Hi all,
I just did Dr Lee's hormone test (been on BO/SP for about 6 weeks now). My scores are:
2 for progesterone deficiency (some pain in breasts; PMS) 0 for estrogen deficiency 5 for excess estrogen 7 for estrogen dominance 1 for excess androgens (acne) 1 for cortisol deficiency
For growth we are all trying to get estrogen dominant, which I seem to be. Do I also want to be progesterone deficient, ie, do I want to increase my score for progesterone deficiency? Thinking about it, I don't really want anxiety, insomnia, et......!
Sharon.

Wow, Shaz! You're already the 'ideal' conditions for boobies: low progesterone and higher estrogen. What we don't know and what Dr. Lee's test doesn't tell you is what exact numerical level of estrogen is had/needed for growth and that of progesterone. You probably wouldn't want to take a HUGE amount of estrogen, and in fact herbs may be ur better bet, then again, what's ur body type, btw? [ftp]http://www.yourbodytype.com/index.cfm?CFID=5761108&CFTOKEN=42446108[/ftp] Anyways, post your routine. Are you having ANY sensations? At first thought, there's no reason for you to lower your progesterone levels interally...ur already low. You may just need massage, BO and SP, like ur doing to keep going. Now, there's been this interesting discussion these past few days about IGF...maybe we can time your doses better so you can take advantage of when your body's more apt to make HGH..which ultimately makes IGF, which apparenly is that missing link that's needed for growth, besides prolactin (which massage helps to raise), which helps to actually store the fats. Get back to us!

Hi wenonae! Been a busy week, so its taken me a while to respond.
I did the body type test and I am The Nurturer. Not sure what this tells me though!
My routine is: - WB's BO 1800mg (600mg at breakfast, lunch, dinner). - EPO 3g (1g at breakfast, lunch, dinner). - Fish oil concentrate 3g (1g at breakfast, lunch, dinner). - Saw Palmetto 4.8g (1.2g, 1/2 hour before breakfast, then mid-morning, mid-afternoon, before bed). - High-dose multivitamin/multimineral with breaskfast.
I started this mid October, but only added the SP after a few weeks. I plan to start taking Damiana 2400mg (take with the SP??) starting Day 15 this cycle (to block progesterone). May sound silly, but I don't really know how to massage.
I have IBS and my stomach can't tolerate protein drinks. I do try to get lots of protein in my diet though (I'm also weight training so protein is doubly important).
My first full cycle on BE, I had mild sensations/pain/occasional sharp pain/occasional itching from about day 9-20. This time (second full cycle on BE), it has started again on Day 9 (today is day 11). This sounds good, BUT all of these sensations are very mild and very "on and off" (not constant), so I don't know if I'm going to grow. I haven't seen/measured any growth yet.
So, should I just keep on doing what I'm doing? Should I split the damiana over 4 doses and take with the SP? Do I need constant growing pains rather than intermittent?
Regards, Sharon.

Hi Sharon, No you don't get "constant" pains, itchies, fullness feeling. It comes & goes, usually short quick ones. The cycling of damaina sounds GOOD! Massaging, there are a couple of video listed in "links", that show how to massage. One in particular is recommended for anti-breast cancer....so it's 2 for 1. The other is for lactacting which is the idea to get that prolactin going. Keep doing what you are doing...it sounds like you are on your way. The damaina should be the only thing you might want to consider incorporating to your routine. Bust of Luck, and sounds GOOD!

Thanks Momi, that's good news that the sensations aren't usually constant. I keep feeling hopeful when they are there, then disappointed when they go. I'll check out the videos. Sharon.

Good Lord, Shaz - NO they are not supposed to be constant.
Who could stand it if they were?

Shaz, If u try damiana..then start with 1g and work ur way up. The sensations I've had when 'growing'..are strong enough to make me want to unconsciously scratch my boobies in public In any case, take damiana on empty stomach (yep, I take my with my SP) and at the very least during luteal. I take mine throughout whole month (same dose) making the follicular really potent and the luteal not as potent, but maybe a little something comes of it Use a good boobie batter with R/C..just grasp with whole hand around bottom then squeeze and pull outwards. Even kneading is something. Keep us 'abreast' of things.
