I've read that Phyto-estrogens are a danger to sexual development if under the age of 18. I'm just turning 17. I'm hesitant to use any herbs with it. I'm thinking "sexual development" could very well include breast development. Do you think it wouldn't be a bad idea to only use a phytoestrogen exract made into a cream as opposed to an internal pill form? Thank you

Hi,
Boobie growing is not recommended for under 18's. Breasts develop until around 30 naturally and the last after giving a birth. I'd suggest trying just boobie batter or pueraria mirifica cream with massage first and see what it does. For me it wouldn't be enough, but as you're so young and in the middle of the best growing time, it might. There are other people on this board that don't need internals to grow. If that doesn't work, then try fenugreek very carefully and by ramping up.
Hope this helps. Satu

i have a question about the extract. i broke out in a rash after a while of using them on my boobs. and someone said it might be the alcohol used in them. anyone know if that is true? also, they suggested using the stuff straight from the pills. just open them, mix the grains in oil and then apply to boobs. anyone have an opinion about this?

please excuse my stupidity, but do you put these mixtures onto your boobs like a face mask? if so how long do you leave it on for? and do you do this every day?

No, not quite like a face mask. You actually massage it in with during your daily massages. Its best to wrap up in saran wrap afterwards and use a heat pad over your breasts for 30 minutes. Most find it is easier to do this at night, though if you can do it another time during the day, it would be great. Also, you should sleep with the saran wrap on all night so that the mixture will soak in. Gross, I know, but it really does help a lot. ;D

Many people mistakenly think the herbs will dissolve in water or oil. They do not- that's why the booby batters feel sandy.
Try straining the herbs out of the batter after they've steeped in it.

...or just think of the herbs against the skin as an exfoliation. It's not like you are grinding them into the skin, just light massage. You want as much fenugreek (or whatever herb) as possible when applying heat. If you're going to strain it, be sure to press the leftover seed stuff to get as much out of it as possible. Another thing you could try, but it's expensive, is to buy a good wheatgrass juicer, one that makes nut butters, or some kind of press. The better wheatgrass juicers cost about $200 to $500., but you could reliably press out the fenugreek "juice" and oils that way. The juicer would get rid of the cellulose fiber for you. The grit would be gone and you would have a more potent supply of fenugreek than was steeped. Although the steeping still works well. Wahaika Hand crank juicer for about $100. www.nextag.com/wheat-grass-juicer/search-htmlEnter the following at Google.com: wheatgrass juicer twin gear samson

I've run out of extracts for massaging, so could I just use fenugreek powder in the oil? Should I mix the powder with hot water and let it steep before mixing with the oil? Or just add the powder and let that sit with the oil for awhile? I'm sure that I could just add the powder to the oil, but I want the oil to get the most out of the herbs.

if u put the herbs with water first i dont think it would mix right with the oil for steeping.
greenbush website say to add the fenugreek powder to oil then apply for your massage. But im guessing you should add it to the oil then let it sit/steep for a week at least.

Im guessing steeping means you just let the mixture sit some place for a long time. (well at least a week)
steeping doesnt mean to heat the mixture up does it?
Saffron Ive heard that opening the pills and using them for massage might not work well. because i guess the stuff inside the capsules may not be in the right form to work well or get into your body correctly. i think extracts or powdered herbs (in bulk bags from like greenbush) are better.
but im new too. hopefully someone can clarify these things better for us.
