John Lee Md's tests are helpful in getting general ideas of a hormonal profile. I looked into hormone saliva testing as an additional piece of info to have and found the cheapest one at.....

It's $49.95 versus the $160 you will see on some sites. I looked at a lot of prices. I am not sure if I am low in estrogen and even lower in progesterone. I know a lot of us have questions about what we need and if thought someone else may want to know a good price for hormone tests.
I know some of you do BE herbs 30 days a week and others use them only certain days of the months. Some herbs are estrogenic and others induce progesterone. If you are estrogen or progesterone dominant this chart may be helpful in knowing when you can add more of what. Many of you are more knowledgeable than I am and may already know about the rise and fall of hormones but to those who don't.......
