Tonight I have upped my Fenugreek. I hope I remember this: A.M. 2x610mg Lunch 1X610mg Dinner 2X575mg this brings me closer to 3000mg. Will try this for a while, see what happens, or doesn't happen. Also, I will be joining a gym next month. I don't know how long I will stay a member of the gym, but we'll see. I like to exercise here at home, but my 2 year old is making it impossible. He thinks it's time to wrestle if I'm on the floor doing Pilates or I need to carry him if I'm on the treadmill, which means we go really s l o w. I did get in almost 20 minutes on the treadmill today while my husband kept him in another room. At a gym I can get a refresher on how to do things properly again. Perhaps learn something new. We'll see. I've never been a member of a gym before, so that in itself will be something new for me. Sorry to anyone reading this, I'm rambling. I am also using Lipoderm at night, and I try to use it before I exercise, which is not very often now with my little "helper" . Best growing wishes! serene

Ok, I think I'm going to drop the Lipoderm for now. I will see how I do in the gym when I can get some regular uninterupted time. This morning I did 10 minutes of Pilates while reading a board book to my little helper. When it stops raining I'll be able to take him out in the jog stroller again. Another reason for dropping the Lipoderm is it looks like the fat moved to my thighs and sides. My stomache and behind have gone down where I was using the Lipoderm. I will wait till I am not doing BE to use it.

Wahaika, (from the sunken breasts thread) About the order of response from estrogenic receptors, and fat deposit. It appears that my fat deposits in the lower half first. If I were to tweak my routine to help my BE I would think I would want to adjust my massage, which is:
Twice a day: (there will be days I cannot do this twice a day) apply vit. E first, rub in apply Fenugreek extract, rub in apply cocoa butter, rub in and massage for at least 5 minutes. Apply heat. When I can, I apply heat before.
I apply more cocoa butter whenever I'm in the bathroom. The cocoa butter I use is Queen Helene. I haven't found the Palmer's bust firming in any stores near me, so I will be ordering it on-line, not sure of when I will be ordering though.
Do you think I should add anything else?
Also, does it really matter what kind of extract is used? Greenbush vs. differently processed brand?
I'm kind of back and forth on using Lipoderm. Knowing it can be a great aid, but also seeing after using it my thighs growing makes me a little hesitant. I'm going to wait though, and see what happens in the next couple of months exercise wise.
Thank you for reading through my ramblings and questions. I hope you have a great weekend! Serene

Hi Serene,
>>"Do you think I should add anything else?"
Yep,
apply vit. E first, rub in apply Fenugreek extract, rub in
Switch the order of these two. Do the fenugreek extract first.
I don't know if any other extracts are as successful as Greenbush's. I recommend them because they use fresh potent herbs and their extracts are non alcoholic.
As far as lipoderm, I think you get better with experience like anything else. What would happen if you were to also use it on your thighs? And Wenonae's theory about breaking fat cells through skin brushing actually sounds like a sound theory to me. The original ladies mostly all did skin brushing, one even used a comb as I remember, and they all had good success. So, I think that Wenonae's theory that the fat cells break is a good one.

Wahaika,
Thanks for the input! I can't get the Greenbush extract right now, but I will remember that it's the one to get when I can.
I think I'm going to wait on the Lipoderm for a bit till I get some more time in for exercise. I'll read up on skin brushing. Anything that will help.
What is your opinion of Red Clover?
Hope you have a happy Father's Day! Serene

Thanks FM, It's not really close to us, but I'll remember that the next time we go. I have a running list in my head of things I like to get from there.

Hi Serene, My opinion on Red Clover is that I am not too in favor of it as an internal, especially for women who are over 110 lbs or so. As an external it has good possibilities for some women. We had one member a few years ago who went to D cup using either Red Clover extract or Fenugreek extract (I think it was Red Clover) and DMSO with no internals. I have not seen anyone attempt it since then. See the booby batter thread, reply #3 beboard.proboards107.com/index.cgi?board=Routines&action=display&thread=3015Wahaika

Thanks Wahaika,
Ugh, yes, I'm over 110 llbs. I'm hovering around 136. So, I've gained 10 pounds since starting BE. (sorry, my problem, not yours).
I read a little about Dmso, and it sounds really interesting. I would guess one would not need to use much of it. (I'm not planning on using it right now, I'm just curious). I was also wondering about how it would affect your hands it you used it along with fenugreek.
So many questions... Thank you for your input! Serene

This is just going to be really quick as I'm just stealing a moment.
I've slowly ramped down the PSO and the stinging nettle root. I haven't decided if I'm just going to take a break to try to get my weight under control, or if I should just restructure my routine.
I've considered the following: Along with massage:
*go back to the gum? I had sensations, and swelling. and I didn't have to use much of it.
*combine gum and tea?
*use the Bustea as I had sensations and swelling with this as well.
I think I may not need as much of the herbs. I know my body is very sensitive to meds, and I generally take a much lower dose of anything to get a reaction. I think I'm going to go low dose for a while and see what happens.
Since stopping the PSO and SNR I feel less thick, if that makes any sense.
I am also going to be stopping the GABA for a while. Until I can pin down what is causing the weight gain.
My weight is averaging 137 now, and I'd like to drop around 15 pounds. It seems after my bottom, thighs and stomach filled out, the fat started to move in to my arms.
Any suggestions are welcome.
Thanks! Serene

Serene,
DMSO does affect your hands in that anything you have on your hands will be absorbed through the skin. Includes soap residue so make sure they and your skin are clean before using it. You could start with two drops as the last thing in the massage to be applied. I recommend using Greenbush fenugreek extract because it is potent and nonalcoholic. You could start with two drops and no more. You could work up to a maximum of four drops. Do not exceed 4 drops.
Good luck!

