My husband & I are trying this stuff called Ab-Solution, but if it doesn't work, which Yohimburn does everyone use? I see on the AF Store site that Fawn linked us to that there's a Yohimburn ES & Yohimburn DF.

If topical fat burners do work the way they claim, you will still have to excercise in order to burn off the fat that is released by these products. Otherwise, it will simply be redeposited. As far as I know, there is no "get out of jail free" card for weight loss.

Yeah, the secret to the topical burners is that there has to be a calorie deficit in order for them to work. Basically you're just telling your body in which area you'd like to lose the fat from.
I have used lipoderm Y on my thighs before, and I can swear it made a difference because I was never able to lose that much from that area, but I was also dieting and exercising so I'm only about 90% sure.
I am going to invest in some yohimburn soon, so I can keep you guys updated when it actually happens that I use it.

Yes, please keep us posted on the Yohimburn. . . I don't know for sure, but it just seems like fat is more difficult to get rid of when I'm taking these herbs. If anyone has had any weird side effects from the Yohimburn, please let us know. . . also where you're buying from, since I know everyone and their brother is probably selling it online. . . just want to make sure you get "real" product at a decent price.
Thanks,
Peachy

Ooh I really want to try some of this yohimburn or lipoderm-y stuff too! I heard lipoderm-y works just as well as yohimburn but it's a lot cheaper. Anyone know if this is true? Even though I'm quite skinny, I've had a fat stomach my whole life After eating I probably look like I'm pregnant, haha. Wouldn't it be awesome if the fat got redeposited in our boobs instead? That would be great

Wen,
How long did it take for you to notice a difference using body brushing, and for how long did you continue doing it? Did you use it at the same time as the colon cleanse?

Wen, How long did it take for you to notice a difference using body brushing, and for how long did you continue doing it? Did you use it at the same time as the colon cleanse? Hi Wen. I'd like to know the answer to this, too. I'm also curious about members' experiences with Yohimburn. Is there any danger of missing spots and losing fat unevenly in that area? Is there any chance that tissue can be damaged during use? I can't find any studies about the use of Yohimburn on the Yohimburn site, and wonder why. It seems so promising, but rather frightening in what it supposedly does. If it works so well, why don't more people know about it? So many people want to spot reduce.

O! Sorry, never saw this. Umm, I did skin brushing towards my breasts about 10 strokes with a rounded tip bristle brush DURING my BE regimen.
General puffiness I got rid of by doing a basic colon cleanse (by eating raw veggies, low starch, etc.)

Thanks for the reply, Wen! I find that reducing starches and carbs in general really helps, along with taking some basic digestive enzymes before meals. Another question: Has anyone tried the new Yohimburn ES? tinyurl.com/d45rqLots of stimulants in it, but it supposedly works better. Any thoughts? I'm so curious!

That's what I've been using, Shel Raiye. It's only been a week. I'm also on a high-protein diet. I can't be certain, but it really looks like my saddle bags are shrinking. I'll know for certain in a few weeks.

I'll know for certain in a few weeks. Thanks for the reply, Buffy! I have a fairly high protein diet, too. I eat no dairy (I'm casein intolerant), and no grains at all (I'm gluten intolerant, so gluten grains are out no matter what) and currently no fruit. Vegetables provide my carbs. I eat lots of animal protein (grass-fed New Zealand spring lamb, free-range poultry, occasionally canned tongol tuna). So, a good amount of fat (extra-virgin olive oil in addition to the fats from the meats) and protein and adequate vegetables. Good for BEing. :-) The most processed thing that I eat is Muir Glen organic tomato paste or canned tomatoes. LOL I am not overweight, but eating this way is much better for my health and I'm less likely to puff up with water retention. I'm really looking forward to your report about your results with Yohimburn ES. Some questions for you: 1. Do you notice a stimulant effect? 2. Are you appling it before exercise on an empty stomach? 3. Which areas on your body are you applying it? 4. Are you doing BE at the same time?

Nice My diet is similar to yours. I find I feel at my best when I eat that way, I just got lazy over the past few years. Slowly but surely I started eating carbs again. Now for your questions: 1. I do not notice much of a stimulant effect. No more than could be ascribed to just being in my head. 2. Yes, 1/2 hour before exercise. I feel it more if I use my exfoliating gloves in the shower that morning and do not apply body lotion to that area. The times I've used lotion, I didn't feel as much tingling. 3. Mostly upper thighs, sometimes stomach. I'm going to work on the tummy after my thighs get thinner. 4. Yes, I am. I'm doing an herbal routine. I grew a full inch the first month (an extended cycle). My second cycle was shorter and I barely grew. Just getting to the point in this cycle where they will start swelling up. We'll see. I am concerned that my efforts will affect my BE, but I don't want to be fat! Thanks for asking, and best of luck to you
