Thanks I'll see what I can find. Are there any ingredients that I should avoid using in a firming cream? I generally use the nivea stuff. What do you think about that stuff? Yeah, 'blah' doesn't sound too fun....will probably start using less of it in a few weeks then.

Nivea brand...it's like 5.5/10. Ingredients to avoid? Mostly preservatives seem to be the prob. Ones with seaweek and caffiene are must-haves Wen'

I'll see what I can find. At least I have a few weeks to look around and find something good! I'm really loving this...I'm having some good pains today....right on the sides under my arm. I can't wait for tops though so I can 'see' the difference in the mirror!

What do you think of the Neutrogena Anti-Cellulite Treatment? I'm just looking to see what I can find at a store near by that has the caffeine and seaweed in it.

I added skin brushing back in yesterday. I can't believe I haven't done it for so long. I haven't been keeping up with my running as well as I was before and was starting to notice some flab I didn't like. I have been good at the strength training at least and I've added some yoga to help with my flexiblity since I don't have any anymore! I get running in every now and then just not often enough or a long enough distance. Still going good on sensations and all that. It seems like everyday they get a bit more painful (in a good way) and stronger as I'm still ramping up doses. I guess that's good. I haven't taken anything too high or adding anything wrong yet! I'm definitely getting something. I'm not measuring bigger but they look so much bigger when I look down at them and my bras are just tight. I think they even looked a bit bigger in the mirror today-but that could just be in my head. That's why I'm keeping pictures along with measurements. Maybe one day I'll get the guts up to post some pics. I think it'll be easier if I get some good growth. Sorry to write so much-guess it just helps to keep me motivated and positive about everything. Happy growing everyone!

I found a bra that works without feeling like wires are digging into me and no padding at all. This might seem weird but it's actually my nursing sports bra! It seems to work really well because I still get support but it has the adjustable front where I can loosen or tighten it up, especially loosen when those pains kick in. I ran upon this by accident when I went to find a sport bra for working out and it was the only one that wasn't in the laundry. Yeah, I know it's weird but it works right now! The strangest part for me though is that I actually have boobs when I wear it, like decent size that stick out more than my stomach!!!! It doesn't flatten me out anymore! I really had no idea that I had grown THAT much. I can tell I need some tops still, but seriously, I don't look like a 12 year old girl in my sports bra anymore!!! It's so strange that I look so 'flat' in the mirror but then put on a bra and wow, not so flat anymore. If this just seems weird to anyone, this is the first time I've worn a non-padded pushup bra since I stopped nursing. I defnitely need to go buy a wireless bra with a bit on lining since I'm looking a bit 'nippy' right now! I have more of those 'bumps' now...lobes or whatever they are called-or so it seems. I first noticed them on the sides near my armpits but now I can feel them on the bottoms of my breasts. The side ones are definitely bigger now....from what I've read this seems to be a good thing! Still have pains and now I get itchy-tingles whenever I lay on my stomach or I hug my kids-really anything that puts pressure on my chest. No more headaches (except when I pull my hair back-need a haircut again cuz my hair is getting too heavy!), I'm sleeping great, and feeling pretty good overall. No moodies, but hungry ALL the time. I've been a bit bloated for a few days but it's starting to go away-just got to adjust a bit but I can tell that I am. It's been good because it's made me focus more on drinking the water that I need to and cutting back on the salty stuff. I don't even know if I want to get on birth control anymore now. I'm almost feeling like it would just slow things down and I really don't want to do that. I guess I'll see how I feel when I go to the GYN....I'm going to get a Rx for prenatals anyways. I started taking some again a few days ago and have just felt better then on regular multivitamins. Thanks Wen' for the fennel thing-even though it didn't work out for very long. Whatever it did to my body to help boost my routine has been awesome! Sorry about the novel everyone!

So finally update my stats, I measured a day late...but close enough. I actually measured growth, only across but it's nice. They definitely look a bit bigger to me too, better get a picture taken just to double check. Bras are still much tighter. Can't wait to see if we can keep it up. I feel alot more 'meaty' on the inside and outside of my breasts, definitely notice alot more cleavage in a push-up bra too. I'm not feeling so much 'rib' anymore when I massage!!
Mid-cycle problems weren't too bad this time. I had only 2 minor headaches for just a couple hours each. I never needed any pain killer. My ovulation cramping wasn't TOO bad either. It just lasted for a couple of hours.
Sensations are still doing well. I started ramping up wild yam a few days ago and the first day, sensations weren't as strong, the second day didn't feel anything...didn't add anymore after that but tried that does for a bit, no sensations, dropped it, sensations came back....so no wild yam this time around. That's okay, one less herb I have to remember to take everyday. I'm expecting my sensations to drop away over these next couple of days as they usually go away about 3-4 days after ovulation until the next cycle starts.

