T-Tapp is a unique exercise system designed by Teresa Tapp. It's considered a great way to lose lots of inches and really cinch and lift things as you go. Check it out here: www.t-tapp.comHope this helps. Unfortunately, there's no tap dancing involved -- that sounds like fun!
