It was definitely the Fenugreek I was taking. I went back to my usual brand and I noticed a difference pretty quick. I woke up this morning and I felt fuller, which is great because I haven't even had any swelling this time. I'm not thinking I'm going to have any growth this cycle. I'm still hoping though.
Actually the brand that wasn't working for me was Nature's Way. I know it's a good brand but maybe it's just not right for me. I use the Solaray herbs.
I will definitely go to GNC and get a good multi this week. I have been better watching my diet already. We're thinking of taking a little vacation soon...that'll make it harder but I'm going to try to be really good! I'll look into the EPO. I know the Fenugreek extract will definitely be good so I will get that. Do you think the Fenugreek tea would still be good or would it be too much and make me stall?

Yep, Solaray is Ok too. Interesting that Nature's Way didn't do much good. Maybe they were old from sitting on the shelf too long.
Fenugreek tea would be good but I think you are going to find that it will gag you. Try Fenugreek/Fennel tea instead.

Might have set too long. The Solaray do seem to go faster at that store.
I'll look for the Fenugreek/fennel tea next time I go then.

Oh I've been working my routine a bit... I've ramped up fennel to 3x day and Flaxseed 2x day. Seems okay so far. I'm thinking of taking the flaxseed up to 3x day after I give the Fennel a few days. Anyways...off for some sleep...I'm exhausted!!

Flaxseed as in ground flaxseed or flaxseed oil? The flaxseed oil is good but the ground flaxseed is not good for BE.

Just a quicky update- I'm dropping the Fennel....I think it has been messing up my cycles. I stopped taking it a couple days ago and I've had more heaviness and sensations going on already. I'm not going to stick to the Fenugreek, Saw Palmetto, Wild Yam and Flaxseed oil....plus the vitamins. The first month I think I had my routine already but just couldn't believe that I had figured it out the first time. I kept looking to 'improve' my routine. I'm really starting to believe it didn't need it. I also took off on vacation so I don't have my lipoderm. I didn't want it to leak out of the bottle or something on accident. I'm keeping up my running and everything though. We'll see how that goes. I didn't have the chance to buy the fenugreek extract before we took off so I'n not using that. I also forgot to bring my herb lotion mix so I'm just massaging with Cocoa butter right now unless I find a store here that has good herbs. Well Day 14 is on the 3rd so should have some measurements then.....Hopefully some growth too. I'm still doubting it this month because of the routine adjustments that didn't go so well. Anyways, That's it for now....

Always use Vitamin E with cocoa butter. The combination of the two is what has been shown to work when it works.

Well vacation over....back to the real world. So a quick update....I was spacing it bad this last week and skipped alot of doses of my herbs. I actually ended up having more sensations during this time. So, I'm taking this to mean that something needs to be lowered or taken away. I'm considering the flax seed oil since I have noticed that I've started having PMS again since I started taking it. I don't like PMS. Any other suggestions would be appreciated. I've also been having some problems sleeping but that's been ongoing for awhile. I think it's just been worse because our bed on vacation was too hard for me. AF should be coming here in the next couple of days. I still need to add fenugreek extract to my massage, which I'm recommitting myself to doing more regularly! I wasn't very good at it these last couple of weeks. I'm really going to work hard on doing it twice a day. Well, that's it for now...my amounts are the same as the last time I posted them, if anyone is wondering. I'll update them when they change.

Okay so like I mentioned before I was going to go back to original doses when I first started BE and had the best luck. I've dropped the Flaxseed Oil and the Fennel so this is what I'm taking now:
Fenugreek- 620mg 4x daily (might increase this but afraid of stalling) Saw Palmetto- 580 3X daily Wild Yam- 400 2x daily Calcuim w/D- 600mg Vitamin C- 500mg Multi vitamin
Massage twice daily-morning and evening, applying heat in the evening. (I don't have time in the morning for the heat) Will be starting Fenugreek extract with massage tomorrow *hopefully* with vit. E and cocoa butter.
I messed around too much trying to improve what didn't need to be improved. (yay impatience....) I was definitely over complicating my routine...less is more right? And I definitely do better on less herbs. I'm going to stick with this for the next couple months or until I stop getting sensations or grow big enough to increase my doses. Since readjusting back I've been having alot of heaviness and more tingles, also got some really bad itchy's the other day and have been getting sharp pains under my arms on the sides of my breasts. Right now, I'm feeling like my milk is coming in-no milk though. It's great having the sensations back.
My hope with all of this is to at least have a B cup by December and I do mean, at least. I would love a C..that would be great. I really hope this is possible. At the end of December is when I'm planning on taking a break from herbs for a few months.
Day 14 should be the 27th so hopefully some good news then.

So I've been figuring some stuff out with Wen and we both agree I need a bit more estrogen going on so I'm changing my routine to include more estrogenic herbs and nothing of the other stuff. So right now I'm upping the fennel (added it back in) and have started dropping everything else. I think I am going to keep just 1-620mg of the fenugreek a day (Still think I need a bit of the fenugreek but def. less than I was taking-the sugar headaches were starting to come more often) but drop everything else and am working on upping the Fennel to about 2g a day. I'm going to go to the doc about getting on some BC and *fingers crossed* no moodies this time.
Again I'm still hoping to get up to a C cup by December (B at least, C better).....more growth than that would be great since a D with my wide ribs would look just fine. I definitely hope it's possible.

So here's what's going on....I'm not liking it so much. I had a major mood freakout yesterday, something I haven't had in a few years and it was not good. I'm not sure if it had to do with stuff going on or with the new herb routine. I don't know but I'm probably going to go back to my original routine if this happens again. I got birth control yesterday but of course can't start it until the beginning of my next cycle. So we'll see how these next couple of weeks go. I'm probably going add 1 saw palmetto back in just to see if it helps stablilize my mood a bit.
As far as sensations go, I haven't had any more than I did with my other routine but I've been nauseas (sp?) for the last about 5 days. I am sleeping better but am still pretty tired throughout the day, even with 8 hours. I have had less headaches and a pretty normal appetite. I haven't been very good at exercising since we got back from vacation so I guess that could have some effects. I don't look bigger or feel bigger in the breast area. Tomorrow is day 14 of my cycle so I'll be measuring then and have a stats update.

Whoa. Honestly, it sounds like you need a little more fennel to help right you. Dropping the fenugreek (throwing off estrogen levels AND sugar levels) and not having enough nutrients (how have you been eating?) apparently was just enough to push you a bit. Add another 1g of fennel and you shouldn't need to adjust your diet. Be sure you take at night before doing to bed.
When you start the BC...drop down to only 2.5g (not 2g)..you need some time to finish recovering from this.

Okay, I'll try upping the Fennel. I have been eating pretty well, I think, but I can tell you that my body hasn't quite adjusted back to my usual diet from when we went on vacation. We visited some family and they were on a high protein diet, which was too much protein for me.
I hope this takes care of the mood changes!

The Fennel that I have is 450mg and max dose says 6/day...so that would be 2700mg. Is that close enough to the 3g or do I need to take 7/day?