Serene, I gained weight as well, and some of it was water weight. Shaping up nicely now, since I got off BE internals, but I'm still massaging with wild yam cream for now and am having some luck! Here's how I'm massaging: naturalremedysite.blogspot.com/2007/11/increase-cup-size-in-30-days-with.html (I might add some fenugreek extract in the future) I am not totally convinced that internals are absolutely necessary, seeing as how I am still having some sharp pains and the girls are rounder, perkier, and plumper than they used to be, even off of the internals. Internals made me bloated, they irritated my stomach, made me very tired, and also made me a bit mushy in the butt and tummy. I was at the health food store the other day and a worker there who is well known for his expert advise recommended Yogi fasting tea after I inquired about daily cleansing and staying in shape. He said (even though there was a detox tea in the Yogi brand as well) that this tea would help eliminate toxins daily. Anyway, I read the ingredients and it has garcinia fruit to suppress appetite, and some other herbs, but it ALSO has fennel, licorice, and red clover. So something with breast enhancement herbs AND and appetite suppressant! Another thing for weight loss that has been proven not only in studies, but in members of my family is organic apple cider vinegar. It tastes awful, but put a teaspoon in a shot glass with apple juice, hold your nose, and down it as quickly as possible and it won't be as bad. Google, "apple cider vinegar, weight loss" and you'll find all sorts of links on this! Another thing, try cinnamon. It has been proven to help us metabolize sugar 20 times faster! And of coarse you've heard that green tea after a meal can help drop the pounds. This is just all what I've been learning lately and I want to help you figure out how to lose the pounds, especially since it sounds like you've gone through the same thing I did. I still have some weight to lose, but it's slowly but surely coming off. Good luck to you!

Serene, I would definitely try the gum again. You seemed to be having great success with it but I know you didn't use it long because your milk came back. I probably wouldn't worry about that unless it doesn't dry up after a week or something. Prolactin is supposed to be good for BE anyways right? Have you read this thread: beboard.proboards107.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=general&thread=1433&page=1As far as using both, maybe start with the gum and add the tea later when you need more. You said you are very sensitive to small doses so you don't want to add too much too soon. With the weight gain, it's really up to you how you do it. You could try to lose the weight first and then do BE or vice versa. It's just more about which one is bothering you more. Breasts do look bigger with a flatter stomach! (Whether you get that before or after is up to you) That's why it's hard to enjoy our 'endowments' when we're pregnant. It's not so great when your stomach sticks out further than your breasts!! (My problem anyways!!) You could try to get in shape while doing BE....I think there's been a few (very few) have luck growing and losing weight at the same time. Anyways, yeah, I hope that's okay. I'm not an expert on this BE stuff at all but I hope it helps. You looked like you were having good success with the gum it would definitely be worth trying again. It might not cause the same weight gain as the herbs did. Maybe just try the externals with massage too and no internals. So, I will completely delete this if you want, just let me know. I know I'm still learning this stuff. Flatmama

Are you still doing massage? I didn't see it in your routine. Another thing you can do (my wife did this) is to get the Greenbush extracts or homemade fenugreek booby batter and put them on these www.netkidswear.com/dinupabyevmu.htmlor www.medshopexpress.com/040588.htmland use them as inserts during the day. It works very well. Have you considered dumping Red Clover and using Goat's Rue instead ? As for PM with fenugreek extract, Mirifem made its way through this board once upon a time and it did not do well in my opinion. But what does do well, is St. Herb. As for combining them, Greenbush fenugreek extract was combined with St. Herb cream and it worked very well. I have only seen this tried once or twice but it worked well every time.

Wow! Thanks everyone for the support! Farmer's Wife, My Mom also swears by the apple-cider vinegar weight loss. Thanks for the link on the massage. Do you massage twice a day? You gave a lot of great suggestions thatnk you! It's good to hear your seeing a change using just externals! I hope you continue to see changes . Flatmama, That thread is a good one. It's reassuring anytime I think I may be leaking, which I've only done twice. Once with the gum, (that was quite a bit though. The second was just a bit a little over a month ago. And no need to delete anything, I like to take everything into consideration. Wahaika, That's a great suggestion for the batter during the day! I actually have some of those left over. I can definatly try that! Still need to get the Greenbush extract though, which won't be for a couple of weeks. I'm not using red clover, just curious about your thoughts on it. I had read somewhere about it helping with PMS. Sometimes I get crabby, or weepy and overemotional. The crabby is the easiest for me to deal with and control. The weepiness, and being overemotional is something I can do less with. Although it can be funny or bizarre at times, (I cried last month when I watched Junior because Arnold was going to have a baby. I didn't tell my husband though, I don't think I would ever hear the end of it ). I still do the massages the same at night, and when I get a chance during the day. I'll post below with my routine as it is right now.
