoon of "caraway"*
Boil all in 1 liter of water for 5 minutes at low flame, then let it sit for 30 minutes. Drink 2 to 3 cups of this tea every day, and after 3 months of treatment you will notice a great difference.
I think I will do this after I'm on fenugreek alone for one week just to see how my body reacts to it. But can I have your opinions on this tea? Is the ratio of each herb the most efficient one? What is this caraway and what does it do? I never heard of it before, not even for NBE.
So what do you think?
* I never heard of this plant before, I don't even know if the translation is accurate, the Spanish name is "alcaravea" and I couldn't find the scientific name to be certain of the English term.

Hi, You are right in your translation of caraway. It has different uses and can be added to different recipes. It is added to rye bread, some cookies, saurkraut and some other things.
Your tea ingrediants are similar to the Bustea ingreadiants from Greenbush. They also have dill, basil, anise, marjoram and lemongrass added.
Best wishes! serene

Caraway. Hmmmm. I'll have to look that up. I have no idea why they would use caraway unless it is for the smell.
Otherwise, it looks like a good tea. It is definitely much stronger than the others used on this board. It is worth a try as far as internals go. "Notice a difference" is never impressive to me unless they accompany it with something concrete like average cup size gains. Many of the kitchen sink stuff out there will allow you to "notice a difference", but what does that mean? I would say to definitely include it into a routine but I would not stop there. Use it also as a spray that you wear during the day. Include a massage routine. If you drink enough of it, you may not need capsules, but it would be wise to ramp it up and see how much it takes to "notice a difference" and then go from there. But the recipe itself has all the right stuff.

Oh yay! Thanks for stopping by!
Yes I was thinking I could make an extra-concentrated cup of tea to put it into cream, and also to keep eating the seeds as a snack during the day. I don't know how bad fenugreek smells but fennel can cancel that out.
As to "ramping up" the tea, I guess once I start taking it I could play with the dosages of each. And also... the recipe says fenugreek seeds are used, but the fennel is the whole plant. I could add the fennel seed powder I have left but it's not much.
And yes, the stuff about the "noticeable difference" also left me thinking, it might be one of those standard phrases people use to describe things formally.
I should be getting the ingredients this week to start as soon as possible!

First thing I've learned since drinking this tea: I definetly underestimated the foulness of fenugreek. It's so so weird, the seed tasted like nothing but... plant, but once I drink the tea it is almost impossible to make the after-taste go away. It is impossible to take the tea on an empty stomach and with no other food right before or after. I've been drinking it for two days: one cup before bedtime and another at mid-morning.
Seriously, I do not know how you guys do it.
So far I've had no pain or anything, but I keep craving for fennel after I drink it. I'll double the fennel and reduce the fenugreek. Also I mixed some of the tea with cream and I apply it when massaging also before bedtime and in the morning, I can't smell the fenugreek in the cream.
Short Stats! Weight: 53.5 kg Bust: 87 cm
The beauty pageant is on the 27th and the bathing suit is looooow on the front, so hopefully I can achieve some decent roundness by then, I can't wear anything underneath so there's no cheats or tricks. Any tips?

Best tips I have for enhancing the bust, is of course, stick with massage....and try a few push-ups. Nothing extreme, but they help increase the muscle underneath and can give you the appearance of a larger bust. I know this doesn't work for everyone but when I did pushups for just 3 days straight, my bra was filled up much more.

You might try adding just a bit of honey in the tea, it might help with the flavor. Good luck with the pageant!
