Hi everyone – I’m in my first cycle of NBE, day 21. My stats are posted, and my routine is as follows: Fenugreek 500 mg, 3 times a day Saw Palmetto 500 mg, 3 times a day
Fennel tea once a day (one 575 mg cap steeped in hot water)
Massage once a day with heat – batter of olive oil, aloe vera gel, fennel, ylang-ylang, geranium, and peppermintMy progress so far has been fairly positive. My breasts, from the first week, have really rounded out and are more full (I can’t stop checking them out - !), though no measured growth. I also started experiencing small aches and tightness in my chest with the FG and SP, but when I added the Wild Yam for about a week, I noticed the pains went away. I took the WY out and started the tea, and now have aches here and there. Yesterday was my break day, and I will be continuing this routine until my next cycle. My left breast has always been more fuller than my right, but after starting this routine, the right one is catching up. I’m not sure if there’s anything else that I could be adding for my next cycle, or if I should just stick with this for a couple of months. Because of my petite size, I’m a little hesitant to ramp up more FG and SP – just wondering if the herbs I’m taking will be enough to build up growth. Thanks for any thoughts. As I was prepared to consider surgery, in spite of the health issues and lack of money, I’m really happy to have found this forum and NBE. Regards.

Thanks, caligirl! I read that you are starting your second cycle. I'm just a bit behind you as I should be starting mine late next week. What I think I will do for my next one is add EPO to my routine since it seems to be beneficial to a lot of members. If that doesn't result in stronger pains, then perhaps ramp up from 1500 mg total of FG and SP to 2000 mg.
I will definitely update as I go along.

Hi all - just wanted to give an update on my progress so far.
Cycle 1 - Measurements at Day 6 Bust - 30 inches Underbust - 27 inches
Measurements at Day 27 (of 34 day cycle) Bust - 30 1/2 inches Underbust - 28 inches
I do understand that my change in stats is due to luteal swelling, but I'm hoping that some of it is actual growth since I've never swelled this much prior to my period.
The only negative I'm experiencing is so far is that I seem to have gained 5 pounds! Actually, it would sit real well on me if it weren't for the tummy pouch I seem to have developed. I'm assuming this is an effect of the herbs. Does this go away? I'm thinking I have to start doing sit ups now....
I purchased a new bottle of saw palmetto for my next cycle. It's 800 mg per capsule, and I was thinking of taking two a day for a total of 1600 mg/daily. Right now, I'm taking 500 mg x 3 a day, for a total of 1500 mg/daily. I was real worried about ramping to 2000 mg so I thought the additional 100 mg from the new caps would be enough. Is there any problem with taking 800 mg in individual doses?

Hi Cherub!
You and I have the same stats (Elizabeth too!) Along with the left breast being fuller than the right. Your progress is giving me a lot of hope and I plan on emulating your routine. The only difference is that I have some products from SBS (small breast solutions) that I purchased a couple years ago so I plan on using the lotion, tea, and soap from that line. Please keep me updated on the ramping. Also, did you use the dowsing method to come up with your herb selections?

Hi Jeanne123!
I just checked out your stats - I'm Asian as well! I just started my second cycle - the only change to my routine is adding and ramping up the EPO right now to a maximum of 3000 mg per day. In the luteal phase, my boobs did retain their fullness and I did experience pains on the last day of my period. Today is day 3, and I'll be measuring again in a couple of days to see if I kept the 1/2 inch I grew last month since most women seem to lose a bit after their period is finished.
I have not heard of SBS - what type of ingredients are in the products? I'm just wondering if they may hinder your herbal program. You may be better off making your own boobie lotion and tea.
I didn't dowse to come up with my routine - I may want to try dowsing once I have more experience with NBE. I just did all my research and started off with the basics. I find, for me, that the massages really enhance the routine - once or twice I missed doing them, and I did notice that my boobs would lose some of their perk factor the next morning.

I forgot to mention that a few weeks before my first cycle of herbs, I did a general detox cleanse for two weeks to prep my body for the herbs.
I've also cut out caffeine, and do take a multi-vitamin everyday as suggested on this board.

Hey Cherub!
Thanks for your replies and all the info. Your progress seems pretty steady so congratulations! Youre giving me hope that this can be a reality for me as well and I think this will help me stay committed to the program. SBS main ingredients for the lotion and tea are Fenugreek, Fennel, and Wild Yam extracts while the lotion has other ingredients typical of lotions. I dowsed them to see if they would work and got positive responses. I just barely used them before and would hate for them to go to waste since I have a 4 month supply. Of course I'll take them out if I'm not progressing and try your recipes. I am detoxing right now and trying to up my protein intake and I'm taking multivitamins as well. I'm not much of a caffeinated beverage drinker so hopefully that won't be a problem. My biggest concern right now is that I'm about to start teaching at a marching band camp and my cycle is supposed to start during the middle of it. I hope I'll be able to start my routine even amidst all that activity. Thanks again for getting in touch!

Hi Jeanne123 and all you lovely ladies! I'm happy to report that today is day 7 of cycle 2, and I did not lose the 1/2 inch that developed from last month! AND the extra 5 pounds I had gained has gone away - I believe now it was all just water retention. Relevant stats: 5'2 height 100 pds weight No bio kids Cycle 1 - Day 6 Bust - 30 inches Underbust - 27 inches Cycle 2 - Day 7 Bust - 30 1/2 inches Underbust - 28 inches Overbust - 29 1/2 Tweaked my routine to the following: Fenugreek 500 mg, 3 times a day Saw Palmetto 800 mg, 2 times a day EPO 1000 mg, 3 times a day Multi-vitamin daily Fennel tea once a day Massage once at night with heat Will keep updating on my progress. Have a great one! Cherub

Hello cherub,
Try adding a width measurement to the others. It's a bit more accurate than the bust/underbust because it removes the possibility of gains in back fat. But the other measurements are still important.
Good luck!

Thanks, Wahaika! Silly question though - are you referring to the width of each breast? If so, from what point to what point should I measure from? I've seen other's measurements that looked like the size of each breast but couldn't figure out the proper way to measure.
If anyone could let me know, that would be great.
Regards.

Yep. You measure each side by going outer edge to sternum.

Oh my goodness! I've just realized I wasn't taking 3000 mg total of EPO - I've only been taking 1500 mg - one 500 mg x 3/day! I'm two weeks into my cycle, and I've experienced more growth signs than previous cycle. So I'm wondering if I should just stay at 1500 mg total, or go up to the recommended dosage of 3000 mg. Will increasing it benefit my routine more? Cherub

Write down the dosages you are at, and what cycle day you are on, so that you can return to them if necessary.
Try continuing the ramp up until the growth signs start to go away (because they could get stronger) and then back off until they return.
500mg EPO 3 times per day might be OK for you.
