OKay Wen, you'll have to PM me as I have no idea how. I'll see what it involves and we will go from there. Crap I was hoping to lose just an inch or so off my thighs..................guess I'll just have to work on toning them harder. Look next to your user name at the top...that's where your PMs are. Hey Wen- I understood what you were saying.
Haven't taken any herbs the last 2 days. My dog has been very sick and its kinda touch and go right now, and I have just been so weary that I haven't been taking much of anything. She seems to be on the mend, and is really perking up but I thought I might lose her over the weekend. And for anyone else reading, yes I did take her to the vet and we did labwork..............
I am not sure if its related to the herbs/lack of or not, but so far the aching in my boobs has been the most intense its ever been. I would say it hurts, but its not "painful" just really really uncomfortable. They also never deflated and AF is gone completely. Still looking a little funny and are back to being lumpy. I noticed my areolas are puffy, which is not normal for me, and also a new occurance.
I am planning to start the herbs back up tomorrow morning and continue with my normal routine, rather then try and take them tonight.
To be honest I was expecting to see a little more growth or size changes then I do right now. I know they are different, fuller and firmer almost like before kids, and do understand that they have gotten wider, but would really like to see them start to grow outward soon. I will say this, I am very pleased with the shape they are taking so far, so am very hopeful that as they continue to grow they will looking pretty darn good.
Do you really think a C cup is possible for me? It seems like I have such a long road to go to achieve it.

Hi MR-
Sorry to hear about the pooch....but hopefully, she's on the mend.
About BE: ya know...I thought it was forever too on RC. Yeah at four months, you're thinking- hey I should see something outward, but when you start from scratch it's just a slow go the first 3-4 months. Yes, I really feel a c-cup is definitely in your future. You have 1.8c of walls, .85c of meats, and now 0.2c of water in your breasts which will re-fill to 0.6c in a coupla days. You'll fill in more water (up to 0.9c) by the end of this cycle and it'll be easier to believe starting this cycle. Next cycle you should see 1.4c of water, then after that 1.9c of water.
It'll come- you've had some nasty humps during this BE ride- but just keep on trucking. Only 3 more months of pill-popping and you're body will finish the rest on it's own for a final increase of 2.5c.

when you start from scratch it's just a slow go Wen' To show my ignorance, can you explain to me how I was starting from scratch, when I did have boobs at one time- or is it that nursing for me completely depleted them? or there wasn't much there to begin with or I don't know make something up to answer I'm just curious is all

Well, your breasts did what they were supposed to after you nursed...all the extra fat cells completely atrophied off...but instead of recovering their size, they just stayed where they were b/c hormonal balance was off. This means you have the joy of completely re-growing the cell walls, cell innards and finally filling that cell with water (which gives it size). But the good news..instead of necessarily stopping at the smaller size, you'll get to your hormonally-happy size of 2.5c increase ;D Wen'

well, that would explain why some women nurse and get bigger, and I nursed and got nothing. these chest breast pains I have been getting are just getting more and more intense. I shouldn't really call them pains as its more deep deep aches. My left breast is becoming slightly bigger/fuller then my right, so I am keeping my fingers crossed that they will even out enough that it won't be noticeable to me or anyone else for that matter . Bigger lumps- lobes are back to raisins/some chickpea sizes, which brings me to mentioning my right breast is firm, and the left one is squishy - again the fear of being lopsided. On another note, I am craving alot of foods I wouldn't normally think of eating - like sugar cookies, oreo cookies (which I hate), ice-cream, and then the foods I have periodically, pizza lots of pizza, and not just any kind, the greasy kind (really gross) with all the toppings, water always with the water, mac and cheese, and tomato soup with grilled cheese sandwiches............I am making myself hungry just typing these. I still eat a whole lot of healthy stuff, but these are what I have been craving Golly my face is going to hate me, and butt is going to be sporting a lot more junk.

Trust me- DON'T FIGHT the CRAAAVVEE! All that size increase needs energy and the fats need the SUGAR. Shop up and eat well!! Breasts don't grow at exactly the same rate and actually aren't exactly the same size (but definitely close)..it'll be fine. Wen'

Boobs hurt bad. Feels like skin shrinking, but inner expanding and everything is pulling/pushing/tearing. It hurts to touch them, it hurts with the bra on, but when I take my bra off, sometimes they feel like they are having "let down". Hard spots as before, perhaps hugely enlarged lobes again -unsure - very tender. Have also started feeling nauseous (sp?)

Take 1-2 Advil for the pain. Nausea- it's due to a little imbalance hormonally due to growth spurt. Please do some dry massaging, that will help bring up the prolactin levels and relieve nausea. Massage 1-2 minutes, inward rotation. Your body's workin'!!

Boobs are still extremely sore and tender and still ache. Hard spots still present although not as hard, and back to feeling multiple lobes again. My favorite place in the world right now is standing on the stream of a hot shower - its the only thing that seems to relieve some of the feelings in my boobs.
Nausea has left though.

Still have the soreness, although it is now in the general area of the armpit again, very very tender. Itchy and tingles still present as well as larger multilple lobes. I have gone up to a Bcup bra, although I don't fill it out, its alot more comfortable then the A's, where it hurts to wear, almost like a squashed feeling, and mainly along the outer edge. Sleeping is painful as well and as a stomach sleeper I am waking up on my back to relieve some of the pressure in my boobs. I wonder if this (the bra) might have to do with widening more then anything, as I said "I don't fill them out at all". I haven't measured in a while as they don't look any different and I am getting tired of the measuring tape telling me I have no growth.

Good..go by the bra. Growth- sides, bottoms, then tops. You've got 0.75c of water migrating to your breasts to stay over next 16 days. Should fill in a lot more bra. Wen'

Would like to report that I still have these boobie pains. And they are still just as intense if not getting slightly worse each day. In looking back through my old posts it appears that I really started logging about it them near the end of July, and range on a daily basis on the level of intesity/pain/aches/whatever they are at the moment. So they have been going on for awhile straight through. Today the pains have moved from my sides, which is where the bulk of it was, to both my sides and my bottoms, which is even more uncomfortable. They are also extremely tender again, so it hurts to old my kids, or even just hug my kids..................also without a bra they feel like they are leaking like the early days of nursing, but I am not actually leaking, its just a feeling, I'm not sure how I would describe the feeling if I didn't nurse before....hmmmm? Anyway back to what I was saying, I have been taking Advil off and on the last few days to combat the aches and the headaches I have been getting, and am getting some relief, I think I am going to end up having to take some today as well. Right aerola is back to being really "puffy" in appearance, which makes the whole right boob appear smaller, but not really worried at this point. I will be honest, I am getting a little worried though with all these pains/aches - has anyone else experienced them for such a long time??? I think if these were periodic it wouldn't worry me so much, but its been pretty constant.................. Not including the pains I have, I am pretty happy with the way my boobs look. Although they certainly aren't measuring any bigger, just the fact that they actually look like real boobs has done wonders for my self esteem - and the fact that they don't look like "used" boobs (from nursing ) makes it even better. I am getting excited about one day actually fitting a B bra and not just feeling more comfortable in it, but again am worried that as soon as all these pains stop my new found friends will disappear too..........Speaking of friends AF is due soon too which is another thing that has me worried - I guess everything has me worried right now - ----I need some advil my boobs head is starting to hurt!

Welll.... My boobies hurt for 3-4 months while using the RC. It seems you've got another 1.5 cycles of the aches. Ever try Alleve. Less pill- more punch. Wen'
