Hiya Chart'- Keep pill-popping as you have been. Your cycle is re-adjusting as your health is improving. The itchies should to last longer now during the first part of your cycle. AF due in about 3 days. For faster hair growth- don't do the flax...you'll muck up your BE and your hair won't grow any faster. Do fo-ti at about 400mg/day MIN. www.vitacost.com/Natures-Way-Fo-Ti-RootWen'

still haven't noticed too much this month. every now and again i'll feel "something" deep in my chest but its very rare. I'm thinking of starting massage half a month early to see if that will do anything. I've still been popping pills and have also started taking Fo-Ti for hair growth. Could this be impacting BE or have I stalled somewhere along the line? Patience. For sensations this cycle and next, expect deep pains, soreness, swelling, then warmth as your breasts fill. Fo-ti will not affect your BE effort at all. Massage when you feel those aches, but you don't need a special boobie batter for that; you really don't need to focus on it at all. No lotion of any kind would be your best boobie batter. Per your current rate of progress- you should see just 3/4 cup increase by the end of next cycle (not this current one). Your MAX permanent increase on this regimen is 2.8 cups 4.5 months from today. Your MAX size of 3.1 cups increase should show up 3.2 months from now. Wen'

Yes...waiting is almost unbearable! You've done great w/ massaging to date. No more w/ boobie batter is needed and no more specific massaging.

Hiya Chart'- Those false cramps are attributed to rest of your health adjustment. You may feel them again during the month and a simple capsule or two of Pamprin will set you rite/ relieve the minor discomfort (not Alleve, not Midol, not Tylenol, etc.). A little patience...and now you're on your way. And you're welcome. ;d Also, I re-iterate. Just keep to sporadic massages- only do them when you feel the aches that day (BEFORE YOU TOUCH ). Use of that boobie batter above when you do your massage will be perfect. Wen'

Hey Chart'- There's a BC which will be ok for you system-wise and won't hinder your BE progress by much (maybe 1-2%). It's Clycessa or generic Velivet. Ortho would slow you down about 55% but you'd still be able to finish growing. Wen'

Heh. Yep, growing comes in spurts- it's a really good sign that you still have itchies and pains. Just be sure to try to get your rest (7-8hrs.) Wen'

Heya Chart'- For skin care- just take Vit B3- niacin (100-200mg /day). The pill above...eeehhhh, it's too much of a good thing. It'll eventually slow you down. The B3 won't touch your BE a smidgeon. Wen'

Ok Wen, so I've decided definitley to go on BC before my wedding. The way my period's been acting lately I don't dare risk having AF on my honeymoon. I'm hoping to get to the doctor today to get the perscription and to start it in a couple days when AF is over. Can I expect any sort of interuptions or disturbances in regards to BE when I start it? If it slows me down by 1-2% is that going to happen right off the bat (anything I can do do combat it?) or is that just overall? Chart'- 1-2% is not a biggiee. That translates to 3-5 days. Alay your fears and get goin' on the BC asap. It's goign to take abt 2 cycles to get regular on the Clycessa or generic Velivet (28-29day cycle). Wen'

I'd start with the pharmacy/pharmacist. If they had it/have heard of it..have them call the Drs. to explain about it so you can get your Rx.

Woow. So CRAZY they have so many diff names! But to answer your question, the different BCs have different ratios of the various ingredients, but if only the name changed- then the pill has the same ratios as the other name. That Linessa..gets a 9.5/10 rating. Nice researching.. . Wen'

Well..here's a check on where things are for you. 1.2c of walls, 0.75c of meats, 0.25c of water..going to 0.6 in 4 days. Yeah..just keep at getting ur rest. Water is part that's the slowest at coming in. By end of Sept based on how you're going now, you'll have 2.5c of walls, 2.3 of meats, 2.1 water iF you get that 7hr min..those stats happen at begin of Sept. Wen'
