Thanks, Wahaika, for the input. I have been doing a daily log for my routine. I will do the ramp up and see what results I get from there - I still have one more week until my break day so it will give me enough time to evaluate pains. My growth pains have progressed from aches to deep itching, and I am psyched now to see if they get stronger.
Well, I'm in the first week of my third cycle and there have been no changes to my measurements from last month. I experienced deep itches in the first half as well as regular luteal swelling. I haven't gained but I also haven't lost anything, though I was a bit disappointed (though not surprised) when I read the measuring tape.
But there definitely has been some activity going on - my right boob is itching right now as I write - so I'm going to be patient and just hope that the gains will come soon.
My boobs are still nice and perky so I added an overbust measurement to my previous post to measure for upper fullness (should have done this before - drat!). I'm also toying with the idea of drinking protein shakes but I've already gained to a good weight so I'm not sure if this recommendation is just for gaining additional weight/fat, or if the protein will help my boobs internally. If you think it will help, just let me know.
Still in the middle of follcular phase (3rd month) and have already measured a 1/2 inch gain in my upper bust (I couldn't resist measuring - I hope it sticks). I've done some more tweaking in the last two days, with my FG up to 1610 mg/day and EPO down to 2000 mg/day, and already I've got some real good aches and throbbing action going on in my chest. For the EPO, I just had an intuition that the 3000 mg/day may have been a bit too much for me. which is why I'm trying the lower dosage.
Thanks for letting me update and positive vibes to all!
Get some whey protein shakes whose caloric values are similar to that of milk, and drink those instead of milk. That way, your boobs will grow and your whole body will stay the same.
Hi Kittygurl - are you saying that the whey protein shakes would help to develop fat for my boobs without additional fat anywhere else? Do they have to specifically be "whey" shakes? Do they taste ok and how often should they be consumed?
I've gained weight from the internals (which I needed) and do have a high carb diet, so I just want to make sure I'm not adding any more extra pounds where they don't belong.
I was just giving an example. If you take protein shakes and eliminate an equal amount of carby foods from your diet, the protein will make you gain breast tissue (which will attract fat after it develops) while keeping your body the same weight (same amount of calories).
Hello, everyone! I'm in the first week of my 4th cycle now. My period was a week late at the end of cycle 3 so, as suggested on the board, I ended up taking a break and got my period a week later. I was very nervous that I would lose whatever small gains I had during this break, but it turns out I kept whatever I had and then some:
Start of Cycle 1: Bust – 30 Under – 27 Over – 29 ½ (measured later) Left – 7 (measured later) Right – 6.5 (measured later)
Start of Cycle 4: Bust - 30 3/4 Under - 28 1/2 Over - 30 Left - 7 1/4 Right - 6.5
I’ve definitely noticed a difference – my breasts, though small, have more density in them and they also have a bit of a jiggle . I’ve been concentrating my massages to the upper chest in order to gain some fullness there. I only wish my right breast would keep up with my left – it doesn’t look lopsided but there’s just more fullness in the left one.
I’m going to stick with my same routine for a week, but if I don’t feel any noticeable growing pains as previously, I may increase my dosages to tweak again.
If I do this, should I be ramping up on the FG or SP first? Currently, I’m taking 1610 mg FG per day, and 1600 mg SP per day.
Interestingly enough, I ramped down my FG to 1500 mg/day, my original dosage. I did 1610 mg last cycle and had gotten dull aches, as opposed to the deep itches at 1500 previously, and wanted to see what would happen if I went back. Immediately, I started experiencing stronger aches (no itches though). Should I attempt to ramp up higher for stronger growing pains, or should I just stay steady here and ramp on the SP? The only thing is that my SP is 800 mg each. I already take 1600 mg/day and if I add one more, I would be at 2400 mg/day, and I'm not sure if that would be too much for me.
I think that you're on the right track by experimenting to see what works best. You should be able to go up to 5 grams of saw palmetto without any problems. You might try ramping that and see what the effect is.
Remember that you are petite and not to over do it. Ramp as slow as you can and keep a sharp eye on how different dosages affect you. Are you taking a multi vitamin, containing a B complex and zinc, and a gram of borage oil at night?
You seem to be having success. Based on your posts, it looks to me like you know what you are doing! Just keep at it. You are doing great!
I am taking a multi-vitamin, and EPO instead of borage oil. I'm going to hold off on ramping the SP because I've had pretty strong aches and itches the last two days, the strongest I've ever had since I started the program! Crossing my fingers that I'm well on my way to that B-cup!
I'm wondering if I should be trying GABA since I'm in my late 30s. And if so, how much is recommended based on my stats?
I've also read from other posters how their breasts get so sore during luteal phase that they can't even do massage, and are real sensitive - I've never experienced this despite the swelling that they get. Makes me wonder if I haven't reached my "peak" levels yet.
I've started cycle 6 now and I've now measured growth in my upper chest (everything else remained the same):
Bust - 30 3/4 Under - 28 1/2 Over - 30 1/2 (previously 30) Left - 7 1/4 Right - 6.5
So I seem to be filling out my tops now. In the last week before my period started, my boobs swelled up tremendously and they were sore for a few days. I had increased my SP a small bit but I think now I'm going to increase the FG again since the aches aren't coming as often as before. Would really like to have some measureable growth in my actual breast measurement.
