Used Fennel Extract, EPO and Cocoa Butter in massage yesterday. I feel a bit firmer and more sore. I have some heaviness and fullness feelings. They aren't as intense of other sensations I have. It's just morning...might get stronger as the day rolls on. I'm not sure how often I want to massage with that mixture. I might just do every other day for now and see how that goes.

By yesterday evening my breasts were so deflated....just completely empty like right after breast feeding. I don't think Fennel Extract and EPO are so great for my massage. Just have to stick with the cocoa butter alone. I'm kind of sad they did that because tomorrow is my measuring day and I was hoping for some change. Maybe they'll bounce back.

Saw the link that serene posted for Pammy's massage mixture. Realized I haven't been adding heat afterwards. Will try switching cocoa butter to olive oil and adding heat. Hopefully that'll help. I might try a routine like Pammy's too beginning next cycle.

Added heat last massage, didn't switch to olive oil yet. Heat made a big difference. I add fennel extract first, then poke a whole in an EPO capsule and put half on each breast (then swallow the empty capsule...don't know why, figured it ususally still have a bit of EPO in it, why waste it?) then a couple of fingertips of cocoa butter. I do Fengshui massage posted about in Serene's routine, now adding heat for 15-20 minutes after which is spent trying to visualize.
I've begun adding Flaxseed oil morning and night, it's not making me sick anymore with the birth control. I'm only taking 2000mg total. I'm for sure going to attempt pammy's routine, with smaller doses. I have everything for it so it's worth a shot. I'll ramp up to my full dose and stick to it for 3 months. I hope to see some growth by the end of the summer.
I exercise 5 days a week, mostly cardio 30minutes to 1 hr. I have been losing weight and inches. Breast size has stayed the same, finally losing it off from my stomach. Weight loss is not dramatic, slow 1-2lbs a week. I'm exercising to get healthier but a few inches lost in the waist will not be a problem. I'm not sure how well BE will work while I'm losing fat but I'm okay with attempting it, as at least, I'll hopefully keep what little I have in the breasts. I grew much better before when I was exercising though.
I also lift weights, try to about 2 days a week, sometimes 3. Weights aren't super heavy, mostly to get tone and some strength.
My diet is much better. I haven't had candy is 2 weeks. I've cut back on other junk food. Candy was my biggest weakness. I've been thinking about trying soy milk but haven't yet. Other than that my diet is more balanced.
I'm trying to have a good attitude about this attempt at BE. I am getting a bit discouraged but realize this is a process. I need to get myself to a point where BE is just the daily routine and not something that has to be on my mind constantly for me to do it regularly.

Hey FM! It's good to hear the heat is doing something for you! What are you using for heat? I really don't notice much when I use heat, I've been thinking the rice pillows I've been using are 1) not big enough and 2) sometimes they get too hot. Serene

I just use a heating pad from Walmart set on Medium or low (depending on how cold I am I tried my rice packs but they definitely weren't big enough and they didn't stay warm enough. I definitely feel like I'm filling my bras up pretty good. I just wish my 34B's actually looked like 34Bs without the bra.

Hello FM,
An internal program normally works just fine with Yasmin. If you are getting the squishies with massaging fennel, that is usually a good sign. No changes at all would be worse. What you could do is to add fennel (or preferably fenugreek) extract to the cocoa butter. You might also add borage oil to it.
Don't forget to preheat then massage then add heat afterwards. And whenever you massage with cocoa butter, do another vitamin E massage afterwards. The theory with cocoa butter includes Vitamin E specifically.
If you are getting results with what you are doing, just keep adjusting it. An internal program, while compatable with Yasmin, may be too much. The only way to know for sure is to try it.

Thanks Wahaika, I'll probably very slowly add things to the mix then so I can keep a close watch on the sensations. I'll try to remember the heat before and the Vit. E. I'm just getting low but need to get stuff from the store. I know fenugreek extract would be better but I can't handle smelling like maple syrup too much right now. Anyway I can take care of that smell in the batter? would Lavender oil or something like that mixed in there work? Well good to know that squishy is good with the massage too. I was getting worried that it was just deflating me. I'm also looking into the bra adjustment thing to help pull the fat into the breasts. I don't really have a lot of money to buy some expensive bra. I saw something about those Shape Changer Uplifting bras (like here www.buyshapechangerbra.com/)....they go over your existing bra...wonder how something like that would work? they appear to cover the armpit fat area and look like they'd help hold your bra in place better (which I need because mine is always sliding up on my breasts. I know this is not the best fit but I can't find anything that works any better, even VS bras. I think I need a 32 band but hard to find in a cup size that fits my wide breasts.) Only problem is that some women look like their breasts sit under their chin! Guess I'm not that big though. Opinions very welcome! Thanks FM

Hello FM,
I'm not a bra expert but it seems to me that the more the circulation the better. I wouldn't worry about reshaping or anything else that might restrict circulation until you have reached your BE goals.

