Hi all,
I remember a while back someone mentioning Kudzu root to help somehow in BE. I was just reading a health products catalog and they had it. It reminded me. Can anyone tell me what role it could play in BE?
Thanks,
Colleen

Kudzu root is one of the stronger phyto-estrogens. Fawn has posted on it a few times. I believe Warrior Girl was using it. I believe it ranks right up there with PM...if I am remembering correctly, Warrior girl could get PM cheaper in her country, we can get Kudzu root cheaper in the states. Did you search on this? Not sure if it was in one of the threads that came over from MSN, and if it was, if it had much information on it.

Hi everyone, I'm finally back! Hope everyone is doing fine! OK - I was using kudzu root for a while (extract was all I could get). Kudzu root is related to pueraria mirifica which is used in a couple of BE products (I didn't end up trying PM as I already had a supply of other herbs I still have to get through). I used kudzu for a couple of months and really seemed to get tingles from it. Then I started a different herbal regime and tingles stopped! I added kudzu root into my other herbs but it never seemed to make a difference after the initial months. But I also think it was due to using a different batch which tasted slightly different and was a lighter colour. Good luck! Warriorqueen (yes, change of name yet again...)
