TEXTHi everyone! Congratulations Pammy on the new board!! This board is awesome, I love all the little gadgets! I haven't been around for a while because our computer has seen better days and the internet wasn't working properly for a few weeks. It was so frustrating not being able to email or do research for assignments or visit this board to see what's been happening! Never realized how much I had come to depend on the internet! Anyway, lots of news! Not sure where to start really, but let's just say all is well! In the BE department, well I'm still just using HBA topically and the heat pack at night and I have maintained the little bit of growth I had. I am much more comfortable in my size than I was even though the growth is minimal! It's only been a 1/2 inch gain really, but my weight has been so low lately it's hard to store fat anywhere! My breasts get very sore before Aunt Flow visits and once she had left they are back to normal and lose a bit of fullness. I am starting Saw Palmetto and Red Clover really soon and hope that will make a difference! I'm really impatient to start, but the nearest GNC store (which is the only place I know of that has red clover) is a fair way away and I haven't had the chance to visit it yet - I'm going for supplies this week! Hopefully will have more news to report soon... and hopefully I'll be able to pop in more often! How is everyone going?? Any exciting news???

[shadow=violet,left,300]Welcome Back Frenchie[/shadow] Congrats on the growth. Congrats on getting back on the net! What did we do without the internet! I can't remember how I used to keep myself entertained. Thanks for the update!

I almost forgot!! Has anyone used one of those electronic heat pads for BE? I've heard it mentioned on the old board a few times. I was quite interested in Brava a while back but after hearing all the horror stories about nipples changing color and enlarging, yucky rashes and wearing the blasted things for 10 hours a day I changed my mind! However, the concept seems to be valid so I started thinking about using heat (and I mean heat, not just warmth - not too much heat though, obviously!) for extended periods and vigorous massage (say with an electronic massager) for long periods to increase blood flow and cell proliferation. To me, that makes sense. I know it's been discussed but I'm really thinking about doing both: electronic massage and heat. What I'm doing now is already making a difference and I'm not really doing much at all! Just a heat pack for 15 minutes or so at night and some HBA cream with slight massage (not really much massage to be honest!) Now we all know stimulating an area - any area - can result in growth. So with substantial (like, at least 1/2 hour a day) rigorous massage and heat application coupled with taking herbs internally and using topical cream to get estrogen happening in the breasts - something should definitely start happening! This is what I'm planning to do - it's low budget, it's not messy and it might even feel good! So has anyone tried this before?

Frenchie, You do NOT want to overdo the heat. It is recommended 15-30 mins max. The heat should be based on clothing, if a heavy top, then high, etc. I know Wen uses an electronic massager, but I think I remember Fawn saying that your hands are the best, the idea is to get prolactin movin' in dem boobies Massaging..yeah, it should be done often! I just don't have the time or the patience for a 5mins massage, so as long as it's soaked in...I'm good to go! I do however, wear the boobie batter all day, just keep reapplying 3x a day. I smell like a peppermint pancake by the end of the day. But I am home, don't really care!

How much heat is there supposed to be? For me, after I massage, I put on a loose bra and go under the covers.. It feels pretty darn hot after awhile! Is that enough? Or should I still use use a heat pad?

Hi Lild, Most have found an electric heating pad, or other forms of a separate heating system. I believe Pammy uses a corn bag. The idea is to help the receptors open to accept breast tissue, help the androgen receptors to convert the testosterone to estrogen in the breasts. Just be careful it is not TOO hot...too much heat defeats the purpose. General rule of thumb is. lightweight or no top 15 -30mins low heat, Medium top 15-30min med heat, heavy top 15-30min high heat. Hope that helps!

LilD, I wouldn´t do any more than what u are...what ur doing works just fine I did try a mechanical deep tissue massager, but pretty much no matter which way I added the heat...I stayed the same size or shrank a little. I haven´t tried heat since starting this latest working regime, but I´m not one to fix what´s not broken.

Yeah, Frenchie, I tried it, as I´ve mentioned, it really seems to work well for those who have high androgens. I really felt the deep tissue thing was doing something...but the heat portion..just didn´t do me well.
