O, those bloats still have another 2 days (w/ brushing) or 3-4 w/o. You've done a pretty decent w/ drinking water. Try to drink one more cup than you usually do (it'll help speed this bloating along so it's done-done).

A Day of Good Things 1st. - I am not pregnant bloated anymore (still have that cellulite though - see rest of post) 2nd - I found a dress for this wedding, and it fits like it was made just for my body (and I got shoes too ) 3rd - some of my boobs have come back!! Am back to feeling a little bit of pressure, and bras are hurting to wear, yet still not quite filling out the cups the way I had before Flo came over. Honestly the pressure really feels like I am slightly engorged, and am about 1hr over due from nursing -yes yes I am always talking about nursing, but hey its all I know! Also noticed, the slightest appearnace of what looks to be some upper boobie. I am almost hesistant to post about it lest it should disappear on me and not truly exist. Another thing to note, when I first started back in March(ish) I was a four finger highway between my boobs, now I can fit three if I squish, but not quite two so I would say I am two lanes with a merger Lobes feel like rice - they had disappeared there too, but now they seem to have come back. Am hoping to fill in a little bit more by next weekend as that is the wedding, and then I would look even better then I already look in my dress - if that is even possible - hey I warned you before that I was vain. Thats it for my exciting news. Wen - the thingy I had wasn't like the one you posted. It has larger balls on the end (keep your mind out of the gutter, unless I just put it there for you ) So I ordered one, and some sea salt scrub to try and get some of this dead skin off my arms - I have some condition, I don't remember the name but it starts with a K (alot of help huh?) that prevents my arms from completely shedding the dead skin, so I get bumps on them, everything else i have tired doesn't work, from $$$$ to -$. Not so noticeable with a tan, but in light of this wedding I though why not give it a try - plus a whole bunch of free stuff since my order was over $25 by like 3bucks, but hey I like free stuff. Well that it, just a little update - not complaining this round though, so that counts for something!!! Mir (my nickname)

Mir- ;D "big balls" ...I never would have gone there unless 'lead' or provoked. hilarious. BTW, that's how it goes. Lose rite after AF..then it comes back mostly..then you swell up even more b4 luteal, then loss some and it comes back. K, that thingy (yes, go there ) you have...will work well for you until you get the 'new and improved' brush. Just use it. The k- name for the skin condition is keratosis pilaris. Sorry to say, but it doesn't seem the sea salt will help get rid of the bumps, but the rest of your skin will be lovely . Your solution (AFTER B.E. IS FINISHED) is 3 items: Take 2- B5, 3-B6, and 3-FO for 10 weeks at nite b4 bed. Your condition should improve 91%. And should stay that way. Until you can do that regimen, to a topical treatement of a sugar scrub with lime and seseme seed oil (1 cup granulated sugar, 1/4 lime, 1/2 cup of seseme oil). Mix up in a bowl you can seal. Goop it on ur arms and rub in. Let it sit for 5 minutes MIN once a day for 5 days. Will help bumps go away temporarily for a few days atta time. Then you just keep repeating process above to get more temporary relief. Glad you had some shopping success Wen'

Wen I am not losing some of my growth, I lose all of whatever gains I have. Right now without a bra I am actually sitting at only 32!!!! I haven't even bothered measuring with a bra. I just don't think my boobs know what they are supposed to be doing yes I know they are getting wider, but I would liek them to get wider and fuller at the same time. In some ways I am upset by this in others ways not, and then I just feel like should I even bother?? New Years is such a long way off, and I was hoping to at least be half way there (okay acutally all of the way) by now. I think its this losing bit that is hardest - It seems like by the time I get to where I am really exited they just deflate and I spend the next few weeks hoping they re-inflate. I think someone needs to post how emotionally trying BE can be at times.

MR-
I do say all the time how "trying" BE is. What is a misunderstood is how long it takes before final forward progress is had (usually 3 months or so for each minor gain). Breasts grow from bottom, sides, then out- that's just how it is, for each major size increase. And it's not linear growth (where halfway throughout regimen, you're halfway done).
Keep in mind- if you do nothing- you'll definitely never get anywhere. When the breasts deflate it's temporary swelling. Fat cells grow walls then fill w/ water..the water stays once the cell innards (mitochondria, nuclei, etc.) all finish growing in. Until that happens, the water in the cell has no purpose so it leaves. After the "meats" are in..the water has purpose of exchanging and cleansing the cell.
You have 1c of cell walls finished (so this means water can really swell your breasts up), but only 0.3c of meats. The past 2 months you've increased 0.1c meats one cycle, and 0.2c meats another cycle. Over the next cycle you'll add another 0.4c for a total of 0.7c. So each mos, you'll keep more and more. Note: 0.25c size increase is mostly fullness, 0.5cup size increase bra gets really uncomfortable, etc.
Hope this helps clarify what's going on for you... Wen'

