I'm glad I'm not the only one!
I have gotten a general indication always that BO and progesterone and my homeopathic testosterone will do the job, and perhaps oregano and pituitary glandular and licorice once a week. I will stick with those and NOT retest every day. I just can't stand the stress. I end up tired and pissed and aggravated. As it was, it took 4-5 30 minutes sessions to even verify THAT much.
But at least I ALWAYS get indication on four - BO, progest, test & oregano - with varying degrees of enthusiasm.
I have tried two different rings - one with a stone, one without - both silver. I get good responses from them alternately.
As it is, I'm more concerned about my weight right now. For things to help lose weight - all I get is a dead pendulum, so I think I will just stop using it on any kind of regular basis. I already have enough stress in my life without adding this. (If you can't tell by the fact that I can't even find 10 minutes of peace and privacy to perform the dowsing!)
Not sure if this is a "future" item - but the p. did indicate that I could lose up to 15 pounds without messing up my BE. I really want to lose 25 - but I got the indication that my limit was 15 before messing up my BE program.
Personally, I'd take an A cup right now to drop 35 pounds!

I too have tried this a couple times, and ended up with the same feelings as you, Fawn. Irritated and annoyed, and wondering if I have just wasted my time. It seemed to work, but I have gotten very different results each time. I got interested in this because it seemed that others felt so positively about it working for them, it was intriguing. But, I don't know... I know I most certainly won't do this daily. Just like you, Fawn, I really don't need more reasons to feel irritated each day, I have enough irritations as it is! But, I may give it a try for a few more times on a weekly basis, and see how much it fluctuates.. Glad that this is working so well for some though Myst

Yeah - I think you are supposed to get different results each time you do it for what your body needs at THAT time. I'm just not that flexible. Anyway - will continue with what I'm using and maybe recheck it once a week when I DO have time to do it. Fawn

Kinda difficult to get any time to yourself with kids, husband, and job competing for a piece of you. I'm past that and while the dowsing is time consuming my rationalization is discovering my own pattern. I also asked how often to dowse and daily or weekly was my answer. So, once I determine my needs I'll dowse less often. My sense is that one's body gravitates toward most substances that are positive for health and we know what we need. What we want is another matter entirely (chocolate, alcohol-you get the picture). I'm having some success with this and will keep at it until that no longer works.

Hey gals, Just thought I would throw in my 2 cents...since sometimes it's all I have! For me, dowsing is actually calming. I have had really good luck with this and do see it as a very helpful tool for figuring out what I should be taking as well as how much of it I should take. I will say that when all of this information became available to me, that I was open to it...and that the 1st week was difficult for me. I didn't know to ask certain things, or how to even phrase them. Charky's advice, as well as having others to talk to and discuss this with has helped. Staying focused has made this experience a good one and I am still seeing results. I am now 9 inches on both sides and seeing a difference finally on the tops. OK, just my 2 cents... Kelly

Well - I am ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED that it is helping people - because it IS so hard to figure out what is needed. I think it's great to see the frustrated start to really put on some growth! (And the grown get all frustrated?) Fawn

