Current routine:
Massage Fenugreek extract, vit E oil, cocoa butter, heat. Rub in, in that order. (heat is used before massage as time allows).
5X 575 mg Fenugreek (greenbush; 2 with breakfast & dinner, 1 with lunch). 3X 1000mg Flaxseed Oil 6X 500 mg EPO 3X 600 mg Gelatin 1X Super B- Complex (also has vitamin C in it) 6 X 400 mg Wild Yam 3X 600mg Calcium (with Vit. D). 1X multi Vitamin 1X 500mg Borage Oil.
I'm going to hold here for a while and see what happens after AF. I'm curious to see if there will be any swelling since I've dropped the PSO and the SNR.
Thanks to everyone! I hope everyone has a great rest of the week!

Serene, I only massage once a day so far, but I want to start massaging 2x daily. Trying to take things slowly since my body got so messed up on the herbs, then when I quit cold turkey I really felt like jumping off a bridge! I'm trying to lose some weight so I don't even know if I'm gonna really grow right now. I think even if you don't grow with massage it at least gives them some shape. I ask God to help in the process too! I hope you grow a lot!! (only in the boobies of coarse) Dad-gum barbie....if she hadn't been invented smaller boobs might have been the "in" thing!!

Farmer's Wife, How long do you massage for? Thanks!
This past week I've tried substituting the gum a couple of times instead of taking the herbs to see if there would be any difference in sensations, and there were none. I tried substituting the tea to see if there would be a change, and I don't know if this is a good description, but I was more aware of my breasts. I don't know how else to describe it. I was just wondering, so I thought I'd try. I know to see or feel it usually takes longer to judge if the change would work.
Started AF today. It came a little early. No fullness or swelling. However I did peak with my wieght at 138.5. However, I did not get a period related migraine. Yea!
I am going to take a break from herbs tomorrow, I wanted to take one today, but I am such a routine driven person that I took them and forgot about taking a break.
I hope you all have a great 4th! Serene

*Routine Update* 1 teabag Bustea 2X day on empty stomach before breakfast and before bed 1 575 mg fenugreek 3X daily 2 500 mg EPO 3X daily 1 500 mg wild yam 3X daily 1 b-complex 1 multi-vitamin 1 600 mg calcium w\ vit. D 3Xdaily 1 600 mg gelatin 3Xdaily 1 500 mg borage oil before bed (I'll double check the mg of this) 1 1000 mg flax seed oil 2X daily 1 500mg Gaba 1 160 mg saw palmetto 3 Xdaily (added this yesterday) MASSAGE fenugreek extract, then vit. E, then cocoa butter, then heat. I have slowly changed the doses of everything working my way to this routine. Since adding the SP my breasts have felt a little fuller. As of today my weight is 134, YEA! I just hope I continue to go down. I've joined a gym, but haven't gone yet because it's not open yet. They are almost finished building it, and I'm hoping to have time to go at least 3 times a week. I'm nervous but excited... I'm not really a social person so I'm not sure what to expect. But, I'm going to stay positive about it. My 7 yr. old wants to go with me, he's a little disappointed that he won't be able to work out with me though. I'm sure he'll have fun for a while though in their kids area. Any recomendations are welcome. I hope everyone has a great weekend! serene

Hi Serene, I finally found out what my mom-in-law uses for her migranes (Sorry it took so long)...it's a raspberry herb tea. She says it works great. I actually tried it last night for my headache and I was feeling better in just a few minutes. Hopefully you'll keep being lucky with not having the migranes though!
Sounds like things are going pretty well with your new routine. Hope it keeps up!!

FM, Hey! I had completly forgotten about that, thanks for getting back to me! I'll try the raspberry tea next time. I've been doing pretty good with the migraines since I've added more carbs as I get closer to AF. I wish I'd known about that little trick years ago. It would have saved me a lot of trouble. Have a great week! Serene

Just to update, I ramped down my BE. I'm going to wait on it for a while. I've contacted a naturopath, and I'm hoping I'll have the time to go. With so much happening here it would be nice to be told what to do. I think whatever I need to to is going to be simple, but because my body is so sensitive I think it has to be very precise.
So as it is, the only things I'm taking are multivitamins, vitamin B, and Calcium.
Happy Growing wishes to everyone! serene

We went to Babies r Us today and I found the Palmers Bust Firming lotion so I will just be using that for now untill I make an appointment with a Naturopath, (which may not be for a while because these next couple of months are going to be busy).
I wish everyone well, and happy growing! serene

Wow, it's been quite a while since my last post here. Things have slowed down a bit for now and I have an appointment with an ND on the 30th. I'm hoping she can help out. I saw my Primary care doc. and she recommended who to see. I am hoping for promising guidance.
I am not taking anything now. I had tried the gum again for a month and had more swelling again before my period. I stopped though because of my upcoming appointment.
I wish you all well! Have a great rest of the week! serene

Ok, I go to a Naturopath tomorrow. I'm hoping to get a little more direction. I understand the basics of the herbs and their uses, however, with the way that my body reacts to internals I am going to need a little help. For right now I have been massaging with Palmers breast firming lotion for the past week. I have to say that it smells really good. I hope everyone has a great week! Spring is finally here!! Which means, for those of us living up in this neck of the woods, bulbs are popping up, spring time rain showers, freak hail storms, blossoming fruit trees, and those wonderful-and sometimes fleeting sun breaks. (and it's time to plan my garden-last years was pretty sad)...(and as Wahaika has recomended-I'm hoping to be starting a new routine asap )... Happy growing! serene
