I was told to use Yohimburn to help with my fatty areas. When I went to the health food store the guy told me that it doesn't work, that the only way to get rid of the fat is to do crunches. I am already doing that but I still have some puffiness in my stomach I think from the herbs. Has anyone used this and if so does it work?

I've heard other people on this board that had good luck with Yohimburn. My husband bought me this stuff called Ab-Solution Plus, that's a topical fat burner, the guy he bought it from said it was clinically tested, so we'll see if it works. Good luck to you!

Forgot to add---crunches build muscle, but if there's a layer of fat the only way to get rid of that is by proper diet & exercise. You can spot tone, but you can't spot reduce. I don't know why he would say crunches would get rid of abdominal fat. Most health food store employees don't really know what they're talking about. I remember trying to get help with GroBust from the goof-balls at GNC. It was like pulling teeth

joyce, Try the MSN archives, Saw Palmetto-gigi MSN. I remembered having this discussion so I looked back there for you. I recall another thread involving yohimburn but haven't had the time to check.