Hey all -
I'm copying some stuff from an e-mail I sent to Anita. She was having some similar issues with getting inconsistent responses and finding she was influencing answers with her expectations. Maybe the following might be helpful for some of you experiencing the same thing. Or, I may just be repeating myself over and over. Let me know either way.
******
Yes, as you have figured out, you CAN influence the answers, which is why you absolutely have have have to remain neutral when you ask questions. You have to be able to separate the question from the answer - completely. Don't anticipate answers (very difficult for those of us who have a hard time living in the present).
Also, you have to remain grounded to the earth. Have you tried any of the meditation/relaxation techniques I suggested in the "Routines" section of the board? (I think that's where I posted it, way back when).
You have to allow your answers to come from the earth - NOT your own individual biased mind, which has limited conscious knowledge (not just yours, of course, but all of ours). If you're not used to meditating, that's fine, but you need to really make sure that you keep your feet on the ground, do some deep breathing, and clear as much mental activity out of your head as possible before you try asking your p. any questions. When starting out, you'll really have to take some time to relax and get yourself grounded and in the "present" - completely. Later, as you get the hang of it, you won't have to take as much time and the p. will start answering immediately and accurately. Dowsing takes practice and lots of it.
Also, you should use a different ring. Don't mix substances (like a gem w/ a metal). A "real" pendulum (teardrop shaped device) may work better for you. It should be completely symmetrical.
ALSO, are you asking whether or not the substances (e.g., BO, prog, etc.) are actually healthy for you? Will they actually improve your health, or will do the opposite? There are substances that will help your BE efforts, but will render you less healthy. DO NOT USE these substances. If you're damaging your body in any way, then you might as well forget having substantial success with the p. If you are using it strictly for vanity, not for health, then the relationship you are establishing between your body and the p. is damaged, or out of resonance (like being "out of tune" with each other). Make sure that above all, you are asking whether or not these herbs/supplements are HEALTHY for your body FIRST, then ask if they will enhance BE.
Remember, the p. is very good at healing and helping you (and others). Try to keep your motivations as pure and clear when using the p. That will help achieve accuracy/consistency in your answers.
Whenever you take time with the p. to ask questions, believe you are partaking in a holy, or spiritual ritual. In all actuality, you are. You are communing with the earth. This is not a parlour game. Take it seriously, always give thanks for the answers you receive, and this will improve your relationship with your body, the earth (the "mother" of our bodies), and will result in a clearer connection and greater accuracy.
As far as asking "potentials", I highly recommend against it, since "potential" requires an infinite # of variables to happen before turning into "actual." Also, remember NO FUTURES (predictions within timeframes) when dowsing.
If there's anything here that doesn't make sense, let me know and I'll try better to clarify. Please feel free to continue e-mailing me. It may take me awhile to respond, I promise I will eventually (either through e-mail or via the board).
Good luck and happy continued growing... xoxo chark

So here's my update....my tops have finally started to fill out! And I am outgrowing my 32B's...So with that said, I ordered my first 32C's today!!! I am have had alot of sensations and mostly over the last week and a half or so they have been pretty sore. The difference that I have noticed this time around is that they are not "hard" like before. This time, they feel alot softer...hopefully this is a good sign and I am storing fats where I need to be! Wish me luck that this continues and sticks! I will update when I have more progress to report. Kelly

Hi. I just ended my 3rd cycle of dowsing for BE. In the beginning all I used was progesterone cream. Then I started adding phytos...RC, LR, DQ, Fenugreek. (We need an abreviation for fenugreek.) Anyway, this past cycle I was told to add Marshmallow so I am taking it by the handfuls. Marshmallow daily, progesterone during part of follicular phase and phytos during luteal. I have had no growth yet. I actually shrunk quite a bit the past few weeks. I am aware this is a precursor to growth for some so we shall see. I will start taking yasmin next cycle. P says that will help. It also says I am growing, but I don't see where. Less than 5" diameter these days...down to about 30", ribcage 29".....well you can see the problem. I was up to about 31" before dowsing so I don't know what to think. Sticking with it a bit longer. Just checking in. Thanks. tea

Marshmallow, huh?
You got an ulcer maybe - peptic or duodenal?

Fawn,
Actually I found a reference to lactation while checking into marshmallow root (besides the slimy mucus connection)....I'm thinking this is a prolactin thing?

Hi Everyone! Thought I would post a quick update. I am measuring 35" now so over all I have gained 2" in 8 weeks of dowsing. I am impressed! My breasts are getting quite firm and my tummy is getting a little squishy, but I can handle that. I have however gained 5 lbs really not complaining as I am underweight to begin with. ;D My dosages really have started to fluctuate and I have added flax seed oil. I also have found a great time for massage is in the tub. After I massage I put a warm face cloth on my breasts. Lots of tingles! Good luck to all Lisa
