Progsterone cream or wild yam cream are very important for flushing your body of excess extrogens. www.johnleemd.comthis site has a lot of info on estrogen dominance as well as other hormone imbalances it also has test to see where you stand with your hormones. wild yam cream builds tissue and it is also a natural for of progresterone. Any wild yam cream should work for breast growth if your body needs. my routine involves wild yam cream and that is almost all i am using right now, I can say i notice a difference in my breasts. and I am estrogen dominant but only becasue I am progesterone deficiant, hence the need for wild yam cream- and for me I am using progesterone cream also. (see my routine for more details.) Anyway, happy growing and I hope this info helped. Yeah..the johnlee site is one frequently passed around and is pinned for our newbees. Your comments are exactly to my point- if you are deficient- progesterone creams and progestinc stuffs will help your BE . Wen'

I have estrogen dominance too (I think I may too without taking anything herbs, be etc.) and I have a hard time growing. I have responded beautifully in that I've gained fullness during luteal........gotten so sore I don't want anything on me or touching me....(however can't seem to keep the goods). Maybe us estro dominant people can't grow at all.....?

Cassandra - I need hope! I believe that I may be estrogen dominant as well (pms, etc...). I'm nervous about the use of progesterone as it may inhibit permanent growth. However, some very good points have been made here about bringing our levels to norm (w/progesterone) THEN adding the bb growing herbs. A shot in the dark - I have only been developing my plan (looking into BO) and noticed that my temperature is quite low. In doing more research on it, I found that estrogen dominance could also be the cause of the low temps. Take a look here if anyone is interested... www.space-age.com/hypothyroidism.htmlSo, while I am fairly certain that I do not have hypothyroidism (I'm pretty thin), I do believe that a lack of progesterone might be causing the low temps. Information also seems to suggest that raising the body temp (curing the symptom) might actually in turn help to cure the cause. I don't know that it is true in the case of progesterone deficiency vs hypothyroidism, but I'm willing to give it a try. I'm going to try kelp and L'tyrosine to raise body temps and see if that helps my body to adjust in other ways. I'm starting on that tomorrow. Good luck all of you estros! I hope we can grow, grow, grow! Perhaps one of us will find the magic key to big boobies!

I would like to hear your opinion: for an estrogen dominant person with 34AAA, is progesterone cream helpful? If so, is Puritan's Pride a good brand? I tried various things for a while a year ago, and want to start over again. Thanks in advance.

Thanks...!

I'm confused more than ever after reading all this about estrogen domince. I took a hormone test and came out as estrogen dominant. One web site said not to take soy and feugreek if your ED. This one says it's okay.
PMS has many different definitions. I'm not even sure I have that. I feel sore and have to take advil on my first and second day. I sometimes get anxious but not always.
Can someone help me?

Did your hormone test show you as high in estrogen or just higher in the estrogen/progesterone ratio? Estrogen dominance being potentially different than having estrogen levels that are high.