Hi Wen, I hope you didn't think my comment that someone needs to post how emotionally trying BE can be at times wasn't directed toward you, just in general. I think it was just discouraging for me to read how fast others seem to be gaining in short times, and how little I really seem to have gained. And that I lose pretty much all of it each month, it just feels like I am making very little progress if any, and I am afraid its always going to be like this. I haven't stopped taking my pills or anything though, so I haven't given up hope, it would just be very helpful if some of it would start staying within the next month or so, and I wouldn't feel like I am starting at zero each month. Especially this last month, the measurement dropping so low and my boobs looking so pitiful is really discouraging. I do know they are starting to come back in, and there is def. something going on as I have alot of aches and pains and itchies coming back - I just really think this is a "bad" weekend for me, so hopefully this week will be better........And I am going to stop reading others routines, that might help me out as well. I do think though that if by New Years I haven't reached a decent B cup then I might consider stopping altogether. I don't mind not being a C yet, but to still be doing what I am doing now will be rather difficult for me after so long a time.

Yeah, no...BE is generally a slow-go thing. For those who have 'fast' results, they are prolly at a different stage when they started out in the first place. When you start from 'nada'...it takes a while. I think Xmas is a good time for assessing progress. Can you imagine how those feel who don't even have sensations must feel after 'trying' for months and months with NOTHING ever seen?! That REALLY, really sucks. Your story..is very much how I grew. From nada..so for 3-4 months it was just dreary b/c it seemed like I was getting nowhere fast. Then one day...it changed b/c more and more stayed and more and more came Wen'

Hey MR, Just letting you know. About what Wen said with the keratosis pilaris treatment. I have the same problem, mine used to be much worse than yours. Had it all over my legs and arms, pretty yuk. But after heaps of detoxing i only had it left on my arms that i couldn't budge. Well Wen inspired me to dowse the best routine for me, internals and externals. I got a very similar scrub to hers but the best for me was Apple cider vinegar, sea salt then applying sesame seed oil after the shower. Within 2 days my arms are completely smooth without any bumps. And i only did this twice. So just thought i would let you know that it worked for me, so you can have nice smooth arms for the wedding your going to All the best with your BE journey!!

Thanks Chloeo, I do have some on my thighs which makes shaving rather painful, if possible at all, so I just don't shave my thighs. Since I don't wear shorts at all, and am rarely in a swimsuit I don't worry about it, but would love to have it gone - its not as bad as my arms though. I am actually planning on running out this evening and finding the stuff Wen mentioned and getting started. I just haven't had a chance up until now. My oldest child seems to have a little bit on his face, and def. some on his arms, so maybe I will try doing some with him as well. If this shouldn't work I'll give the ac vinegar and seasalt a try.

Wen- do I need the lime? I can't seem to find any, is there something I could use in its place?
Also is there a less toxic smelling oil? It makes my stomach turn smelling it, and then smell lingers for a while afterward...............
I would try the applecider vinegar and seasalt except chleoe said she used the oil afterward- which I can't see how as its wicked. This could also be my sensitivity to smells.............

Hi MR- Actually no- there's no substitute for you (like using lemon or something). The lime will help kill/nuetralize the seseme smell for you and also help break things down on your skin. There's pure lime juice (kind with no sugar!) in little usually green bottles in the veggie and fruit section at your local grocery store. Be sure to mix it well. The mix will also work awesome on your son- but he only needs it on him for 2 minutes atta time. Wen'

Boobs are slooooowwwwlllly coming back. Or at the very least swollen looking right now. I have some lobes ranging from the size of peas to chickpeas right now, and some intense tingling and aching. This is a new ache though, not one that I could describe by anything that has to do with nursing. There also seems to be alot of pressure as well. Whatever tops were filling in seem to have been a figment of my imagination, as they don't seem to be there now, but thats okay. I have given up on the sesame mixture for now. One I still can't find the lime, lemon yes, lime no, and the smell is too much for me to handle right now. And I don't like how my house smells afterward. So I just figured oh well, I'll give it a try later on, or wait until BE is over and just take everything internally so I don't have to smell it

Have extreme tenderness currently- no new measurements to report, still sitting very low, despite the appearance of them looking bigger, I think they just went wider again. I only think that because I keep adjusting my A cup underwire bra I have because the wires are starting to dig, but unlike before I don't have enough fullness to fill it out, so maybe its just slipping because there is nothing holding it in place currently. Trying to stay positive, but having a hard time - I think this will be easier when things start to stay in place instead of leaving. Have noticed that I am very very thirsty lately and water seems to be the only thing helping - could be how humid it is lately and just sitting outside has you sweating buckets................
