Thanks for your quick reply, Buffy! I had a look at your routine and like the simplicity. I'm new to BE, and hope to feel/see something soon. I'm starting an herbal program. I'm developing it as best as I can, and hope to go from a 32B to a 32D <fingers, toes and eyes crossed ;-) >
I hope that you'll be able to have fat loss in your problem areas and gain boobs at the same time! That's ideal. :-) I am very keen on trying Yohimburn in the future. No matter what I weigh and how much exercise I do, the tops of my inner thighs rub together. I used to lift weights quite seriously, but I cut waaaay back a few months ago because it wasn't good for my hormones and health overall. I was too lean and it compromised my boobs. I still lift weights, but not as heavy as before and not as many exercises. Now it's some weights, Callanetics and stair climbing real stairs to help keep my butt up (works well!).
I ate rice again for a while recently and it definitely caused problems (bloat, weight gain due to increased appetite). All grains just make me more hungry, even when they're whole grain.
I look forward to reading your posts about Yohimburn! And other people's posts, as well. It seems that no one else is using Yohimburn ES, or am I wrong?

I'm reposting this in case anyone would like to raply (thanks for your reply, Buffy!).
I'm curious about members' experiences with Yohimburn, either DF or ES.
Is there any danger of missing spots and losing fat unevenly in that area?
Is there any chance that tissue can be damaged during use?
I can't find any studies about the use of Yohimburn on the Yohimburn site, and wonder why. It seems so promising, but rather frightening in what it supposedly does. If it works so well, why don't more people know about it? So many people want to spot reduce.
I have been e-mailing with a rep from Yohimburn, and he wrote that Yohimburn ES (which is an improved formula, containing several stimulants) - outsells the older version 20 to 1 because it's much more effective. Male bodybuilders are the prime users, it seems. He wrote that the only reason why someone would want the older version of Yohimburn (Yohimburn DF) is if they like to work out at night and thus worry about the stimulants, or they want to use it to lose fat on their face (apparently male models use it for that).
Last night I tossed and turned, troubled by the idea of using ES. Fine if I personally don't use it, but I wonder about how safe something like this is for most people. Is anyone aside from Buffy using ES?

I have the ES version, and haven't had any bad side effects from either the DF or ES versions. I've been using them off and on since 2002.
Dosage amount is VERY important - I did get a rush or two from overdoing it once or twice. Once I learned not to do this, I had no problems. With overdosage, there's systemic uptake which can affect you - well - systemically. With proper and judicious dosage, it doesn't end up in the blood stream, just in the tissues.
The yohimbine hcl blocks alpha-adrenoreceptors which allows fatty acids to be released into the bloodstream for energy. Caffeine has a dehydrating effect on the fat cells and interstitial tissues.
The guys from Anafit really know their stuff and are great and helpful people. I'm really impressed with their knowledge.
Again, I've had no lasting side effects (except for the two times I used too much of it, which included jitters, shakes and heart rate increase, as would be expected) in years of usage.
Honestly I stopped using it because my husband bitched and whined about the aroma so much I just said to hell with it and stopped using it. (It has a very, very strong peppermint odor.)

I have been using yohimburn es for about 2 1/2 weeks now and I have seen some results mostly my stomach is flatter and it looks like I have more muscle definition. I put it on about 20 minutes before I work out making sure I exfoliate the area I want to reduce before applying the yohimburn. On me I kind of get a slight tolerable burning sensation (I think this is from the peppermint) but not immediately. I also work out in the mornings before I eat because that is when there are less carbs in the body to burn and it dips into the fat supply quicker. My workout sessions are about 30 min and longer depending on how much time I have before work. I have used it before bedtime but I think it works better when I workout so I don't any more. I have'nt gotten any side effects from it just smells like icy hot or vapor rub

I know nobody has posted in this thread for awhile but maybe we can revive it. I'd really like to know if yohimburn or lipoderm work? I've had love handles since my first child and no matter how much I exercise (cardio and strength training) I keep that area. After my first child I actually when down to 118lbs...not bad unless you are 5'10"...yeah, I was too thin but that roll was still there. From what I've read one of these products would work for me if they actually do what they are supposed to...so that's what I'm wanting to know. Also, has anyone at least been able to keep the fat from BE at bay doing this? or has anyone had good BE results while using either of these products? Thanks in advance!!!

