Can you use only evening primrose oil (EPO) and fenugreek powder? Sometimes I just squeeze the oil out of an EPO capsule, add some fenugreek powder, and massage it in. Is this productive? I doubt that the fenugreek powder dissolves in the liquid....does it dissolve or you can still feel the powder? |

Hello. I am new to my program and looking to include the Batter into my program..
do you just add the capsule for Borage into the mixture without breaking them open??
and do you think the Olive Oil, Fenugreek, Borage Oil recipe works best??
I just wanted to make sure about the use of the borage oil..
and i just put them all together into a Coffee Filter
and keep for a week before using-- correct??
