Moodies have leveled off now and I am feeling better. My mid-cycle ovulation cramps were much shorter this time, only a few hours instead of all day. I think some of the moodiness came from that as I usually get a bit of it around ovulation but I think it was just increased because of the changes, like mentioned before. Sure feels good to be more stabled out again! Can't wait to start BC so I don't even have to worry about the mid-cycle cramps and all that. It's bad, it's like have PMS and such twice a month. My poor husband has to put up with so much! My boobs feel so empty right now though! I hate that but not smaller, just not so perky...having decent sensations too so can't complain-lots of tingles and such, deep pains every now and then. I hope this new routine works out well. I haven't been doing my massages lately, should definitely pick that up again! Why couldn't I just grow during puberty?! That would have just simplified everything!

Glad ur doing better. I really wouldn't recommend the massaging. It'll be like you're back on fenugreek (fennel + massage). Just focus more on rest and eating well. Too nice that ur suffering mid-cycle was only hours. Should continue to get even better with time. Wen'

I don't know..just feel like updating! It feels so good to be leveled out emotionally now. My energy is starting to come back too. Also My head has cleared up. I can concentrate on things now and think clearly. I'm focussed and actually getting the extra stuff done. It's like 'mommy brain' finally went away!! ;D I feel so flat though! I swear I shrunk but don't want to measure because then I can still convince myself it's just in my head. But still, I'm positive they shrunk. That doesn't bother me that much though. I know that little growth I had before happened after they shrunk so fingers crossed! I'm still having sensations, which is great since they usually disappear at the second half of my cycle. The sensations aren't incredibly strong but still there so it's something! Sorry, not much to write just felt like doing it! Wen' I have a question for you. What difference does it make taking the herbs in one shot at night vs. taking them in doses throughout the day? I'm just curious-not complaining. I love taking them at night. It's easier to remember! Just trying to learn more!

;D to feeling better. About taking all in one shot at nite- we're just taking advantage of your naturally raised HgH levels which spike about 1hr after you go to sleep. It also seems to allow the body to process things better. In the morn, the body dedicates more energy to "being awake". Still it varies for each person..but for herb amounts totaling less than 5g (not including vitamins or minerals), this seems to be the way to go Wen'

Thanks Wen'! Gotta learn something new everyday! That all makes great sense too. I tend to be on the up-side with the metabolism so I think my body just 'processes' the herbs too fast during the day. Taking everything at night, when my metabolism slows down, just makes perfect sense...can't believe I didn't get it before now! You mentioned before in another thread that 6-7 months of the fennel is what I need. I'm wondering about after. When I finish BE I'm planning on hitting the working out hard to get rid of some of this body fat and tone up before spring hits. (I really want a body to compliment the new 'assets') So what I'm wondering is, am I going to need to keep up a 'maintenance' routine during this time just to keep from losing fat up top (that I hopefully have!!)?? I know, really shouldn't be thinking about it yet but it's at least keeping the urge to do it now away!

Per how you're progressing now- about 2 months should get you 1.5c walls, 0.8c meats, and 0.5c water. If you get on BC by next cycle- 2 months gets you 2.1c walls, 1.2meats, and 0.8c increase...it'll only be faster. "After BE"..saying you wanna tone up and not lose the goodies..actually it seems you'll only need massage. Just use some Olive oil and massage for 1-2 minutes after a shower 2-3x's a week anytime during the day. You'll be at higher estrogen levels on your own, so you'll only need to add a bit of increased prolactin levels (massage)..and the fats will be encouraged to stay in place . Wen'

Well, can't wait to see a big difference. I hate these wide ribs- it sure takes alot more growth to 'see' a difference. I was going to mention, hence the reason back already, I actually got a higher estrogen dose BC then the previfem to try out since I was still a bit moody before on the previfem dose. Still worried about those moodies. I will have another appointment with the GYN a few weeks after starting the BC to see how I'm doing with it, and decide about changing it or not. Hope this doesn't cause too many problems.

Yikes..if you get higher version..BE will take longer since you will need to lower that fennel dose. W/ that current BC you'll need to reduce to 3 caps..which pushes timelines out by about 2x's. Wen'

Well, I'm not going to be starting with BC until talking to my GYN...hubby and I talked about it and think it's best. I hope this doesn't set me back for more than a month. Hopefully I can at least finish up by Feb. so I can get in shape for spring. I had been having headaches for a few days but didn't seem like much until I had a migrane at 3:30 in the morning and couldn't get back to sleep and kept waking up with headaches. I determined this was due to not sleeping well- as in sleeping but not comfortably. It was making my shoulders and neck very tight, giving me tension headaches. I would go to sleep with a headache and wake up with one. Got a massage from hubby last night and took some sleeping pills-feeling much better today, still a bit stiff but better. I'm going to get a matress pad and probably a new pillow to help me out. I forgot to take my fennel last night because of the sleeping pills...One day isn't too bad to miss, I hope. I was having some great sensations yesterday though, good deep aches. I'm feeling pretty good having so many sensation in the 2nd half of my cycle, since I usually don't. Hopefully this translates into some good growth next cycle!! Well, hopefully we'll get sleep back on track and the exercising (since I haven't been doing that very well lately) and give BE a better shot of working. Oh well, guess I'm just rambling on here....
