Wen, question about soreness/pains; if one was experiencing this from EE, would heat magnify it? I started using a heated device on my breasts today (in regards to the skin issue, not growth) and found that the soreness intensified. Until then, I wasn't sure if it was my imagination but can now say that my left breast is definitely more sensitive/achy. Does heat do that on its own? I hope it's EE.

Heat causes 'expansion', so yes it would amplify what's going on in your breasts from EE. I would caution against applying too much heat, if any at all. It can also cause the reverse where you deflate. I had that happen before- it's so hard, nigh impossible to regain things after that. You pretty much will have to start from scratch. If it's for other issues- do the heat everywhere but your breasts. Wen'

Ah, okay, thanks! It's an infrared thing that's pretty mild so the heat it generates once you've had it on awhile is only a tad in comparison to what I think most would use with massage or pad, but then I've never used a heating pad. Didn't know that heat can cause deflation, though. Yikes! I will be careful and try it around the breasts instead of on. I *do* think the aches are intensifying tonight, which is pretty cool since I've never had them.

Hey Bonnette, There's a link on the first page for ordering info...I don't know how the internet bank thing works??? I would assume it's like paypal so you might be ok If not you I'm sure you can set up a paypal account that withdrawls from your checking account, so you could always do that...

I'm in the 19-39 age group. I'm 19... how do I know when it's time for my second dose, like should I take it during follicular or ovulation? Will it make that big of a difference? Or should I take a dose at all this month? I haven't had that many growing pains, though I have had a few. I just don't want to do the wrong thing and then not get the results I could have

I just don't want to do the wrong thing and then not get the results I could have The difference could vary some, but the exact choice is up to you. So long as you're within that timeframe, 'something' should happen. I wouldn't take it Day 1 as Day isn't necessarily when your cycle really starts (like when your hormone levels ar the lowest). Def take it Days 2-3 and onward. Follicular you have better chances to grow without increased progesterone levels, but given when we generally start EE, being close to luteal isn't a show-stopper. Where do you measure from when measuring vertically? I measure from the collar bone to the end of the breast, is this the correct method.

Where do you measure from when measuring vertically? I measure from the collar bone to the end of the breast, is this the correct method. ZZ Again, I'm looking for 'meat' measurement. This would be from the fold under the breast, acrosst the nipple stopping where you can not feel 'meat'/fats anymore. Yes, a bit subjective, but look in the mirror for visual reference while you're measuring- you know your body best. To your current method, using the collarbone will be good, consistant reference point. So I would note both (in your case) to verify vertical progress if it's not too clear where thing start/stop on you. Wen'