Thanks Wahaika I was just looking to find something to hold my bras in place so they stop sliding up but I'll just try to find a good bra. I didn't think about the circulation thing though. Thanks.
I'm going to try to stick with the massage until mid of next cycle and hopefully, I'll have something to show for it. I might add 1 Fenugreek (I think they are 610mg) a day at the beginning of next cycle.

I have been better with massage and added the heat before and after and the Vit. E oil.
Now, my massage routine looks like this: 5 minutes of heat (medium) 10-12 drops Fennel Extract (Haven't made it to the store for Fenugreek) 1 capsule EPO broke open- half on each breast About 2 fingertips of Cocoa Butter Massage as posted above Vit. E oil with 100 rotations each breast About 15 minutes of Heat
Look good?
I've had more fullness and look like I have some tops again. They aren't really larger but looks like I have more on the sides and in the middle. Sensations have gone down but not completely gone. I'm about a week away from AF, so I'm not sure what exactly is causing the fullness, massage or swelling? Guess we'll see.

Wahaika, I'm going to start some internals beginning of next cycle...about a week. What do you recommend? I think my hormones are more balanced now since starting the Yasmin...or my progesterone is getting high. I think that's the reason I'm losing weight. I'm also starting to lose weight like a woman now- off my stomach but staying on my hips and thighs (instead of the other way around...stomach was always the last to go, well, it never would go). I think my breasts might be getting a bit smaller too. I am trying to lose weight but it is coming off a lot faster than I really expected it to. I don't diet...eat when I'm hungry until I'm full...just cut out the junk food. Only have it about once every 2 weeks now. Sugar levels are more balanced and stable and diet is more balanced. So yeah, just wondering exactly where I should go with an internal program. I have fenugreek, Fennel, Saw Palmetto and Wild Yam already that I would like to take but am okay adding more. Thanks. FM

It's official. I am getting smaller in the breasts. *sigh* I'm kind of torn right now. I do not want to stop working out. I haven't felt this good, this much energy or anything in a VERY long time. But on the other hand, because of the weight loss I am also losing breasts size....but they look good. I know weird, right? But I've just noticed that my breasts are very firm and round, although smaller. What I'm hoping happens in that my weight bottoms out soon...at the rate I'm going I will be where I want on my measurements and such by the end of next cycle. I'm hoping that when that happens it will allow my breasts to start growing. I've been having sensations about every day and they still feel 'heavy' although small. So I really don't know what to think. I'm just going to keep at it, try to figure out an internal (maybe, the smaller waist is quite pleasant) I might just take up the massage a notch and make more effort to make it to the store for the fenugreek extract that's supposed to work better...maybe try some teas too??? I think I might try taking some Saw Palmetto though like Serene mentioned. I hope it helps to stop the boobie disappearance. Better go get ready...think I'll try the store today for the fenugreek extract and some teas. Any help would be appreciated. FM

Yep, all the things you mentioned are the ones that have the best track record. Fenugreek, Saw Palmetto, Wild Yam, and Fennel tea is also good.
Kicking the massages up a notch is also a good idea. You might use fenugreek extract rather than fennel.
Take the internals a little slowly and work up. Start 500mg of each and ramp up to 2000mg of each per day as a maximum while looking for those signs of growth. Some grow on small dosages, some on larger dosages so you will have to tweak it.
To make sure you get fresh potent herbs, try the Greenbush kit #2 for the internals, and Greenbush fenugreek extract for massage. Fresh potent herbs are what make the difference.
What you have outlined for your massage looks very good. Getting smaller sometimes is a precursor to a growth spurt.
Keep up the exercise! This will help you grow due to the growth hormone bursts (you can also take things to help with this like dandelion extract for example). You may be able to take weight off some places and put it on others with massage batter & massage.

Thanks Wahaika! I hope the smaller size is just sign of coming growth. I did just remember that about 3 days ago or so I started having some spotting...really really light. It's like my body is still trying to fight the BC. I wonder if this would have anything to do with the shrinking?
Well since today is my last active pill day and I've been spotting I'm guessing AF will come tomorrow so I'll start on the internals soon.
-Do you think the internals will stop any of the progress I've had on losing the stomach fat though? Lower doses shouldn't effect that too much though right? I'm thinking since I have sensations on the BC I'll just be adding very light doses of herbs or I'll stall out.
Glad I can keep up the exercise! I will definitely keep up with massage! I'm glad there is a possiblity of reshaping my body completely at the same time.
-How will dandelion extract help exactly? Just increase the effects of the growth hormone bursts?
