Too soon to tell, I know, especially when I felt smaller than ever yesterday, but I swear my left breast seems bigger today. I actually have more than just saggy skin- it seems like there is something in there. As far as the right breast- who knows? I've always been smaller on that side- maybe it needs a little extra massage.

Yesterday, I continued ramping up and took my first dose of WY. A few hours later, I felt aches in my breasts. I was so excited. Today, I ramped up to 2 WY's along with the 3 Fenugreeks and 3 SP's. I haven't felt anything. Could I have been imagining the aches? Also, I have been so bloated and uncomfortable, not every day though, so I don't know if it's from the herbs. This morning, my breasts seemed much fuller- not really bigger, just not so saggy. I actually felt comfortable walking around without anything on- I'm usually hiding myself out of embarrassment. Also, if I may get personal, during an "intimate" moment last night, my breasts were getting a lot more attention than they normally do- which made me wonder if they really are filling out. My skepticism about these herbs working is fading- I actually have hope that I won't have to buy bras in the young girl's section any more. Just thought I'd give an update. I'll ramp to 3 WY tomorrow.

Today is day 14 and I am taking the day off from internals, as suggested by Wahaika (I have a 28 day cycle). I have not felt any aches or pains since the first day I took one WY. Should I have done something different at that point? Does anyone know? Tomorrow I will resume with one of each of these 3 X a day- FG, SP, WY, and EPO. Also, 1 GABA at night.

Hi Anne. I was just thinking about you and wondering how you were doing. I responded in your bloating thread. I am concerned that I experienced aches once when I was ramping up and then not again. Do you think that's strange? I've heard that some people grow without experiencing pain, but it's just weird that I did feel those aches once. Do you feel like you are progressing? Joy

Sometimes during the day I feel fuller and I get excited, then I'll look later and I look really small and saggy. I must be imagining the fullness. I think we should stick with it for at least 3 months. It's only been 2 weeks for me. Seems like forever.

Hi Joyful1 - thanks for your reply to my "where do I start" post.
I know you haven't been on the routine very long, and I'm still on the wild search for herbs in australia, but I was wondering if you could tell me if you've felt any different since getting on the herbs.
I guess I'm just worried about ingesting all these herbs and ending up with headaches or a crazy cycle or something! How have you been?
And good luck? I'll keep checking in to see how you are going.
Lexy.

Hi Lexy,
The first time I tried NBE (sometime last year) I did get whacked-out cycles (I don't remember if I got headaches). At that time, I went straight to the recommended dose on the Greenbush herbs (3 caps of each, 3 times a day). In hindsight and after having read through several of Wahaika's posts, I think I should have ramped up slowly. That's what I'm doing now. . . and my cycle so far has been okay. I did have some acne issues, but they resolved once I added in the SP to the routine. No headaches. I did just start bloating since I added the Wild Yam two days ago.
This is one of the advantages of ramping everything up one by one - you can pinpoint which herb is making you feel a certain way, and you can adjust your dosages accordingly.
Just my experience with the herbs - hope this helps in your decision.

Lexy, I haven't really felt any different. I have felt bloated a few times, but not every day. I have had a few headaches, but not every day- so I don't know if I can blame it on the herbs. I haven't felt moody or anything like that. Overall, I feel good. I was hesitant about taking all the herbs too. I ramped up slowly too. Good luck to you.

Is anyone else having to wash their bra way too often? I have a hard time putting on a brown stained bra every morning because of the extract. Anyway, when I took it off to wash it today, my boobs seemed so much bigger. There is actually something sticking out when I'm wearing a shirt. I don't look as flat as my young daughter. I decided to measure since I was feeling so much bigger and I am 32 3/4 in. in the bust. Is it premature to measure only almost 3 weeks into my routine? Time will tell when I start my next cycle. Also, I felt a little pain in one breast the other day when I was sitting still for a minute, which I hardly ever do. I'm wondering if the aches and pains are there, but I just miss them most of the time because I don't sit long enough to feel it. Just a thought.

Hi Joyful1,
It's great that you feel that you're getting bigger. . . what was your baseline bust measurement? And am I correct in thinking you're taking the enhancement blend extract from Greenbush? Internally and/or externally?
Good luck and thanks for keeping us posted.
