Hi Everyone. I'm posting an update on Charky's behalf until she has time to add more. Just for those who were curious. Her last update at 6 weeks, she was at 38"
"...As far as my progress, it seems to have slowed/stabilized this cycle. I'm hanging out around 38.5-38.75", but I haven't yet reached 39", not even loosely. However, tops and sides seem to have filled out, and I'm certain growth thus far is pretty permanent. I've even been fluctuating in weight quite a bit, and they haven't gone down (traveling/flying zaps you of water weight pretty fast)."[/b]

I am soooooo excited that I was introduced to this dowsing thing!!! ;D I started 7 weeks ago and have had growth of at least 1/2". I was a B and now am almost a full C. I will report the growth when I get it - which is scheduled to be within a week and I can feel it coming - sore boobs!!! But I say bring it!!! And *yay* for the first time in my entire life I am excited for summer I have some extra weight from all this estrogen dumping but it can be worked on I have to take 21 pills of Quick Bust - 7 pills at 8am, 3pm and 10pm. So that's my testimony for now and trust me - if I can grow it's possible for anyone!!! lilsx1

Okay so here it is.... Have been at this since Wen started which now would be about right around 8 weeks, I think. Have grown about an inch and am now measuring 9 inches in diameter of both breasts! I have even started to notice the top filling in on the smaller breast. Not to mention the shape has changed. And have seen some lifting also... Have had some interesting sensations over the last few days....lots of tingles and itching....and even some that are hard to describe! ;D So happy we tried this...really starting to fill out nicely! Will post more when I get even more growth. Also, AF much shorter than normal. Usually I go for anywhere between 10-12 days all heavy....so tired of that! Anyways, AF came and went in only 5 days and was pretty light. So happy not to have to deal with 2 weeks of misery!!! , Kelly

K, will give a mini update here (4/19/04) I'm over 9.5" and due to make 10" in less than three weeks. Shall edit this post when I make it!!
(5/13/04) Well, here we are..10"!!! ;D Don't really seem like I've reached this milestone. For the record, AF seems to be getting easier and easier to bear. The best it's been since being on NBE and EVER since I've had them. My nails are also growing faster. I'm much, much quicker with my dowsing..can also 'feel' about how many it'll be so I don't go through whole gammut of numbers from 1...8, etc. I was basically having herbal cereal during this last cycle. For the next three cycles, I'm supposed to ramp down then work the total amounts back up, but hopefully my throat will ready!! Love the progress...here's to more growin'! Summary chart: /me

I've been dowsing for about 5 weeks I think. So far I've grown a little (less than a quarter of an inch). I've been told I'll have measurable growth by the end of April. I'm enjoying this! I've started using Dong Quai for the first time and AF's been short and fairly light this time round.
Will keep everyone posted! Thanks to charky for turning me onto this!!

What's the question sequence for finding a time-line?
This is getting very interesting. I dowsed for my current routine and got a positive confirmation, but am not able to do it on a daily basis.
Also, has anyone dowsed on hypnosis?

I dowsed on hypnosis and the P. said it would be good for me but not an essential element of my NBE regime. I've also dowsed for a time line - I asked whether I'd reach a set diameter by a certain date. I've asked this on different occasions, and have received a 'yes' to attaining a specific diameter on a specific date. Not sure if this is a watertight method though. I'll try dowsing for a timeline in term of weeks to see if that's more accurate (as Wen suggests). Funnily enough, as some other BEers thought, I take different combos and different amounts at different times in my cycle. Have you dowsed for your potential cup size? I've dowsed on different occasions and been told my potential size is 36 E!! Gasp! That's pretty hard for me to imagine (although I was massive in my 3rd trimesters and during the first months of breastfeeding. According to the P. it would take me around 2 years to reach:D
I'm really enjoying my pendulum!!

WQ -
Yeah, I gotta E cup too (I'm a 36 band), but it doesn't seem unreasonable as I have broad shoulders and a large ribcage. I'm at a D now, and it isn't really all that big. Looks like a normal person's 'C'. So, should I hit an E, it's also the same as a 38DD, which doesn't seem unreasonable either.
And I got 6 months for an E, with DD in ten weeks, on the current routine. I got indication to add a few things, and I'll dowse again and see if that speeds things up again.
My only complaint about dowsing is that it makes me tired.
So, do you dowse asking time of month, or do you just check things every day? Or both?
Like I said - it wears me out!

Hi there Fawn, I dowse every day, 3 times a day to check my doses. I don't dowse to ask about time of the month as I think the P. automatically adjusts the herbs and amounts as my body needs them. I seem to be in follicular for the first 2 days of AF - I actually asked the P this, which it confirmed. I guessed this was the case from the herbs the P. suggested I take (still heavy on the PR blockers during first 2 days of AF). But I'm kind of new to this too. I find dowsing demanding but I enjoy the time out it gives - it makes me focus on the moment rather than just rushing about like a headless chicken (my normal state!!). That said, my pendulum may be 'off' - I think it contains steel. But even so, it's been consistent in its recommendations. So who knows...
I'm also very broad shouldered with a broad rib cage (not a warrior for nothing!). Still wearing a bit of padding as I'm not really a full B yet and look a bit out of proportion with my broad shoulders / lack of boobage. Well, fingers crossed and here's to dowsing!

