Hey Chart, it's Christa again. I just received this message from Wen. In the subject line it reads: Got an attempt by Char' for e-mailing...

But I can't open it!! It's spiritually blocked.
Tell her it did go through, but can't respond directly to her today. I'll keep going through you for the moment..so tell her to send her questions through you for a coupla days.

Hey chart, here is Wen's reply to your most recent message-

Char' did nothing wrong. My guides are just looking out for me while I'm working on this big spiritual project. If anything is close to or surrounds anyone that might be a threat- I'm blocked from that interaction momentarily.

So long as Char' moves around some during the day- specific exercise isn't needed. And a min of 6hrs a day is needed for sleep.
Keeping stress low is also good. Just do common sense stuff, but no other specific special actions needed unless she starts doing things very differently from what she's doing now.
