Find out which exercise would be beneficial to your stomach and then how many of each you need to do and for how long to make that difference Just an idea ROFLMAO Jewelz, why you took my favorite words rite out of my mouth. But to add what you said, Pixie, you can figure out if applying a seaweed lotion or skin brushing will help u to acheive your goals faster . Simply dowse how many different kinds of actions would help you to reduce the mushies. There's a lot of suggestions in this folder, ask about each one. O! you may need a simply colon cleanse. Sometimes the tummy pouch is yuckies stuck inside. Do dowse about that, too;). Good luck:)!

Some women carry their weight on their stomach, which is unfortunate. What you've been doing is good, but you need to give your muscles time to recuperate from all of the work they're doing. Generally, you don't want to work a muscle more than 2 times a week and 3 is pushing it. www.stumptuous.com (under the "iron" section) and www.bodybuilding.com have great info on weight training in general, which is where I've gotten a lot of the info I'm now going to spout. You could very well have some great muscles residing under a layer of fat. If you find that it's not water retention or internal yuckiness that a cleanse could help and you've been doing your crunches, fat's most likely the cause. Then you want to do some cardio and clean up your diet if it has things in it that make you gain/retain weight. Use changes in diet and your P to determine what foods could do that stuff to you. If you alternate the days you do crunches with cardio and eat wisely, you stomach should show some effects. Stumptuous.com is a great resrouce for health and exercise in general and I'd be weight lifting now even if it doesn't help your stomach because it will strengthen your bones right now while they're growing, which will help prevent osteoperosis. Also, your stomach may never be exactly as you want it, but I've known a lot of sexy women who have smart, sexy men who love them even when -- and a lot of times because -- they don't look like everyone else. It's surprising what people will find sexy. I go to a super liberal, small college where people like to challenge what's "normal." Go somewhere like this later on when it's up to you. It's been a huge confidence booster in me.

Just like to add few words about stomac fat... Sit ups are o.k., but they will mostly work on developing your muscels and not realy loosing fat. (In case, where you develop just musceles and noyt losing any fat, you can even end up with bigger waist - fat satys, but muscles enlarge) For loosing fat around waist more aerobbical excercises are needed -like running or fast walking. Also Ashtanga yoga is very good for this. So what you have to do, is to move, rotate and twist your waist.
goog luck, natasha

Pixie, I believe ashtanga yoga is not so boring, because it is a little more energetic than other forms of yoga. It is a 1,5 hour series of connected poses. You can check it out at www.ashtan.com. I personaly like it really very much and it has worked really good on my whole body, waist especcialy. Maybe it is not for you, but it was just my suggestion and information. As I said walkig is also very recomended for this problem. good luck, natasha
