Laura, I don't think anyone knows of any! I know my herbs pretty good, and I can't think of ANY that reduce sweating.
Sorry, hon! Wish I could help.
One suggestion I DO have is to watch your footwear. If you can increase the ventilation to your feet, sometimes you can reduce overall body sweating.
Also you can change your moisturizer and skip foundation on your face and that might reduce sweating all over.
And also, in a shameless plug, as far as BE you could try Mirifem which does not make you smell.

have you tried Sage... "Sage is also approved in Germany for mild gastrointestinal upset and excessive sweating.7 An unpublished, preliminary German study with people suffering from excessive perspiration found that either a dry leaf extract or an infusion of the leaf reduced sweating by as much as 50%.8 A report from the United Kingdom indicates that herbalists there employ sage to treat symptoms of menopause such as hot flashes" Walnut leaf also seems to be recommended. I found the info on several different websites, one of which recommended: "Herbalists suggest drinking a cup of sage tea daily to reduce sweat gland activity. This is especially true for those who perspire excessively due to tension. Use 11/2 teaspoonsful of dried sage or two tea bags in one cup of water; steep for ten minutes; drink in small doses throughout the day. Fresh sage leaves blended with tomato juice has been found to be very effective." Some really good info here, with a link to a study: www.sweatsolutions.org/SweatSolutions/Article.asp?ArticleCode=62908455&EditionCode=29354836Take care!

sage is good for reducing sweating. pure sage tea works alright. i have hyperhydrosis so sage alone doesn't work for me. so i gave in and use Glycopyrollate. Trade names Robinul in the States and Avert in Canada. It works wonders, but you have to find your dosage by T and E or you can dowse for it. Because it really dries out your skin, nose, mouth, eyes. Make sure you research because there are some contraindications.

I think that you should take a bath more often and use deodorants or anti-perspirants.

Excessive sweating runs in my family, and its not a matter at all of people not showering or bathing more. I hate it when people tell someone that. You could bathe 5 times a day it will not change it.
I use Certain Dry (you can find it at drugstore.com) in the evenings on clean dry skin, after each shower I then use the new Secret Clinical, it works wonders !
Using both of those products and keeping my skin clean and exfoliated has stopped the extra sweating. And where I live in the summer its over 120 degres F ick ! lol.

HI! thanks for the replyes. My problem is that my whole body sweats a lot and I don't know what to do anymore. The doctor said that it can be because the body cannot asimilate the calcium or problems with the tyroid. I went to an endocrinologist but she said that the tyroid is fine even if it looks like it's a little bigger than it should be.
If know something that I use internaly, teas... to reduce the sweating, please tell me. I wait for your replyes!
thanks

Google finds this article (searching excessive sweating whole body) www.sweatstop.com/hyperhidrosis.aspNon surgical procedures listed include acupuncture and biofeedback , among other topical solutions. My biofeedback reading for you: You need to take 2 things- an herb and an amino acid..and you can rectify this whole thing naturally. Try muscle-testing on your own and see what you come up with. There are muscle-testing instructions in Alt. Methods. Good luck. Wen'

Hi.Thanks for the adivices. I went to a doctor who investigates you with some bio magnetic resonance or something like that, and as I was discussing with her she realised that this excessive perspiratian was caused by a medicine-prednison-, whitch is an adrenal hormone- that I was given by a stupid doctor. ( and it messed up all my metabolism. she said that i shoul try dexofication, and wait that the body regulates itself...because there is nothing else that we can do. So all my edocrine system is messed up. and she salso said that I shoul make my hormone tests again because to see the tyroid hormones and the estrogen to see if I don't have problems with my tyroid. Please if you can, give me some advices how to help my body to regulates it self quicker and for detoxification. whitch herbs are good for it and what should I also do to help regulate my edocrine system. Thanks!!!!

I think the more important question here is what did your DR perscribed prednisone for ?
Its a very strong drug but when perscribed is usually used for very serious medical conditions such as throidisms, Lupas, MS, severe allergies, Rheumatoid arthritis, Dermatologic (skin) problems, eye disorders etc etc etc. Its not usually perscribed unless totally 100% nessacary.
Do not mess with your health, I have serious medical problems so for me NBE is being put on hold untill I get control of them.. my advise ? Go see a Internal Medicine Dr. who will refer you to the proper Dr(s) to help your condition, exsessive sweating may be a symptom of something more serious not something that is a just a nuisance.
My 2 cents also.. bio magnetic resonance Drs are usually frauds, I'm all for alternitive medicine but when its something serious go see a "real" medical Dr and add alternitive medicine to what they recommend after you know 100% what your dealing with.
Best of luck to you Laura keep us posted.
