Thanks Wahaika, If I make it to the store soon to get it, I'll let everyone know how it works in the batter...if I even notice a difference. After my last post I had some major growing pains.....of course, it took me half the day to figure out why. I had forgotten to take my pill until later afternoon the day before and took my other at the regular time! Doubled up definitely made me sore! Ouch!! And my daughter just insisted on pushing on my chest that day! Too bad can't just double up the pill!! Like that wouldn't cause health problems! Also, I swear visualizing and positive thinking is working for me....at least in the body image department. I actually bought myself a new pair of jeans that I just loved and felt good in. I could also stand looking in the mirror at the store and thought I looked good! Such a nice change from just seeing a 'fat' image of me staring back! (If you think it's weird....this is worse...I'm 5' 10" only 130lbs and still wear size 7 jeans (not the 'womens' size either) and I swear I have not been able to look in a mirror for YEARS and not think I was fat!) YAY! Positive thinking!!!

After my experience with having to double up my birth control, I'm going to attempt herbs again..just slower this time. Something with the doubled-up BC really helped. I had much larger breasts for a few days...they've gone back down and feel so small...although they aren't any smaller than before. Also, I'm going to give Soymilk a try when I start feeling better. For everyone, yes I am posting a lot today. I do not feel good, caught a stomach bug. I need something to do to keep my mind off from the nausea!

I keep reading that soymilk helps in BE, I might give it a shot too. I also read that vitamin C is good, but I love orange juice I drink a big thing of orange just in 2 days, so I think I'm good on vitamin C. Hope you feel better!

Anastasia, you shall be joining us as well then? ;D Heh, this is getting kinda fun now. Before it was more like a task, but it's sooo much better when you have ppl to share ideas with.
FM, so you're saying you're gonna take BC with herbs this time around then? Sorry about the stomach bug I hope you feel better by tomorrow.
Anyway, glad we'll all be experiencing the joy of soy together. I actually went out and got some choco soy milk a lil earlier today. ...O yeah, I did get the dandelion. But I don't use it faithfully since I'm taking all this other stuff. If you're gonna try it in the batter, let us know if you feel anything. I'd rather use it for that.

Alright, we have to keep each other updated on the soymilk experience. I was thinking of getting the choco soy milk too, had a friend tell me soy milk is BAD tasting. I love orange juice too, and I take vit. C supplements (when I remember) and LOVE my strawberries...very high in Vit C! Why am I so flat still? Sheesh! Anastasia, are you taking MSM too? ShyB, I have been taking birth control for months...I tried the herbs with the birth control for the first couple weeks of my cycle this time....had sensations for awhile, then lost them....then got some major ones after I stopped the herbs...so I'm thinking I went up too high but might need a little extra in something, maybe estrogen...so I'm thinking of trying to add some fenugreek to up the estrogen, or adding a progesterone blocker like damiana. Not sure which would be best yet. Yeah, when I get the dandelion extract I'm thinking of trying it in the batter. I'll let you know how that goes when that day comes. I hope I feel better tomorrow but the fever just started creeping up. Might be in this for a couple days...gotta get started on my apple cider vinegar shots....maybe it'll help. (I drink some ACV with water whenever I get sick or get a sinus infection-happened frequently with this allergy season. I usually get better in a few days when i'm sick and sinus infection is gone in 2 days normally and I don't take antibiotics when I have one Love the stuff even though it is NASTY!)

Wow, such fast replies today FM! All right, cool. I heard soymilk was nasty too, thus the choco selection. But I'm still kinda uncertain on exactly how much we should drink per day! I posted on Illui's stat page yesterday, I believe but she didn't respond yet. I'm hoping she visits sometime soon! I was planning on just drinking 1 glass since I'm taking other phytoestrogens, but even so that may not be enough. FM (or anybody), do you have any idea or remember how many the other girls were taking? (Hopefully that acv will beat the bug down btw )

what's MSM? but I don't think so, only taking WY, FG, SP, EPO, flaxseed oil, and I take a daily multivitamin. Oh and I'm on birth control, I've taken ortho tricylen lo for years and just continued it with the BE, doesn't seem to be effecting it and I can't afford another child right now so only option is to continue taking it. I just ordered some fennel and fenugreek extract to use in my batter, I have been using the powder of both that came in my greenbush kit, but as of lately, the exfoliating has made my nipples waayyy too sensitive, so I'm opting for the extract now. As far as soymilk goes, my ex was lactose intolerant, and I would have to drink it when I ran out of my milk, it's not bad, it's not horrible as people said. I enjoyed the chocolate and strawberry flavored ones.

