Age: 28 Height: 5'6" 171 cm Weight 54kg (have lost weight lately don't know why but trying to put back some) Children: 0 Measurements: under bust: 75 cm bust: 79 cm Bra size: no idea, i wear padded A cup to look less flat
i started on 21.08.2006 with ramping up:
fenugreek 610 mg sawplametto 520 mg wild yam all from Vortexhealth
1. 1 fenugreek morning 2. 1 fenugreek morning 3. 1 fenugreek morning , 1 fenugreek afternoon 4. 1 fenugreek morning, 1 fenugreek afternoon 5. 1 fenugreek morning, 1 fenugreek afternoon 6. 1 fenugreek, 1 sawpalmetto morning 1 fenugreek afeternoon 7. 1 fenugreek, 1 sawpalmetto morning 1 fenugreek, 1 sawpalmetto afternoon
plus EPO 2 capsules twice a day B-vitamin hairvitamins zink iron ( i don't eat red meat) tring to eat as much protein as possible fennel tea usually 1-2 a day (just love the taste)
i don't want to fix the amounts yet since i want to be very flexible and dependednt on the sensations i get. Am a bit confused about the quantities so i'm rather keeping them since i don't want to stall.
i have had very slight sensations now and then but don't know if it's really from my chest or the lungs. i don't remember if i had any pains during puberty either (mind i didn't really even grow then)
I'm not sure if i should add one more fenugreek before sleep maybe but that would make 1830 mg a day and could be too much considering my size. I really don't know. the same applies to sawpalmetto. Advice would be very welcomed.
i also do massage with EPO ( 2-3 x day) and sometimes with cocoa butter with vit E

When massaging with EPO, try adding fennel extract or breaking open some fenugreek capsules and letting ti seep in the EPO for a minimum of a week. Stay where you are at for another day or two and then add another fenugreek if your growth signs dont increase by then. I wouldnt suggest ramping the fenugreek too much further, though. Of course, you could always stay at this level until your next cycle and then ramp if no results are achieved.

thanks for an advice, vxandraxv. I was thinking taking it as slow as possible myself as well. It's just this excitement to hurry up and see the results. about the massage with fenufgreek i find very difficult since i'm staying with my parents at the moment and can't spread the smell all over the place (although the mild smell of fenugreek in small amounts is so sweet and nice I have so far added couple of drops of fennel essential oil to the EPO capsules but have no idea if it would be tha same as fennel extract. That's where i need an advice from herbalist.

Essential oil is not the same as extracts because essential oils tend to contain stuff like limonene, linalool, and other aromatic alcohols and terpenes rather than phytoestrogens. Grab some extract!

One of the times that growth hormone is the greatest is the first 90 minutes of sleep. If you move your mid day dosage to night time you can take advantage of the rise in growth hormone.
Try switching your dosage times from morning/afternoon to morning/evening before bedtime.
Be sure not to take too much zinc - no more than about 80mg per day.
Be sure to add heat to the massage.
You could also take a gram of borage oil at night before bedtime also.
Any meat is OK. Do you eat chicken?

thanks Wahaika,
i will devide mu doses like you recommended. Do you think the quantities are ok? It's just so hard to keep them low.
About sleep, probably just a coincidence but i have hard time getting sleep these days.
One thing i want to mention is the fennel tea. I really feel smth when drinking it, very light though. Or it could be the massage when i'm doing it harder sometimes i get the burning feeling afterwards. The pain is smth hard to get since i don't understand whether it's in my breast or in ribs or beneath it. Silly but i really can't make a difference.
i have to mentions here that before starting my routine a week ago i did massage for several weeks and had fenneltea just for loving it and then when i was on a trip with no chances to keep doing the massage and the tea i had real short pains in chest and the reflection in mirror was much nicer for the first time. BUT it diappeared when my periods started the next day. I've never had swelling in breast before.
I have borage oil and fennel and fenugreek extract forms hard to find in my country. So would 2 capsules of EPO be more or less the same as Borage? I'm still looking though to mix my own boobiebatter.
Heating is a problem since i don't want people around me ask questions. I'm on summerholiday now at home but then back abroad to study so the circumsatnces are inconvenient I really hope it won't hinder my progress.
Yeah, well that's it for now. Or sort of recommendations and advices are welcome.