Hey gals -
it's SO great to hear you're all experiencing some progress with your dowsing efforts!
First of all, Fawn, dowsing shouldn't make you tired, in fact, it should have the opposite effect. Make sure your feet are flat on the ground when you dowse, and that you're running earth energy up your feet, out the top of your head. In fact, if you can get to a point where you're running energy up your feet through your body ALL THE TIME (even when you're not conscious), you'll see your dowsing efforts improve tremendously.
Remember, all answers are in the earth, and so we have to keep our bodies constantly connected.
Re: "potentials." One of the primary laws of dowsing is: NO FUTURES. You're not supposed to ask about future outcomes, since that implies determinism and negates free will. Even if you're asking "potential," thinking you're getting away from deterministic predicting, you still can't get an accurate response, since potentials depend on an infinite # of variables (e.g., many of us may have the potential to grow 2 cups in a couple months, but that may mean we'll have to gain 50 lbs to get there, or become pregnant, or get a boob job, or fly to mars, etc....). Also, the pendulum does not work in our standard dimension of time (which is merely a mental construct), so it's always best to stick to the present when asking Qs. Remember, that's all we can ever be certain of - the present moment.
Here's one tip to improve consistency and accuracy when dowsing:
EVERY time you pick up yr p. to start asking questions, FIRST dangle it over your palm, allowing only an inch or two of string between the p. and yr fingertips that hold the string. Slowly release more string, little by little, until the p. starts circling clockwise over your palm. Allow it to circle until it is consistently strong in its movement. At that point, is it "tuned" to your body's current vibration, and is ready to answer your questions. Eventually, your p. should immediately starting circling clockwise every time you dangle over your palm to start up.
Our bodies are frequency resonators (like musical instruments) and our vibrations fluctuate depending on our current mood, energy level, state of health/vitality, etc. The above exercise will allow your p. to calibrate or "tune" to your current state, and allow for more consistent/accurate answers.
Another tip for fine-tuning your answers (some of you may have already discovered this):
Ask your p. to show you "YES, BUT..." and "NO, BUT...".
My "YES, BUT..." is 45 degrees NW-SE on my palm, and "NO, BUT..." is 45 degrees NE-SW. It may be different for you.
Sometimes you might ask a question that merits a more refined answer than just YES or NO. That's where these are helpful.
"YES, BUT" can also mean "YES, AND..." (when your p. wants to give you more info about the subject), or "YOU'RE CLOSE" (e.g., when you ask if you need 12 drops of an herb, but you actually need 11).
Play around with this and let me know if this helps refine your methods.
FYI, due to a hectic schedule, this past week I dropped about 5 lbs... but I still have the bandwidth (about 39" at this moment)!!
Please keep sharing all your successes and discoveries...

Hi Charky, Thanks so much for turning me on to dowsing! It's made a tremendous difference in how I feel; actually responded to the P. very strongly. The latest info on reading the P.-I had to try it immediately-worked really well. My experience has been similar to WQ in that the amounts, types and even breaks from herbs change frequently. There's no luteal or follicular phase in my case so I dowse once daily. When informed of an almost three week break I was totally confused until I heard that others had the same experience. At least one herbal addition, Avena Sativa, has improved my libido and I'm still working on the arthritis. I haven't lost any size; have gained some fullness.

Naw - I find it exhausting.
I can make the pendulum move anyway I want it to - so it's tiring to fight that and I often have to re-do a question or two, because I KNOW I'm making the d**n thing move.
I also get different answers to the same questions all the time, so I have to re-run 4-5 times each (yes - worded exactly the same).
OR - I don't get very easily interpreted movements for most of the questions. Slightest movements or none at all. And yes - this is after wildly swinging clockwise during calibration.
Much of the time I get a dead pendulum or wild and erratic movements. Everytime I breathe the bloody thing starts swinging.
I find that it takes about 20 minutes to get a decent answer to just 3-4 questions.
I also find it impossible to find the time or the privacy to perform this.
I can't imagine how anyone can stand doing it everyday.

Fawn, that's exactly how I feel!
And, I'm having the same problems you are. I have to ask the same question several times because I get a different response, or not a very clear one. It takes forever for just a few questions.
I'm going to try a different ring (the one I have is slightly bent from wear) and see if that makes a difference. I just haven't had a chance to get one yet.

Also, I tried a "test" to see how accurate the P answers are. I knew I was due for my period. I never know the exact day I'm going to get it as some women do. So, I asked the P if I was going to get it one day this week...the answer was No, then I asked if it would be one day next week....YES, then I went thru the days of the week until I got a YES. According to the P, I was going to get my period on Monday. Well, I got it on Wednesday.
I don't know if my P is just not working correctly for me (like I mentioned above, I'm going to try a different one) or am I not supposed to ask those kinds of questions. Is that a "future" question as Charky mentioned in her post above? But, aren't all these BE questions "future" questions, i.e. "is 2400mg of BO daily going to increase my breast size?"
