You are all so great. Thanks for all the great info. Last night, I took out WY. This morning I took one, but I won't take one the rest of the day. We'll see how it goes. By the way, when you all talk about aloe vera, do you mean aloe vera gel? Last night after I massaged with FG powder steeped in olive oil, I put some aloe vera gel over the top and it made hard clumps all over. Am I doing something wrong?

DMSO is probably the best to use with olive oil based batters. Aloe Vera gel is good to use with extracts. DMSO works well with both.
Did you get clumps immediately or after applying heat?
How much Aloe Vera Gel did you use?

I got clumps right away before heat. I used about a quarter sized amount altogether for both. I didn't even rub it in much because I didn't want to rub off the FG/olive oil mixture. I just tried to smear it on gently. Maybe it was because I'm using powdered FG.

Annie, The FG/olive oil mixture mixes with the Aloe vera gel and makes green blobs that are rubbery- if that makes sense. It balls up. I don't know how else to describe it. I ramped down to the 1 WY per day and I have felt some pains and heaviness. I'm so glad. Thanks for all the help. I just advised someone to check with you about Fennel. She wants to replace Fenugreek, but she doesn't know how much. Hope that's ok.

Today I have felt starving all day. I had breakfast, two lunches a few hours apart, and I'll have dinner later. Also, I had a bad headache this morning. Could this be low blood sugar? Seems strange.
Before I started this journey, I thought it would be pretty easy to stick with it for months at a time. I know I'm just being impatient, but it seems like it has been forever (only 3 weeks). I don't want to be a AAA any more. Just when I think I'm seeing some growth, the next time I look it's gone. What's up with that? The up and down feelings are hard. Hopefulness one day, discouragement the next.
Also, I quit taking GABA when I ramped down the WY. I felt like my stomach was getting huge, not bloated just fatter. I'm not convinced that GABA is necessary. Any opinions?

I dont' see that GABA with any help, either! I did take it last Oct.(about 50 days) then when pills run out I stopped.
But the most important is should you receive good and long sleep every night in stead.

hi joy, my belly is getting fat also, amatter of fact i'm putting on weight. i'm always hungry, yesterday all day i felt pain and today no pain. seems like wy is not my herb cuz yesterday i just felt like not taking it and today i add it again. i feel like dropping wy and work with SP and Fennel along with EPO. just gonna stick to it until m y next cycle and see.
And the worst part i bought 3 bottles os wy and only 1 bottle of SP wish it was the other way around.
Just hang in there .

On the clumps - use extracts instead, or if you stick with the herbs steeped in olive oil, use a drop of DMSO.
Don't get discouraged. Your're doing fine. Three weeks is nothing. You need to look at going more like 6 months. But you should keep trying things to get the growing pains. The process is two steps forward and one step back. You grow a little and lose it. The idea is to keep just a little more than you lost.
Some need WY and some don't. Some need just a little bit. The main herbs are usually fenugreek (or fennel) and Saw Palmetto. If you are in the Size A or smaller category, you should use Red Clover in your massage along with fenugreek.
For the fenugreek headaches & etc. hard candy works wonders.

Annie, I am eating well. I probably don't eat enough protein, I try but it's hard.
Wahaika, Thanks for the encouragement. I will try your ideas. I didn't feel any pains yesterday or today. I'm wondering what my next step should be- take out WY altogether? Lower FG or SP to 2X per day? I'm not sure. Any ideas? or should I stick with what I'm at for a week or so?

Hi joy, well its seems am gaining weight which i dont want, i'm confused most of the time too. i assume you soon get in cycle 2. i think you should to stick where you are for now, and when youir next cycle you could do some adjustment. i now it's fustrating at times but just hang in there for a while. i definetly dont want to be on herbs for long. lets see what 3 months bring us and then we can go from there.
so hang in there, you can massage a bit more too.

I am a bit confused as to what you are taking right now both internally and for massage.
Go back to the dosages you had when you were feeling growing pains. See if they return. If so, remain on them for 3 months.
Read this entire thread from beginning to end.
Remember, you cannot overdo it or you will stall. You need to be in the 1500 but under 2000mg per day category for fenugreek.
Are you nearing the end of your cycle? If you are a week away, you could ramp down, then ramp back up again starting at day one to get back to dosages that work for you.
