About six or so weeks ago I started back on the BO program (no results last time and gave up). I finished off the last of my UB and ordered Vitamin Power BO. I had been taking three tablets three times a day and after a month, I increased it to four tablets, three times a day. I'm also taking vitamins and two tablets of the Vitamin power Saw Palmeto three times a day. Now that my period is getting close, my breast feel much more sensitive than usual and seem to be fuller, although it could be wishful thinking. However, I've been through this before and it always ends up going back to normal. I've been drinking freshly juiced vegies & fruit with my whey protien to get extra nutrients. Maybe I need to do it more often. I know how important protien is. Any other suggestions? What about upping the doseage?

Dannah
I've always found my best results at 4x4 per day - about 2400 mgs.

Dannah, Seems like u have a bit of luteal swelling going on..if that's the case..you could be really close to what makes things 'work' in your system. Whatever dose you chose (4 X 3) or 4 X 4, try to make sure to take that last dose just before bedtime, and even better, with a small protein snack (i.e. peanut better, nuts). What this will do is put estrogen in your system at the highest natural levels of HGH in adults, which happens the first 90 minutes of sleep. I've been doing my own surfing, and M97 and Fawn have REALLY cool posts in the Medical Research section which say that HGH (which turns to IGF-1 in liver before going to the system) REALLY helps breast growth. Sometimes higher estrogen levels raise HGH naturally (according to some sources), however, to make extra sure, that late dose is something to try to get in the habit of. Keep us 'abreast' of progress!
