hi all, Been off BE for a while now because I've been sick! I'm wanting to try brava... I know many of you will warn me against it because of bad experiences, but I am determined to use an external means of BE because my sensitive hormone levels simply can't take any more ups and downs - making herbs or BO out of the question. I have finally got my hormones in balance and I am healthy and happy. If brava - or some other external means of BE - does not work for me I am giving up BE entirely. I will just have to accept my breasts the way they are and learn to love them! If any of you know where I can purchase brava cheaply or have used it yourselves and are selling it (or know of anyone selling it or giving it away!) let me know.. Otherwise I am planning to purchase one on Ebay. Thanks for listening! I am grateful in advance for any warnings or advice you can give me, but I really am determined to do this because it's my last hope for BE... as far as I know. Any suggestions/advice/help is welcome! I just feel this is something that will work for me. I only want a small increase - i just want to have more than mosquito bites!

Hi frenchie I wish you the best of luck with Brava. I have never used it, so I cannot advise on its usefullenss. If that's what you want to try, I say go for it. It is just another means of BE and I believe, like herbs, that it will work well for some and maybe not so well for others. You've got to do what's best for you. I don't see the point in wasting money on herbs for years with no results, so you've got to move on if that's not working for you. I hope you can find a good deal on the Brava machine. I have heard it is expensive but I've never priced one. Isn't Ebay great?? Best wishes. Let us know if it works out for you! I am sure that there are other ladies on the board who are interested in Brava and implants and would like testimonials from members they are familiar with from this board! M97

Hi Frenchie, So you remember the thread over at MSN about this, I should prolly transfer it. You said you have been sick, was this due to internal BE? I thought you were only doing topical, and experiencing success. Update please! ;D Nice to see ya' btw.

Hi Frenchie,
I have a used Brava set I would be willing to sell. Two sets of domes, two smartboxes, the charger, etc. Name me a price; remember, it's used (one smartbox is new... they sent me a replacement when the first broke then sent me a second replacement....so I ended up with two). One of the dome boxes is much less than pristine because I wore the domes during a long drive to and from work (put them on before leaving work, kept them through the night, and took them the next morning off upon arrival at work). Domes are still very usable.
Prior to using Brava I was a VERY saggy, empty B; Brava helped me fill back out and I did look MUCH better afterwards. However, I was what was considered a quick responder and an ideal candidate, having been a nice C prior to breastfeeding four children (two of them for longer than two years each). I found it to be a good BE method... but there are some caveats. Watch for skin breakdown and tend your skin after removing the domes. Be sure to wear the domes for the recommended times (I actually wore them for extended periods, especially on weekends, etc). Best tiime to begin wearing them is winter because then you can be more comfortable wearing the domes (they can get steamy in the summer!)

There are several threads on MSN. Frechie..believe it or not..you actually started one [ftp]http://groups.msn.com/BEBoard/general.msnw?action=get_message&mview=0&ID_Message=12012&LastModified=4675441338638015082[/ftp] and [ftp]http://groups.msn.com/BEBoard/general.msnw?action=get_message&mview=0&ID_Message=11261&LastModified=4675441191801105276[/ftp] Of all these posts...only the one above really speaks favorably of it..and note..she had something to work with before. I dunno..doesn't seem like this gadget will NOT prolly do what it proports. Be safe..be smart.

thanks for the replies everyone! I know brava is risky... but I figure I have nothing to lose if I can get it at a reasonable price! As for my update, well as some of you would know I've been using HBA night cream somewhat sporadically and a heat pack on my breasts every night. The cream was having some effect - I swelled up 1/2 inch - but since I haven't been feeling the best I've just been too lazy to do it. I had really sore breasts before my period, but I haven't been using HBA for the past month and I have shrunk back down to my regular size. Plus I lost some weight and my breasts shrank again! I don't know what's going on or why I'm losing weight. I'm not stressed or anything, far from it. But this is the thinnest I have been during my adult life I think! Go figure. Anyway, using a cream and heat pack probably isn't enough to achieve the results I want, but I am not willing to take anything internally due to past experience. I was a completely different person - an emotional basket case! - and I never want that to happen again. So if I can find Brava at the right price I'm going to go for it. I'll stick around and give you guys updates, don't worry! I hope that those of you who have used it won't mind giving the occasional but of advice? Thanks everyone!