i added one capsule fenugreek between my morning and night doses. So my quantities now are: morning 1 fg 620mg 1 sp 510mg before meal during the day 1 fg 620 mg night 1 fg 620mg 1 sp 510mg i still don't know whether to add wild yam to my routine. I think i will wait and see how this combination works first and then decide. The reason i added fg is because i didn't feel any sensations and when reading other's stats i found that similar profiles had more fenugreek. Sometimes i feel very light and short pains in chest so will see. i think in the future i will change the fg to fennel because this week i have felt my bloodpressure really down. Could be only because of the whether getting more autumn i don't know but i get my head spinning ver easily. Anyway all sort of comments are welcome

If your head is spinning then switch to fennel right away; I'd try black cohosh as a topical if you don't feel any sensations.

put some lavender 40/42 on any cut you might get. lavender oil is the best 'caulk' for cuts. Same amount of fennel as fenugreek is what I use.

Hello Bonnette,
The thin blood is due to the GLA in the EPO. One of the characteristics of GLA is that it keeps platelets from sticking as much. It is normal and your blood will thicken back up when you stop taking it.
Your head spinning very easily is likely caused by the fenugreek. Fenugreek tends to lower blood sugar. The way to stop this dead in its tracks is to eat something sugary like hard candy. If you change to fennel, that is OK too, you will just need more of it. Another thing you can do if you want to keep with fenugreek is to use fenugreek extract. That way you can subdivide the doses in to smaller amounts.
Borage oil is also known as Starflower oil in case you happen to see that. You should be OK without it. It makes a difference sometimes and that is why I suggested it. EPO is about 8% GLA while Borage is about 23%.
Your amounts look OK to me but you are the ultimate judge. It will take some experimentation on your part to find what works for you.
Good luck!
Wahaika

Just wanted to add the short pains that you describe are pretty much what I and others experience...theres not much more to it than that. For me they seem to come from different places around my chest and under my arms at different times. Generally they do feel deep (as you say close to the ribs) rather than superficial.
Swelling in your luteal stage (last 14 days of cycle) could be a good sign if you don't normally experience this. Many incl. myself have reported that the first time around, all the swelling is lost and then gradually more seems to stick around.
For sleep you could consider Melatonin if you can get it. It improves the quality of sleep, and good restful sleep is certainly good for NBE.
Congrats on such a good start.

I think it's so great there are people advicing each other here and sharing experiences. Thank you all!!!
About the pains, mine are so mild but really as mentioned Rebecca somewhere deep and strange. I was just wondering how could i get them more concrete. Could adding wild yam be too much to my regimen rigth now. I can't categorize it to phytoestrogen or antiandrogen but have heard it has helped other.
Good luck to you all!!!

it's the 11th day to my ruotine and i have felt tingles in my left (bigger) breast for the whole day and much less in the smaller one. It could be the added fenufreek and sawpalmetto few days ago. i would also like to mark the fact that i think the massage with EPO and a bit of excercise on stepper (15 min) that i do to up my bloodpressure has helped that. The reason probably could be the blood circulation.
i just hope the tingles mean a growth soon...
so my routine now is:
morning 1 fg 1 sp 2 EPO
lunch 1 fg 1 sp
before bed 1 fg 1 sp 2 EPO
massage 2-3 times a day with EPO+fennel essential oil
+ fennel tea 2-3 times a day ( 2 bags per cup)
i also take 30 mg Zn B-vitamins Fe C-vit hair and skin-vit
and i eat a LOT of protein really and no carbs or candies (no desire really) since i had the signs of excess androgens
could be coincidence or a phase of a month but my skin really glows ever since starting with the herbs
Good luck everyone!!!