My boobs look so funny to me...almost like they've been flattened out or something but I'm still the same size and filling my bras up nicely! I'm still getting some sensations but not so many, that I know of, since it's the 2nd half of my cycle. I say 'that I know of' because last night, well early this morning I was up at 4am with my daughter, who's sick, and had these super sharp pains shooting horizontally across both breasts. It was crazy. So I wonder sometimes if I'm getting some sensations at night that I'm not knowing about. Also, I'm not sure if some of my pains are sensations or body aches-yes, I ended up sick too. I've kinda been spacey taking my pills, missing a dose or so, the last couple of days. Oh well. I just hope I get better soon....

just realized I haven't posted my current routine yet so here it is:
Fenugreek- 620mg 4x day Saw Palmetto- 580mg 3x day EPO- 1000mg 3x day Flaxseed Oil- 1000mg 3x day Calcium w/D- 600mg Vitamin C- 500mg Rx Prenatal Multivitamin Massage at least once daily with EPO, Fennel Extract & Olive oil followed by 15-20minutes low heat. Exercise: Running, weight lifting for toning, & yoga for flexibility and relaxation I tried Wild Yam this time but lost my sensations-maybe something for later. I'm thinking of increasing the SP next cycle but not completely sure since I'm have some pretty good sensations. If I get some more growth solidifying that B cup a bit more I'm going to try another fenugreek cap a day and see how that goes.
So there it is.
I'm feeling much better, getting over my cold pretty quick. I'm still getting some sensations, mostly aches and sharp pains on the sides under my arms. Last night I woke up feeling like I was wearing an underwire bra and the wire was digging into my sides. I had to check twice to make sure I wasn't wearing a bra just because I couldn't believe they felt like that. I'm also feeling those lumps-lobes (? correct me if that's not what they are called) all around my breasts now instead of just the outsides and bottoms. They feel about the size of large raisins now....guess things are going pretty well. So far I haven't noticed any bad mood changes...some good...I have some more confidence with myself and feel.....nicer, I think is the best way to describe it.

Hey Flatmama! Glad to read things are progressing nicely for you! I wanted to let you in on my own progress of sorts. For the last two weeks, I have been doing T-Tapp, a form of exercise (there is a thread on the General Forum page, but no one has posted since 2006). I read online that it can decrease your rib cage size. Guess what? My ribcage is now 1 1/4" smaller!!!! My 36" bra slips off of me now! I had to pass this info on to you, as I know you always complain about your wide rib cage! Not sure what this is doing to NBE, but it's already made me look more feminine in my torso - amazing!

Lisa Thanks! Wow, that's great. I would love to look for feminine there...the wide ribs make me almost straight up and down! I have read about T-tapp but haven't looked much into it. Is it a tape or something that you buy or can you find the info online? 2 weeks....that's just too great!! Thanks again!

My swelling is coming back and it's great...and I've only got 1 extra pound going on now instead of the usually 3lbs. at this time. My fullest measurement just over a week or so ago (mid-cycle) was 33 3/4" which was awesome but I've already swelled up to over 34" this time!! I've still got almost a week before AF. Last month I was measuring 33 7/8" at fullest swelling then they shrunk and I grew most of that back. So I'm really excited to see what I get this next cycle as far as growth goes. There is no question that they are bigger now. I can't stand wearing a bra for more than a few hours at a time. I'm really surprised to still be getting sensations during the second half of my cycle. They still aren't as bad as the first half but still there. I'm a little nervous about next cycles pains! I'll just have the pain killer ready. I don't really feel the lobes anymore...hope that's not bad. Since I never really noticed them before I don't really know if it's a go away come back sort of thing. I'm still uneven which I don't like but I'm sure they'll even out. It's really weird..they feel the same size but look completely different. At least it's just a 1/2". I'm sure as they get bigger that'll be alot less noticable. They do seem to be growing at the same rate.

Well, I thought I'd make a quicky update here. I'm on day 3 of my period now. I've lost the water weight I had...dropped back down to 130 but I haven't lost the swelling in my breasts yet. This time the swelling is different. I don't have any increase in fullest measurement but the bottoms on my breasts are measuring 1/2"+ more and about 1/2"-3/4" more across each breast. I think they'll shrink tomorrow....that's usually about when that swelling goes away! My cramps weren't so bad this cycle...just some on day 1 and I didn't need any pain killer. My bleeding was pretty heavy that first day but just the first day....it dropped dramatically after that. Usually the heavy bleeding will last about 2-3 days. I didn't get a headache the first couple of days...I have one today but it's not hormone related. I missed lunch because we were running late and we had family over last night and I ate some really rich dessert I knew I shouldn't have and my sugar levels are still trying to even back out! I did not feel that bloated this time either....could still wear my tight jeans!! I also didn't have any moodiness and it was a pretty hard week for us here. I still felt like I had control over my feelings, they weren't getting out of hand or anything...it was great!!! I'm trying out some T-Tapp thanks to Lisa-I've noticed a difference in my ribs already. I don't have any measurement differences but there's definitely something changing and my stomach is sooooo much flatter. I still need some good cardio to burn off fat (I know that really needs to wait until after BE) but so far I like how the T-Tapp is helping my body shape! If I could just take that extra belly fat roll and move it up to my breasts, I'd have the stomach I wanted and the breasts I wanted!! So as far as sensations go-I didn't really have any for about the 2 days before and the first day of my period, but day 2 I started getting some of the tinglies and itchies. Today they feel heavy and I'm getting some light pains in them, some tinglies and my bra is tight! I love the cleavage. I've even noticed that my breasts look closer together. I think they are filling in a bit there in the middle. I still don't feel the lobes again yet but I'm expecting to so I'll let you know if that happens again. So far this routine seems to be working out for me. I haven't noted any bad side effects yet. My usually hormonal problems are lessened and I expect them to eventually go away. Guess that's it for now. Enjoy your week everyone!
