Does anyone know if the diva derrer tape from t tapp is supposed to help lift the buttocks? I need some lift and firming in my tush and was wondering if that's supposed to help.....Is there anything else..some other tape that I could do that would help as well? THANKS A BUNCH!!

Hi Chickadee, I don't know for sure but I just ordered it. What exactly is the t-tapp? How is it different from other excersize programs like Tae-Bo, Kathy Smith, Denise Austins, etc?

Hey Wen,
What would you consider to be "extreme" exercising? I know for sure that I don't do 10+ hours of high intensity exercise per week. I guess if I did I would've already burned off what boobs I do have. Thanks!

All I know is that I'm an avid runner & I'm not giving up or gearing down my runs while I'm on BE. Exercise is a very important part of my life & I know its a positive healthy thing to do. If BE can't work with my workouts, at least I tried!

That's very good for you,can't run coz of my knee-I blame step aerobic for this-so I can only do weight lifting.Does anyone know if it's bad foe BE?