I remember reading about girls drinking like 8oz a day of the soy milk (at least). Hubby ran to the store for milk tonight and got me some soymilk too.....not without a weird look though! He got me the chocolate stuff....it wasn't too bad, I really liked it, althought it seemed a bit strong on the chocolate. I might get some regular soymilk to mix in to tone it down a bit. Can't say if I have more aches or not after it...my whole body aches right now! ugh, hate being sick. Didn't bother my upset stomach though...that was nice. Strawberry flavored sounds yummy...I'll have to try it. My hubby doesn't like milk, I wanted him to try the soymilk but he REALLY didn't want to. One day I'll talk him into it. Anatasia, MSM is Methylsulfonylmethane...really long...anyways, it's a supplement that is supposed to help the body produce collagen and such. Girls over on Eve's forum have been having a lot of RAPID success with it.

Oh ok, if my current routine doesn't get much results in the next two months I might add that in. I never heard of it till now. I seen the abbreviation MSM alot on here, but didn't know what it was. And yea soymilk isn't bad, for some it's an acquired taste though. Not many places sell the strawberry flavor, I don't think I seen it at the commissary here, but they have the regular and chocolate everywhere. You can always buy strawberry syrup or powder flavoring for milk and mix it in the regular soymilk if you prefer strawberry or vanilla. I put hazelnut flavored coffee creamer in the regular one one time with a lil bit of decaf coffee put it in a blender with some ice and mmm made a good cold coffee drink. And for those using protein shakes like I do, can always mix it in the soymilk instead of regular milk. I like making new things with stuff I'm taking for my health, makes it interesting. Like I'll make a smoothie using yogurt, fruit, and vanilla flavored protein shake, and ice, really good right before a work out.

I really like the soymilk. I am fuller this morning, not a ton but you can tell when I look down that I have more roundness on the bottoms of my breasts. That's the only difference I notice. I'm also about a week away from AF so I could be starting to get some swelling. I don't have that many sensations...a few aches every now and then but that's about it right now. Can't wait until after AF to see how the soymilk is helping (if at all). I thnk I'm going to try a progesterone blocker first...see how that effects me, then switch to the fenugreek if I need to. I'm trying to avoid the maple syrup smell this time around!

"I am fuller this morning, not a ton but you can tell when I look down that I have more roundness on the bottoms of my breasts. That's the only difference I notice. " Yes! That's just what I experienced myself! And I didn't even drink a full serving. You're right, it's not bad at all! But yeah, the soymilk seems to be helping out already and it's only been a day since we've been taking it. I really think we'll get faster growth from now on, I got a feeling. If they seem bigger by Fri, I just may measure again just to gauge growth rate. I'll post results if necessary. 'A' cup, here I come!

I drank about 8oz last night....been sipping on some this morning off and on...I'm starting to have some sensations. I'm not going to measure until midcycle on next cycle. I'll go by visual appearance and if my hubby says they feel fuller again. I measure too much and get upset if I don't notice a difference, but my measurements are always different....it's really annoying and I'm super careful about measuring in the same place.

Ah I see. I try not to measure more than once a week. But if they look bigger...well, I gotta know. Illui was measuring like every few days I believe and she was steadily growing. Since her routine is just a simpler version of mine, I prolly won't be disappointed. ;D Gota stay positive and believe. I will be rid of these inserts soon, d@mnit lol.

Even if I measured on Friday, it wouldn't show my growth. It would be too close to AF so more than likely it would be just swelling. Gotta wait until after AF to see if I get any real growth.
Boobs are really sore right now...not body aches either....loving it. Just can't wait to feel better! Hopefully I will get to enjoy some new breasts by August. I'm wondering if 4oz a day of soymilk would be fine...that stuff is costly. I might try it...or just do what I'm doing now...have a small glass of it in the fridge and just take some sips throughout the day. So many things to decide...so many distractions to make a decision!

FM, never know since you're on soymilk now. There's been a few that mention staying full even through AF on the other board. Might be the end of deflation? Guess we'll both find out. EDIT: OK, here is a thread... www.network54.com/Forum/371678/thread/1224876541/Is+this+possible-Read Sunshine's post @ Oct 25, 08 1:48AM. (Hope you see this edit!)
