From: Karli Sent: 7/15/2003 8:55 AM I am continuing to have great results from this cream, going on my 6th week. The scar that I had on my forehead is barely noticible. My complection has evened out, and looks more youthful. My skin used to be very tight feeling, almost like a thin layer of paper covered it, from sun damage. Now it's softer and generally feels like it's been repaired. The elacticity has returned. I'm telling you guys, GET this stuff!!! I couldn't be happier with it. I wish I was having as much luck with BE as I am with this.

From: 7266Soul Sent: 7/15/2003 9:23 AM Hi Karli, I'm really happy for you! I'd love some of this stuff too!! It's cool that it's worked so well for you! About BE ..... Fawn thinks SP is a major player in BO. I'm only taking SP at the moment, now up to 4000mg and I had tingles yesterday and today! Maybe you could try that? You might only need 3000mg SP. I'll be adding red clover and kudzu root next. Just a thought! Warrior Girls

From: Nanettedn Sent: 7/15/2003 9:33 AM Karli, Are you applying Sti-vectin three times a day? And how old are you? I have seriously sun damaged skin from years of tanning. I also have a big gross scar from a black widow spider bite that I would love to use this stuff on. Thanks in advance for your reply. I really want this product too! Nanette

From: Wenonae_ Sent: 7/26/2003 7:17 AM Ladies, For those of you using Stri-vectin, I would like to add that using MSM and Vit C has AMAZINGLY helped accelerate things even more. I just can't believe my eyes. Followed Fawn's suggestion in previous posts, 3g MSM, 3g Vit C for a week, then ramped down to 1g MSM, 1g VitC. If you're doing BE, beware, your 'girls' may throw a little hissy fit, but they should come back around 'to attention' within about 2-3 weeks. Spend the extra $15...it'll be WELL worth it (spoken like a converted believer).

Hi, Has anyone tried using this on acne scars? I would LOVE to find a product that minimizes those horrible scars. Thanks Christine

Canda, Before I used Stri-vectin, I used a combo of Retin-A, vit E, and emu oil. This was the same recommendation I gave to my roommate to use at the time who had acne scars. She diligently used it twice a days of the course of several months. Now she takes modeling pics very well. Her scars were deep and dark, and about the size of a finger tip. Using the above, the reduced to about 5x's. I'd say, give this Stri-vectin a try if you can. It's excellent at restoring collagen, and in combo with MSM...you're sure to come out on top. Does better than Retin-A, vit E, emu mix from before Good luck!

From: 7266Soul Sent: 7/28/2003 9:24 AM Hi gals, Would anyone recommend Retinol A cream as a general anti-wrinkle cream? Could Strivectin be used for this too? Just wondering if it's worth buying any face creams to help slow down the aging process (sigh). If you've got any ideas, I'd love to hear 'em. I know keeping out of the sun is best (which I do), plus a good diet (I take anti-oxidants). Just hunting for tips...... Warrior Girl

From: Wenonae_ Sent: 7/28/2003 12:08 PM VI, Keep on using it...sometimes marks and wrinkles are so deep and have been there for so long, it takes a while to see them on the surface, to have the collegen restored to that level. Why not add the MSM orally or topically or both? You're doing everything else, so adding a pill or another lotion for the next couple of weeks couldn't hurt. MSM 3g's, Vit C 3g's 3X's a day for one week. Then next week, 1g MSM, 1g Vit C. MSM can be found in your local Wal-Mart (get plain MSM, not MSM and gluocimaine, etc) for about $9 for 100 ct @ 500mg or more expensively in any health food store. Keep us posted, Good luck!

From: fawnmarie42 Sent: 7/28/2003 12:41 PM The cheapest way to get enough MSM is to use the crystals - you can mix them into drinking water and there is practically no taste to them. You can then use it internally and externally. The combination of MSM and Vitamin C is powerful for skin repair - inside and out. Get the crystal form of both and dissolve into hot water (small amount) and then into aloe. fawn

From: Canada23 Sent: 7/29/2003 12:43 PM Wenonae1 Thanks for that reply. I'm glad that you have gotten so much success. This is a really stupid question, I know, but did you use the Retin A, emu oil, and vitamin E all together, topically? I noticed at my local health food store that they had emu oil capsules. They are really expensive though. I've been thinking of trying the Retin A topically for my skin because I still get acne on my face. My scars are on my back and chest, and I never had pitting acne, so they're not scars like that, just white bumps that stick out. On the other hand, I wanted to get the Strivectin because I also have stretch marks on my thighs from growing so quickly in puberty. So I think maybe I will try the strivectin, and if it doesn't work, I will try the Retin A. O.k, I've ramled on enough, thanks for the info! Christine
