Hi everyone, After taking a long break from BE I am finaly back on BE train and I am starting with BO. Just waiting for the arrival of my BO.
I took Dr. Lee's test again and I have following problems.
1. Low libido ( falls in estrogen deficient category of Dr. less's test)
2. I feel very sleepy (can sleep 12 hrs a day and still feel sleepy) and intolerance to exercise. (Cortisol deficiency).
I am planning to start with
1800 mg BO 2000 mg SP 1000 mg MSM 1000 mg fish oils 1000 mg EPO 1 multivitamin tablet.
What else do you gals suggest I should start my program with? Any suggestions are most welcome. I am 29.5 yrs old.

Solid start there, Mansi.
If I could throw anything in there, just based on ur comment above, maybe 500mg of L-tyro a nite to help with your energy levels and raise your thyroid activity. It's great to check ur temps to see where u are. Anything below 97...big problem. I'm borderline most of the time 97-97.5...so I find just 500mg L-tyro helps. I seem to not need it in the summertime.

When starting l'tyrosine, it's best to start in the morning - 500 mgs. Then add another 500 in the early afternoon.
Some people find they can't sleep if they take it at night. I'm not one of them, myself - but some people find it immediately stimulating.
I'm resistant to exercise too, but it's just a bad attitude. ;D

Mansi, A tweaking tool, which I believe you have on hand is using red clover topically, with boobie batter. And everyone knows how much I LOVE to exercise! Just living is exercise enough for me. (me bad )

Hi everyone, Thanks for your advice.
I am concerned about my lack of interest in exercise because I was never like that. I used to love exercise always. Infact I used to feel much more energetic after exercises. If I am not able to find time for exercise, I would go shoping to mall so that I can walk a lot. I exercised throughout my pregnancy (till the end of 9 months). I have always loved exercising. So I feel that it is not attitude, something is wrong with me.
After I check my temps once I start on BO I wil add L-tyrosin.
