Ok, I have upped the Sp to 3-160mg 3x daily. I have also added EPO 1-500mg 3x daily Side note: AF started today, I had a mild migraine 2 days ago. No aura before. I had made brownies for my 7 yr. old and husband, and gave some thought to what Wahaika said about the candy for a fenugreek migraine. I didn't want to try candy because I'm not brave enough, and am afraid of the sugar spike and drop, so I thought what the heck! And I ate a brownie. It has been gosh, I don't know how long since I've had a brownie, so I had another with my son. I also took 2 tylenol, (which usually do nothing for me, but I was hoping), and my migraine went away nice and easy just a few hours later. I did feel a difference after having the brownies though, so I will try to remember to try this next month. If it works, it sure would be nice to have such a short lived, mild migraine, and having a brownie once a month would be a dream! (thanks to Wahaika for the idea!) I am wondering if Flax Seed Oil will help at all? I will read about it again, for some reason I just can't remember anything about it. Maybe I could take something for my memory.... serene

note to self: check out stinging nettle root and pumpkin seed oil. (to replace saw palmetto) look for a lesser mg of fenugreek to add to what I am already taking- to go up slowly...
Also : I have added flax seed oil to my routine 1- 1000mg 1x daily (at lunch).
I wish everyone the best with growing! serene

Ok, due to extra baggage in the back I will be slowly eliminating Saw Palmetto. I take 3 160mg 3xdaily and will be dropping it to 2 160mg 3xdaily as of today. Tomorrow I will drop further and the next day I will drop it completely. I will replace it with Pumpkin Seed Oil, all I have to do now is find some. And I have to find a bigger pair of pants, ugh! I really don't like clothes shopping unless it's to buy something for someone else. Hope everyone has a great day! serene

Tonight I added Wild Yam 400mg 3 X daily Last night I upped EPO to 500 mg 2 pills 3 X daily since taking the PSO and the SNR I don't feel so jello-y. I will be ordering Fenugreek online, I can't find anything other than 610 mg, or 620 mg in the stores around me. Wahaika, thank you for suggesting the Pumpkin Seed Oil, and the Stinging Nettle Root. I hope I'm on the right track with my routine. Do you still recommend taking a break mid-cycle? on a side note, last week I ran out of Borage Oil so I was off it for 5 days. I started it up again the night before last. During the time I was out my breasts felt like some of the fullness left. Today they feel fuller, and heavier again. I hope the Wild Yam helps with my routine.

*personal note* ~ after dropping borage oil at night for a week breasts seemed a little deflated. after resuming Borage Oil breasts plumped back up. -
~ after dropping gelatin for a week: no sensations, no fullness feeling, and no tingeling... after resuming gelatin the next day they felt full again. -
I am curious about the EPO and will drop it down to 1 pill a day for a week to see if there are any changes if feelings; fullness, tingles, warmth. It wouldn't hurt to see if my weight changes at all during this time. However, I wonder if it would make a difference depending on what part of the cycle you are in.
It would be nice to drop some of the pills, especially since I should probably be ramping some stuff up like WY, and Fenugreek.
Any advice (or comments) are welcome! Hope everyone has a great Memorial Day weekend! serene

Things are slowing down a bit for now here at home, and for the time being at the school, so I'm going to try to concentrate more on getting my routine in order. Upped wild yam today, I will beworking up to: 800 mg 3X daily (I upped it to 2 pills (400 mg each) at lunch, only 1 at dinner, and I will take 2 at breakfast tomorrow, then 1 at lunch, then 2 at dinner tomorrow, on the next day I will be up to 2 pills with each main meal). I also upped my Fenugreek this evening, at dinner I took 2 (610 mg) pills instead of 1. This is a lot of pills to take... Oh, the things we do for progress... I now only use the Papaya enzyme for heartburn, not sure if it was intended for that, but it works really fast for me. (I don't get heartburn very often, unless I eat spicy Chinese Food a few days in a row, it's sad but up here in the NW one of the best places to find ok (just ok), Chinese Food is at Safeway). That's off subject though. Best growing wishes! serene

Yea!! I had some aches this morning... They felt a bit fuller, and I felt some tightness. I think it was from upping the Fenugreek. We'll see if it continues tomorrow. cross my fingers! serene

Serene,
I think your internals look OK.
>>"Massage with Cocoa butter and vit. E. (sometimes adding Fenugreek extract as time allows, massaging with Cocoa Butter and vit. E. several times daily-mostly short massages)."
You need fenugreek extract every time. You also need heat, especially with cocoa butter. You might try changing to Palmer's Bust Firming Cream, or try using olive oil instead of cocoa butter. But the massages need to be longer, like about 5 minutes, pressing fairly hard but not too hard, and adding heat for 20 minutes using a heated blanket set to low. And, especially with cocoa butter, you would be better off heating the area up for 5 minutes first.
Are you already doing this?
I have never really been a fan of cocoa butter, but the successful routine seem to have those things in common.
Wahaika

Wahaika, I don't have a heated blanket, but I use rice bags. I massagae at night with fenugreek, pressing kind of hard, I will keep better track of the time at night. For the many little massages, this might sound goofy, almost every time I go into the bathroom I massage a little more cocoa butter and vit. E in. I had planned on using heat before my nightly massages, (it's gennerally done right after I shower), but I have not been able to keep up with the heat before-unless the heat from the shower counts.(?) I'm planning on doing a better job with the massages once school is out. (in about 3 more weeks). I will work in more heat time, and I will make more rice bags to have more readily available to use. By the way, no migraine this month with AF, not even an aura. I increased my carbs a little 3 days before, I am anxious to see how I do next month. Thanks again for the guidance! I am giving you the credit for me being migraine free this month, (from the advice to have some candy when it just starts to come on). My husband thanks you to! serene

The rice bags are heated? Heat is very important with cocoa butter. Don't forget the fenugreek extract.

The rice bags are heated in the microwave. It gives off a kind of moist heat. I'd like to invest in a new heating pad though since mine has gone on vacation.
