Wen, is there a certain amount of days you would reccomend me off my herbal pills before I take my first dose of EE? I've only been doing NBE for 1 month, if that matters

All- I started listing the names of those who have begun their EE in regimen the starter post. I'll also post the stats in that thread once I get those going. Wen'

Like mentioned in the eBook, it takes a cycle to adjust and start growing. Zits go away within a cycle. In the meanwhile, treat them superficially (tea tree oil is best quick fix, but is strong-smelling). You're not still tired are you? Well, you in specific should def have pep in your step in 2 days time. Think of it this way- your body is in adjust/prep mode. Then, it will 'take off'. You're well on your way. Say, would you mind putting your posted comments here in your Routines folder? It will help someone to see the steps people go through. Wen'

Thanks a lot EM- The break of 1.5-2 weeks is fine as long as you haven't been doing BE straight for 9 months. Also, the pains should subside in a few days, but aren't a danger for using EE. However, it may not be as clear if the aches are from EE or previous BE, if you're tracking your sensations. Remember- pain doesn't necessarily mean guaranteed breast growth. If you still have pain Sunday AND have done BE for 9 months, then I would wait until next cycle. If only small pains, then I'd go ahead w/ the EE. Wen'

Is it possible to get growth with little or no pains at all? When I was on BE for my month, I don't think I really ever had pains and maybe a few times I had deep itches but it would always last a few minutes and then be gone.
I experienced this last night also for the first time since I took my dose of EE, but it only went on for 2 minutes... don't know if that's good or bad. Maybe my body's reacting but not as strong as it should be?

That's growth way inside your breast/body. You're fine. Wen'
