I have been using Wonder Breast since July 4th with NO results, no tingling no growth. I drink protein shakes, take a multivitamin as well as an EPO, massage, and use a heat pad. I'm 18 5'5 and 115 pounds. I have had a spotting problem, and Bob told me about taking progesterone. When I started my BE program in July I still had the spotting problem it hasn't been till recently that I've been taking progesterone for the past couple months and my spotting has gone away. But no growth. So now I'm lost- should I stick with BO or try herbs- and if I try herbs a ready made like Small Breast Solutions or my own mix? So if anyone can give me some help I'd be so incredibly greatful. I'm 18 so I'm young and willing to try anything, I want them so bad. And I need guidance, I am so lost.

Hi Blondebeachgirl, How much BO are you on? My first thought with your spotting maybe you are on too high a dosage of BO for your body. You could certainly try herbs, but there's so many questions that need to be answered first. Have you tried a progesterone blocker? At least a topical in your boobie batter. Red Cover can be used topical only for BO users. Wen has had success with Oregano internally, you may want to look at her routine. We typically ask new members to be sure to take the John Lee test, and the "body type", both can be found in "links". It helps determine tweaking to a routine, and help pinpoint hormonal balance. Although John Lee's test isn't exactly "scientific" it does help with some information regarding your personal hormone issues. Were you spotting before trying BE? Is this normal for you? If you choose to do herbs, I would highly recommend that you take at least 1 full cycle break between. Let your body normalize, during that break, get plenty of rest & vitamins. Okay...sorry for the questions...but need some foundation first.
