hi Bonnet, my routine is similar to yours. Ive started over, ramping up from the beginning though and this time Im taking it very slow, probably too slow.lol I'm not feeling much at all, but I do think I am in the beginning of my luteal phase. So I'm trying to wait until the follicular phase to make changes. God I wish this didnt take so long. Anyways how do you know if you have excess androgen? or too little? Thank you. it seems you are doing all the right moves by taking it slow. I wish the best for you.

i have ramped up saw palmetto to 5 capsules per day (510mg per caps) and i feel warmth and occasional pain under arm. i don't know whether underarm pain can be considered growing pains as well. i just miss these tingles so bad i had few days in my last cycle

lowered the saw palmetto back to 4 per day, actually i kind of tweak it (my occasional spots diappear right after an extra one). but i also have got these headaches lately and blame the extra for that.
anyway, i can't say i have grown or anything and feel quite disappointed after being on herbs for a month and 12 days. could it be i'm too low or maybe stalled with fenugreek don't know. i really liked this new look when i had the premenstrual swelling at the end of last cycle. will se if it happens again.
I would welcome any advice or if someone has felt the same.

i was on a 4-day trip (no massage, no teas) few days ago and had my midcycle herbfree-day and got my sensations back. Accordingly i was slightly stalled. So i'm back to 3 fg and 3 sp per day. And perhaps the before-bed-dose i take as a tea.

i have reduced my dosages to 2 capsules per day for both Sawplametto and fenugreek cos on a one day break i got sensations and thought i might have been a bit stalled (also according Waikiki's thread). I do feel a bit more sensations (underarm and stabbing, still no tingles though) now and am on lutheal phase. I was thinking of tweaking more with the teas (fennel and liquarice). I was drinking before as well and quite a lot so it might have stalled me with the 3 caps per day. Haven't noticed any growth yet but will see if i get that preperiod swelling as i did last month. Finger crossed that some of it will stay.

Hi Bonnette, the symptoms I had when I stalled were that I felt absolutely nothing. I was using the same routine as Queen B when I stalled not realizing that was too much for my size. Also I noticed when I was taking the EPO and flax seed oil thats when I stopped feeling any growing at all. So I waited for my period to start and for the first 3 days of it I took milk thistle and then I started ramping up from the beginning only this time I take my herbs in smaller doses four times a day. I would say its helping but I still need to tweak my routine a little more. I feel the same as you though I have no patience so many times Ive felt like giving up on all this craziness, but when I see just a little growth it keeps me going.lol Well let me know how you are doing and I will try to update my routine soon.

i'm in the beginning of my third cycle now. Before have a few days livercleanse with milkthistle.
i would like to note that i seem to be as regular as a clock now and without any PMS symptoms. Feels so great. Could it mean my hormones are balanced?
i have reduced my doses into 2 per day of both saw palmetto and fenugreek and feel sensations more frequently. They are not strong but quite uncomfortable ones. I have also strated to get sleep more easily which is great cos i thought the insomnia could have had bad impact on my program.
I can't say i have grown. But i have noticed that the tissue inside feels in a larger area. I'm not sure of course but i remember years ago it was very small little lumps inside but now more like spreading more to the sides. Anyway it does not show in any way. I wish my smaller one could get just a bit of volume in the bottom so it could look like a breast ( not a mosquitobite), a tiny one but still a breast.
Before my cycle (starting today) i felt nipplepain starting from few days ago and that's the only time i feel pain in nipples.
i found fenneltea in a granulated form yesterday (with sugar) with a good price and i add it to me own fenneltea for sweetening. Works well. And i can even eat it like that having it absorbing straight from my mouth.
Next month i will continue with 2 for both per day and will see what happens.
The weather is getting colder and i find myself freezing quite often. a warm pullover would be a nice investment.

well still with my period but it's obvious i'm losing the swelling again. I feel a bit lost and negative about my BE already, secound month and nothing to mention about.
i did feel more regular sensations when i backed down my herbs to 2 per day plus the tea (since i am very small afetr all).
i do my massage with EPO only since i share a room and don't want the other to suffer the smell.

Hey, Bonnette!! Are you still using wild yam in your routine? I use wild yam in mine.
I tweaked my routine for a few days here & there, and when I increased my wild yam for two days, I felt swelling and pains. I didn't stick with this, though. I ended up taking fennel completely out of my internal routine, and use it only for massage with olive oil. I thought the fenugreek with the fennel would only stall me out.
Just thought I'd share this with you. Good luck!!

Oh, thank you, that is very interesting.
I think took it only few days and had terrible headaches at that time. But it might not have anything to do with wild yam though cos i had it later as well but not anymore.
I'm now taking 2 capsules of each fenu and sawpalmetto and have been wondering adding wildyam but never sure. DO u think it's ok to add it in the middle of my cycle?
My pains are so mild that i find myself questioning whether they are real or not, sometimes stronger though but very rarely. I tend to have this underarm thing and sweating most of the time and wondering why it's not in my breasts.
Have added the heating after my nightly massage since it' s getting colder here.
I feel like i need smth to kickstart but not sure what. i need the pains to get stronger. WHat i also noticed is that my preperiod swelling this month was less than in previous moth and i was disappointed. The swelling itself is so nice when u are AAA that i tell myself i would so happy with only that.
Anyway thank you for you suggestion and i might try it out today adding it as an extra during the day.

I think it would be okay to add wild yam as long as it's not too long after your period. You might be able to gauge what kind of effects it has before your luteal phase.
I was like you with the headaches when I first started my routine. I think it was the fenugreek, but it only lasted a few weeks, and now they're gone.
I don't get too many pains throughout the month. Sometimes I feel subtle sensations, but they don't last very long... I could be imagining them. Other than that, the only real pain I have is in my right breast about 5-7 days before my period. Go figure... it's only in my right breast.
Do you know the amounts (in mg) that you're taking for the fenugreek & fennel? They're both phyto-estrogens and the combination of both could stall you out.

hey
i added wild yam today alone in the afternoon and i think it has an effect, but not sure yet. I went out for a walk and i kind of felt the blood circulating there. It's hard to describe the feeling.
Tjerefang, i think my pains are more or less like yours. Only occasionally i get these real pains.
My fenugreek is 2 x 610g per day and fennel in a tea form. I sort of very much like fennel tea so i don't think i'm gonna give up on it. Now that i'm have reduced the fenu to two per day i don't think the extra tea is a problem (but before, yes you are right, i probably was a bit stalled).
Thank you for your suggestions.Wait and see if the wildyam has a good effect or not.

yes, i think the added wildyam has made my sensations slightly stronger. But what i can't see is the growth and i'm getting depressed. Bonnette

Bonnette, "keep on keepin' on!!" If the wild yam makes your sensations stronger, stick with it at least for a whole cycle. It's still too soon to see growth. How much are you taking?
