Hi, I was just wondering, if I am once again trying dieting and I am just focused on keeping what ive got while I diet first then focus on growing are the things im doing all I can do while im dieting? Here is what I am going to do. diet, in between SBD and Atkins, basically just lean meat and salads. Drinks, water and water with lemon what im doing, dry massages whenever I get a chance, 2 grams flax seed oil capsules with dinner, and about 2 grams saw palmetto before bed. is there anything else I can be doing that wont counteract my weight loss or slow it? Or am I doing all that can be done?Thanks so much, Jean ;D

I would definately add a "boobie batter" massage in there 3x daily. If time allows. But at least 2x times. It should help you from loosing what you got on top, and not effect loosing where ya' want too! Gotta' keep that boobage ya' know!

Jean, Sounds like something solid...if nothing else...I'd lean towards 3g's of SP. Make sure it's on an empty tummy, 1/2 hour before eating or 2-3 hours after. Good luck...keep us 'abreast' of things.
