Hi Lisa! I'm glad that you are seeing something with the massage! Yeah, even if it's just swelling it's fun to have some cleavage!! I completely understand! Well with the wide ribs, I've kinda had that most of my life, just how I'm built, but pregnancy definitely made it worse. One thing I've found that seems to help is just ab workouts, (pilates too) especially if you can concentrate on those muscles near your ribs. Firming those up seems to help pull the ribs in a bit, but I haven't had any luck getting back to pre-pregnancy yet! The worst thing I've found with wide-ribs is that your breasts are just so spread out to cover 'em that you don't get any projection and just look and feel flatter no matter what size you get! So you definitely could be a 34A but just look like a 34AA- that's me!! Anyways, thanks for saying 'HI'. I hope you get the growth that you want! Good Luck!

Hi Lisa;
I'm just wondering what saliva test did you take?
I've considered taking one, not just for Breast enchancement but I feel fatigued and I'm wondering if it might be hormonal?
thanks

Quicky update for me: Today is crazy. The other day the swelling went away and I was back to normal but then today my bra is feeling tight again-not that I'm complaining. It's just strange. The sides feel the tightest and I'm having some aches near my armpits and an almost warm sensation all over my breasts, if that makes sense. I kinda feel like I want to put something cold on them! They are a bit achy too but nothing really bad. I'm still taking the internals I'm working on ramping up and feeling better. I keeping up with my massage and am taking a probiotic right now, probably for a couple of weeks. Wen' I replied to your post about the stomach thing on the previous page, just in case you were wondering.

Flatmama, Fun to have cleavage? I'm not there yet - they're too far apart! Aaahhh, the day I have some sort of cleavage will be a grand day! Until then, I am enjoying having round, perky boobs instead of a hanging nipple! You know, I never thought about how my wide ribs are affecting how my breasts look - it's even more depressing! I'll definitely continue with those stomach exercises, although I have to be careful because I also had diastasis recti after the fourth that I just got rid of after lots of exercise - I can't do certain stomach exercise or it will make it worse. Gotta love what these kids do to us, eh? Thanks for your support. I'll be sure to watch for your updates! Lisa

Hi Lisa; I'm just wondering what saliva test did you take? I've considered taking one, not just for Breast enchancement but I feel fatigued and I'm wondering if it might be hormonal? thanks Hi ssunflower! I took the Body Balance "Female Check" test which was recommended by the owner of my local health food store. Fatigue can be a symptom, as well as many others. I am a classic example, I think. I am 39, have fibrocystic breasts, acne, anxiety (that started in the last 2 years), hair loss, foggy thinking, memory loss, low libido, major bloating, heavy cycles with 7 day luteal phases and the list goes on. Please know that I am not taking this for nbe - it may work for a few people, I guess. But, I need to get my body in balance for so many reasons. I am more fearful that the progesterone cream will shrink my breasts! You are wise to take a saliva test to be sure. Just understand that you shouldn't take progesterone cream while taking many of the typical nbe herbs etc. Check out Dr. John Lee's site - he's the pioneer on estrogen dominance. Good luck- keep me updated! Lisa

Hi lisa Well, I only have cleavage with a push-up bra but at least it's there! I meant fun to actually feel like we have breast for awhile, even if it is just tempoary swelling. Massage does wonders for those saggy leftover breasts from nursing! Yeah, the wide ribs really hurt the way the bust looks. I didn't realize what a difference it made until I had a friend that had a similiar body size to mine but didn't have the wide ribs, wore the same bra size but looked twice as big as I did-and she didn't wear push-up padded bras like I do . That was such a sad day. I found some ab exercises online after my first child that worked pretty well and were good for the seperated muscles-supposed to help them get back together. I can't remember where to find them, but I'm sure they are probably similar to what you've already done to help with that. I've just found that ab exercises that target those upper and side muscles appear to have pulled my ribs in. Good luck with that! I know, the things we do for our kids--first one being giving up our bodies!! Good Luck!