Hi Flatmama,
Thanks for that link in your program page to the discussion about Lipo. I hadn't seen that. I have seen where some on the BE boards have jokingly said that maybe the fat would migrate to the breasts, but I hadn't seen documentation of it. I have been using Yohimburn a little. Now, after reading that, I am wondering if what happened to me last month was the same. I had used more of the Yohimburn than I had been, and at one point my breasts got more sore and bigger than they have since I started BE. I had also increased my herbs. I experienced some extreme fatigue, which I thought was caused by taking too much of the herbs. So, I decreased the herbs and a few days later is when I got the increased pain in my breasts. I thought it was because I had stalled, even though I am only taking a low dose of herbs. I made the connection finally, that the Yohimburn was responsible for the fatigue, not the herbs. Now I'm not sure whether I had indeed stalled, or if the Yohimburn was also what caused the increase in breast pain and growth. Time will tell, hopefully. I have been inching my dose of herbs back up, thinking that if I had stalled, I would eventually hit the point that would give me the extreme pains back. Haven't gotten there yet, and if I don't until I get all the way back up to the previous dose, then I will be pretty certain it was the Yohimburn contributing. If it takes overdoing Yohimburn (or Lipo) then I won't be able to benefit, because I can't take the debilitating fatigue, but maybe a small dose of the Yohimburn will still help some. I feel some slight fatigue even with just a half a squirt. I am just very sensitive. Good luck with the Lipo, but be wary of the fatigue. It is a side effect that is listed.

Thanks Mango!! Wow, didn't know that about the fatigue. That's good to know since I'm having a bit of it with the herbs already. I do wonder how often the breast growth happens with this stuff. It would be interesting to find out. Did you lose any of your growth that may have been from the Yohimburn? I know that discussion mentioned the possibility of water retention in that area so just curious if you lost any or if any of it was swelling Thanks again for the fatigue warning...I'll start out even lower than I originally planned!!

Flatmama, Thanks for reviving this post, and double thanks for the link! It was very interesting to read. I recently got Lipoderm, but have only used it once before exercising. It really made me sweat where I had applied it. I didn't feel any fatigue though. I will watch for it when I use it again. I don't have the love handles, but I look like I do when I'm about 4-5 months pregnant. Which is not really big, a bit of a pooch, but I don't like it. My hind end got a bit bigger as well. (I gained the weight with the herbs). I'm planning on using it more in about 3 weeks when I kick up my exercise a bit. I'll post more then. serene

Thanks Serene...I look forward to see how well it works for you! I'm supposed to be receiving my Lipo in the mail today. Hopefully I don't have any problems with the lipo and the extreme breast soreness (some extra growth wouldn't be bad though). I'm planning on just using the lipoderm because I exercise quite a bit because I need it for the stress release and it keep the 'happy' mood around longer. I tried stopping for BE or even just slowing it down...I just ended up miserable. So because of the intensity of the exercise I do, I'm hoping this will just allow me to use the fat from my stomach and other areas I decide to put it instead of attacking the little fat I have on my breasts (where the weight comes off first) and hopefully keep the BE going! I'll let you know how it goes!

I'm really curious about this... The woman said she used it at night and not before a workout. I'm going to try it for a week and see what happens. I know a week isn't very long, so I guess we'll see what happens after a week. I also want to check over the site to see if anything else was posted about breast growth with the Lipo. It will take me a while though to go over the site, time is something I don't have a lot of for extra stuff. It would be awesome if it worked for us ladies on this board as it worked for her. Especially for those of us who are gaining in other places.
Best growing wishes! serene

I agree Serene, It would be nice to be able to have the same effect....tone up everywhere and get a nice set up top. I've used my lipo once...didn't notice any side effects. I know some people are more sensitive that others though. It was strange though...when I put it on my stomach, my breasts started to tingle and then ache alittle. I don't know if it was connected or not or it was because I had just taken my herbs about an hour before. Still something to watch for..... I haven't tried it at night yet...I wanted to see how my body reacted to the stuff first. I understand the time thing too..I have 2 little ones at home. I've tried searching for more on the connection with Lipo and breast growth but I don't have the time to read through everything. If I find anything else interesting on it I'll post it here. Will you do the same? I'm really interested in this.
Happy growing!!

FM, I will definatly post whatever I find. You said you felt sensations after the first time you used it, I wonder if there could be a link between when you apply, how/when the fats are released, and when you take your herbs, and when the herbs start to work. Does that make sense? I don't know how fast the lipoderm works, I would think if we are instructed to apply it 20-30 minutes before a work out, perhaps that is how long it takes for our bodies to release the fats. If we take the herbs an hour before applying, then the receptors in the breasts could possibly be primed and ready to accept any fats that have been released. (which makes me wonder if a breast massage was done, and heat applied, would that help?)
The woman on the forum said she drank a protein drink before bed to offset any sugar problems, so perhaps a protein drink might be beneficial after the massage, if done during the day. If we did the same as what she did at night, how would the protein drink affect the GABA, (if you are taking it), which we've been advised to take on an empty stomache.
Wahaika, if you are reading this, does this make sense, and since you have ample more experience, what are your thoughts?
