Hey Wen, I ordered on October 25 and it still hasn't arrived, I've checked the tracking number and it says that it has been delivered to my city post office and is ready to be delivered (as of 10/30)...I'm going to call the post office tomorrow, I was just wondering if your packages were insured, just in case something has happened to it? If not what would I do if it didn't show up? By the way I have a private mail box with a lock that the mailman only has access to...so I know it hasn't been stolen... That's too bad! Yes, it's insured. Check your PMs. Wen'

Hello. It seems I found the sample offer too late... I'd like to at least buy the 109$ 3 month supply. I just don't want to waste my money in case it doesn't work! I've tried dowsing, but it doesn't seem to work for me. So I'm not sure if I should go ahead and buy EE. Does anyone do dowsing here, who could tell me if EE would be effective for me? I don't want to sound too selfish in asking though... Well, thanks everyone, good luck! mt There's a muscle-test option which is close dowsing, but you need the help of a friend. Read FAQ #10 about what you need to do. This is a another way to ascertain if EE will work for you. There's also the option of working on your dowsing in the Alternate Methods folder- simply post what you tried and we can troubleshoot for you. Wen'

The sensations of soreness are perfect- the fenugreek portion is stimulating and growing the breast glands- thus feel 'heavy'. So nope, not weird- it's how the body responds to EE. Wen'

Wen, I was reading the updated e-book and saw a mention about being able to reverse growth if breasts get too big. Can you explain this further? I definitely am not look for that effect but it has me so curious. I actually thought that it might shed some light on why my breasts are less dense for seemingly no reason in the first place. Is it a hormonal shift that can cause shrinkage? Thanks.

I definitely am not look for that effect but it has me so curious. I actually thought that it might shed some light on why my breasts are less dense for seemingly no reason in the first place. Is it a hormonal shift that can cause shrinkage? Thanks. Well, the reverse growth thing- has been done easily by losing weight at too fast a pace (we lose from our breasts first) and by application of progesterone cream directly the the breasts (progesterone keeps fats from being stored in the breasts, also direct application to the breasts has even more of an effect). So, just from those 2 descriptions, it doesn't really speak to the why there is less density for you. Density is simply a factor of the amount of fats per cubic area. You simply don't have a lot. As far as why 'shrinkage', yes it's due to hormonal shifts. For example, when we keep water during certain times of the month, we wind up keeping more in the fat cells in our breasts- so we're temporarily engorged, if you will. When the extra water leaves, our breasts reduce also. The retention in the first place is due to hormones. So, nothing extremely special about reducing breast size, but I'm sure if it became a real 'concern', that could be 'worked' on. Wen'

Mileah, I just took my first dose of EE and so far, so good in terms of blood sugar. I haven't detected any problems like I usually have with herbs, and this is after being bad and not eating yet today. I will update if anything changes, though. My progress and comments on EE will be posted in the Routines folder, in case you're interested. Good luck if you decide to try it!

Well, I was all set for EE trials and I was completely convinced that my next post would be about growth signs but now it looks like I will not get the chance to try it as my order is stuck in Australian Quarantine. The package is considered a risk because it contains egg products and I have to return it to sender or the goods will be dystroyed. Well, I guess I should have thought of that. Darn it, I'm so dissapointed because I had a great feeling about EE.

Okay, I have a question... I'm 19, so really I could be using the 18-19 directions or the 19-39. I was going to use the 18-19 because I don't really consider myself old I guess plus I still have really bad acne, it's never gone away, so maybe my body doesn't realize how old I am either? lol, but I realized next month I'll be turning 20. So which directions should I follow? Thanks!

hey wen, thanks for the link. i'll let you ladies know how it goes! by the way, i'm very impressed with the info on muscle resistance. i do a bit of work in homeopathic medicine and the like. it's nice to see people learning about and embracing this method. just try it out, it's surprisingly accurate!