You might like this-- Interestingly I already started probiotics yesterday. Didn't like that I was feeling like I over ate after hardly eating anything. I had some from before and just had the thought that maybe I should take those-started feeling a bit better today-still taking it. Bought some pomegrante juice earlier today already. I like the stuff. I've already decided not to take the high-dose BC. Just waiting to see. I really want to get on BC but am considering waiting. I'm going to see how the GYN appt. goes. As far back as I can remember I've had a highly acidic stomach....it has seemed to be better these last few years, didn't notice it getting worse these last few months. Well, anyways...I'm exhausted....g'nite! Ha! Found it lol. Been a hopping little thread here. Too cool about your already taking the probiotics!! Love it. Anyways, yeah...that brand 2 weeks- perfect. Maybe even add a day. Don't forget to drink a water w/ a little bit of real lemon in it. I'll bet that kind of water will never taste better and it seems it will continue to soothe your stomach even more. Well, keep us posted. And uuhhh, those fennel extract massages- Ooo-la-la. That may be your ticket for the moment. Seems you're really getting some perks from it along with the other internals you're takin' Wen'

Thread got a little popular today! I thought it was crazy about the probiotics...good to know I'm listening to my body better again! ;D I tried the water with lemon last night and it was delicious. I loved it. I added some to a couple glasses of water today also just because it did taste better so it was easier to get more water in for the day. I've been feeling much better today. Can't wait to see how I'm feeling in a couple weeks! Yeah, Whatever is going on with the massage and internals right now is great-glad I added the fennel to the massage. I think those couple of weeks of the fennel internally just helped give a little boost or something-even though my body couldn't handle it full time right now. I'm probably going to try it again in a few months after giving these internals a fighting chance.... Thanks Wen'!!!

Last night during my massage I noticed several little bumps- soft, round, about the size of an eraser head- on the sides of my breasts near the armpit where I've been feeling the fullest. Is this normal? I'm thinking it is since I have it on both sides. I haven't noticed it before. Other than that, I've been feeling pretty good.....except I've been itching like crazy just above my bust! My breasts feel meatier too......love that feeling. My appetite is back full force too. Feeling 'normal' again.

I'm loving being bigger but it's kind of annoying. I fill my 34B push-up bra most of the way but without a bra-still looking flat. I know it's just cuz of the wide ribs but it's so annoying. Maybe when I take my mid-cycle picture I'll notice a difference. When I look down, they look great-round and full. But when I look in the mirror, they look almost non-existent. It's my sides that are definitely filling in right now. I'm still itchy and feeling kinda heavy in the bust too. So I guess I can't complain much. Maybe at the end of this journey I will be able to not wear a bra and still look like I have a chest!

Hey Flatmama, your mid-cycle picture will probably give you some relief. Sometimes I look "big", a whopping full A. And sometimes I swear I am shrinking, until I measure myself. Maybe we're just getting used to the new size and compared to most women, we're just not big!
I am waiting to see how much I deflate- my period has been here for two days; I'm waiting. At least yours is sticking around!

I think I'm still stuck in remembering the C cup I had when I was pregnant with my daughter and an A or small B is awfully small compared to that. I also don't have much projection at all in the bust line! They are just so spread out...ughh. Usually I stay pretty swelled for about the first half of my period and then shrink at the end and usually stay shrunk for about a week and then they start filling back up, plus some sometimes, over the next week to mid-cycle. This time was different though-I only shrunk for a day or two then jumped back up pretty quick...they still aren't as big as they were at the peak of swelling, pretty close though but they are getting a bit fuller every day....and I still have like 6 days until mid-cycle so I'm pretty excited to see what comes out of it. I can't stand wearing my bra right now just because it's so uncomfortable on the sides...it feels so tight-anything there really just feels so annoying. I even wore a tank top that had some support in it yesterday, but was still a bit loose on the bust area and the sides but I couldn't stand it. It was just driving me crazy,especially on the sides...it still felt tight but it wasn't....I guess that would be the tenderness thing then huh? Never had that before. Today I'm avoiding wearing a bra as long as I can-good thing I'm just an at home mom! I guess that's just why I wish I looked like I had a chest without the bra-cuz they look soooo good with the bra, it's great! I'd really go out without one if I had something, since I don't have any sag from the kids. One day....just gotta keep thinking positive right? Next year hopefully I'll be able to wear a swimsuit and have more of a chest then a 12 year old!

BTW, also wanted to tell you. Firming cream+ droppers of Fennel= 9.8/10 and EPO + droppers of Fennel= 6.7/10. So after a while, the EPO mix won't jive as well. Have about 4 or so weeks b4 you start noticing 'blah' effects. Wen'

Guess I just need to stop looking at 'em in the mirror and just look down and enjoy that they look better that way! Can you name a good firming cream that I can just buy from Walmart or something? What kind of 'blah' effects? Glad that's normal- thanks Wen'.

'Blah' effects- just not as much energy, harder to sleep, sluggish. Wal-mart special firming cream ;d- www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=7386271 WTH..can't believe it's close to $20. Go there..see what else you find. If ingredients match this other one...you can go for it. Almost any one will do you can stand the smell of . Wen'
