has anyone ever tried heating the oils before massage, i tried it but i am just startin so i cant say if it works  |

You know...I have tried it, I think it's a VERY good idea, I just forget to do it! I know...my bad!  Common sense says that it should work, it should help open the pores and allow the herbs into the receptors easier.  When I come back next week and start massages I think I will TRY to remember to do this.  Let us know if you notice a difference with it. And I will do the same! |

Hey there... Actually, on another forum...another lady swore by this method of heating the oil up, then massaging until it's rubbed in. I say, give it a try, and let us know how it goes!  |
