excesive sweating

Heh I have hyperhydosis of the hands and feet. I read that botox can help stop it for 6 months. Or a product called dironic (for hands and feet). People tell me not to worry about it because your body is cleaning out the toxins but it is embarrassing to go out when my hands and feet sweat all the time. So I am looking for a dermatologist to see what they say.

I heard that lemon helps to reduce sweating odour...is it true???
