pixie, I found this site online www.ayri.org/. It shows poses to give you an idea. Regarding pilates, it's quite different but also effective to stay toned. You can google up Josef Pilates or power pilates to find more information. Sometimes pilates methods will incorporate yogic stances to add variety. I have several tapes that show both disciplines.

I've used Mari Winsor's Pilates ab workout (www.winsorpilates.com). Haven't "seen" results yet, as I've not been consistent...but you sure feel 'em. I plan to get consistent with them after getting in the swing of the school schedule (Gym at 5 AM anyone?....and then doing Pilates in the evening)

Naturalmama-
If you're gaining belly fat and doing NBE and are at a risk for endometriosis, I would suggest you do a liver clease and consider re-doing your entire NBE regimen adding one herb 2-3 weeks. Did you already ramp up like this? If so, when did you start seeing your 'belly fat' problem? I've you've got a lot of ecxcess fats showing up, you're not on your best regimen for breasts.
